Staghead Designs

you need to get things resized later on (we did) and again their work is so unique and beautiful. Small team so if you are anxious you need to understand they DO NOT respond quickly to emails but they do ALWAYS respond. So check expectations going in. Like anything you just have to trust that they know what they are doing (sometimes hard when you are wanting to pop the question or needing your bands by your wedding date - lol I get it truly). You can rush things if needed and they will work with you on that. We had to rush our bands but they both came in with time to spare. Pay attention to lead times and plan accordingly.

ed every expectation. I was able to send in a turkey beard to create a completely custom ring, which included antler, turkey beard, and fishing line. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were incredible. Their team was wonderful to work with—responsive, helpful, and they delivered everything within the timeline provided. We are both beyond pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Staghead Designs to anyone looking for a unique and personalized piece!

had. Communication was easy and the rings were made so much faster than I anticipated!

happy with the experience and the final product. The ring itself is absolutely stunning. The hexagon moss agate is incredibly unique, with beautiful natural inclusions that make it feel personal and one of a kind. The diamond halo adds the perfect amount of sparkle without taking away from the character of the stone. The moss inlays are a subtle but meaningful detail, and when paired with the Raya ring guard, the full set looks elegant, balanced, and substantial. The craftsmanship feels high quality and thoughtfully made. In person, it honestly looks even better than it does in photos. That said, I do want to be transparent about the timeline. I ordered during the Black Friday sale on November 29th and received the ring on February 23rd — 87 days from purchase to delivery, which is just under 12 weeks. I understand these rings are handcrafted and made to order, but I think it would be helpful if the website clearly stated that customers should plan for about a 12-week turnaround from order date to delivery. That would allow buyers to plan appropriately, especially if they’re working toward a specific proposal date. Customer service was responsive and professional whenever I reached out. Communication wasn’t always proactive — updates were limited unless I checked in — but each time I contacted them, they replied and addressed my questions. They also acknowledged the delay and included a complimentary pair of earrings as a gift, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Pros: • Beautiful, one-of-a-kind design and high-quality craftsmanship • Responsive and helpful customer service • Thoughtful resolution for the extended timeline Cons: • Longer turnaround time than expected • Limited proactive updates unless you initiate contact Overall, I would absolutely recommend Staghead Designs if you’re looking for something distinctive and meaningful. Just be sure to order well in advance and plan for roughly a 12-week production and delivery window. If you do, the final result is worth the wait.

ith no blue stones. Follow-up emails with customer service have been worthless. They simply state that the stones are blue (although we cannot see any blue, and neither can any friends or family). We are unable to return the ring because it is "customized". AVOID THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their customization work and are uninterested in customer satisfaction.

to learn so much, and that they had the patience to foster my idea and bring it to fruition. Thank you !!

would recommend them to anyone! I was nervous about ordering the ring and shipping his dads ashes across the U.S. staff took time to answer my emails within 24 hours and were sure to let me know the package arrived before USPS did! The turnaround time was right now, and we had a custom ring back here for him in no time. They have a great variety of options. I also love that they include their story, a silicone ring, offer a lifetime warranty if you choose, and have the founder as well as ring artisans signature at the bottom of the story card as a personal touch. Though I never met any staff in person since it was done online, it was a very personal transaction and they made it feel like we knew them. They’re the best!

dibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. They welcomed every idea I had with open arms. The final product exceeded all my expectations, and my wife absolutely loves it. A huge thank you to Emma and the entire Staghead team for bringing my vision to life!

was worried it would be too big but their sizes do run smaller than most rings so I would suggest using their sizing kit. Overall we are super happy with the ring and I’m so proud to show it off to people!

were so excited when we found Staghead. Our bands are titanium with a redwood inlay to represent our time living in northern CA. They have held up perfectly so far. I take mine off when I shower or lift weights but have worn it through plenty of hand/dish washing with no issues. Definitely recommend!

ceived mine just shy of 5 weeks. The quality is spectacular, and it is possibly better than I had imagined. The price for my 100% custom ring was very reasonable in my opinion. My ring has 3 rows of inlays on the outside, buckeye burl wood with gold nugget, diamond dust, and spalted maple. It has a whiskey barrel lining on the inside, it's all in black zirconium with a custom width and size 10 3/4 (YES, THEY DO 1/4 SIZES). I highly recommend Staghead Designs and will be a repeat customer for sure!

once feeling like I wasn't important or they were losing patience.

f 2023. It was Iron wood with a silver inlay and looked great! After wearing it about 12 times (cautious due to Staghead’s care guidelines) it broke after simply taking it off in November of 2023. The ring only lasted 12ish wears in a 6 month span, so I reached out to the company about repairing it. Staghead’s customer service is atrocious, there is no phone number and the only contact is done through email. This would normally be fine however they seemingly don’t reply to customer service inquiries. It took from November 26th 2023 to January 30th 2024 to get a reply to even start the process. When they finally replied, their solution was to sell me a one-time repair which I pushed back against. I understand their rings are allegedly quality but quality rings don’t break after wearing them less than 20 times. The only way to get them to budge was to file a complaint with the Utah Department of Commerce, for a breach of warranty, that Staghead finally agreed to repair the ring. On February 19th 2024 they agreed to repair the ring so I sent it back for repair. They told me it would take 4-5 weeks to fix and someone would let me know when it was received. No one ever contacted me and it took me reaching out again on April 4th 2024 for an update only for them to ask me if I knew the verdict of the complaint case that I had filed. They then told me they thought I didn’t want the ring back because I opened a claim. I told them I still wanted it and I finally got my ring back today April 22 2024. My suggestion would be to not go through this company. There are significant customer service issues that take outside intervention in order to be taken seriously. While quality is preached on their website, my ring certainly was not. The accountability for their product lacked in my experience and I am saddened that they seemingly do not care about the sentimental value of a wedding ring and I wouldn’t go through Staghead in the future or recommend other to.

he site plus it doesn't go 360 degrees around the ring unfortunately I'm assuming the glow powder is expensive but I paid almost 1300.00 for it not happy and there customer service sucks you email them an they get back to you at there leasiure not timely fashion the fact that you can't call them is Bull shit I would recommend anyone stay clear of this particular ring NOT AS PICTURED ON THE SITE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I PROBABLY WON'T EVEN WEAR IT TO BE HONEST WASTE OF MONEY IN MY OPINION WAITED 8 WEEKS FOR WHAT IN MY OPINION SHOULD HAVE COST MAYBE 400 AT BEST NEVER BUYING OR RECOMMENDING THIS RING TO ANYONE SORRY NOT SORRY I PAID ALOT FOR THIS AN YOU SKIMPED ON THE GLOW POWDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. y!

ated our relationship. Staghead worked with us to create a custom ring for me and a matching one for him. I told the designed “I want a ring that looks like it ordains me as the fairy queen of the enchanted forest.” The designer basically said “hold my coffee” and ran with it. They have me options, worked within my budget and made us feel heard throughout the process. We now have unique rings that match us. My ring is more beautiful than I ever imagined.

. He wanted to try to plan a proposal and continually asked for updates on when it would be ready. They would not give him a time or even a time frame. It arrived in April. When you are handling the importance of someone's special day you think you would take it more seriously and allow for planning. The lack of communication and lack of empathy or understanding from the customer service is horrible. We wanted to get matching rings but do not feel we can rely on them to even get it in an appropriate manner to plan a wedding. Plus I have had my ring for less than a week, I take it off nightly, have been super careful with it and the moss agate already has embedded scratches. I have no idea how this ring is going to hold up for a long happy marriage.

provided timely updates and even paid for overnight shipping to ensure we got our rings in time for the day. I could not recommend this place highly enough!

ive review I found about communication couldn't have been further from the truth. I think the biggest mistake people make is deciding on one of these rings without having enough time so they get stressed about the process. I ordered with months to spare, every email was replied to within 24 hours, the delivery went perfectly, and the ring fits/looks amazing! HIGHLY recommend using their free ring sizing kit. My ring size at a jewelry store was 1.5 sizes smaller than my size with Staghead. Very glad I did that to make sure it fit perfectly. All-in-all, very glad I chose this because now I have an exceptionally unique ring that everyone loves!

nsidered anything other than a traditional diamond ring. However, Staghead's unique and striking creations changed my perspective entirely. The moss agate, in particular, is an incredibly special stone that brings me joy every time I glance at my finger. What truly sets Staghead apart is their commitment to exceeding expectations. They not only fulfilled my custom order but managed to deliver it just in time for my wedding day, a delightful surprise that added an extra layer of joy to the occasion. I had initially anticipated a longer wait, making this prompt delivery an unexpected and appreciated bonus. Despite their limited office hours, Staghead demonstrated impeccable customer service. Throughout every stage of my order, they kept me well-informed and engaged, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The level of attention and care they provided made me feel valued as a customer. Staghead Designs has not only won my heart with their exceptional craftsmanship but has also secured a customer for life. I eagerly look forward to more custom work in the future and wouldn't dream of seeking such unique and personalized creations anywhere else. Thank you, Staghead, for making our wedding rings a symbol of not just our love but also of unparalleled craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.

g tactic and asking the customer service team to honor the previous price of the ring. The team said they had recently audited the price of gold and diamonds and raised the price accordingly. This gave me enough time to find another ring for another company. A week or so after buying the other ring, I found the ring I was considering buying discounted $1000 from the price customer service had said was firm due to gold and diamond price increases. Although not illegal, these methods of marketing are deceitful and purposefully worked against Staghead in this case. I would suggest that anyone that is considering buying from them do their due diligence, as they are not transparent about the value of their product and do not seem to care about customer experience.

my husband has used a lot already!

otos do not show correctly (it is shown as a deep blue; alexandrite is anywhere from a "true green" to pink, to gray and sometimes dark blue). I did not like the accompanying wedding bands for my ring. The staff said that they could make them custom. It was a huge mistake. DO NOT GO TO THIS VENDOR FOR CUSTOM RINGS. This business only communicates in written form (email, text). The initial request, that I included similar items in their catalog with, was highly misinterpreted. Each "adjustment" of the custom ring drawing is a $100 charge fee; they waived the first one because they misinterpreted it so badly but stated that any additional changes would be $100 per change. There was no discussion on the different aspects of the new rings. I have never done custom jewelry and didn't know what to ask. They did not guide me through the process at all. I received the wedding bands, they "mostly" match the drawings but have enough differences that I am not happy with them including not lining up with my engagement ring (they inside part of the new rings is past the outer part of my engagement ring). They are based out of state for me and only communicate by written communications; there is not easy way to fix my rings through this vendor due to the method of communication, mailing and additional fees. All of this could have been avoided had I been able to have actually conversations with the jewelers especially a video call so that the custom ring could be gone over. I DO NOT recommend this vendor for any product.

our anxiety with having the ring shipped, and were so kind with working with me to make our adjustments and customizations. And all that aside, the ring is BEAUTIFUL. We absolutely love it. Thank you Staghead!!

t only that we haven't received our rings but when we emailed them to get an update, they returned us a week later telling us our order would be shipped in couple of weeks which is more than a month delay and they would not even let us know about this if we did not email them asking about shipment. We still have not gotten our rings, I do not think this is a reliable company and I would never order from this company again. I would not advise anyone to order from here unless you want to take the risk of missing your rings on your special wedding day.

l correspondence had to be maintained through only email or text. Red flag number one. The email responses were not timely, and the customer support option was text only. They would not answer or communicate via phone or by any other means. With much prompting, the ring was finally shipped. And seemingly lost. The tracking was marked 'Delivered' but it was not, and was lost in the system - only to find out that Staghead does not insure or offer any solution in this case! The recommended action was that they offered a 10% discount and for him to purchase and design a new ring. Finally, after a week, we were able to find the ring through our neighbors, and opened the box to find no certification, and no bands!! The ring was custom designed around the main stone, and email correspondence proves the designer and contact who made the quote included 2 'tracers' aka wedding bands in addition to the engagement ring that were to stack with the main ring. Upon reaching out to them to figure out where our bands were, we were told that the individual made a mistake, shouldn't have quoted for the two additional bands, and that no bands were really included in the total price, and that they'd be happy to make us bands, but we would have to pay thousands of dollars extra. To be told over email that you are paying X price for three rings, then to be told 'whoops - he shouldn't have said that, we're just going to send you one' is absolutely unacceptable. We filed a case with BBB, but I would strongly recommend you do NOT buy from this designer. I don't know where they get this 4.9 rating, but PLEASE look on reddit, look at BBB (they are not BBB accredited btw), and look at other sources. We have now gotten another jeweler to make the bands for us, and they've also had to tighten and adjust all prongs on the main stone as it is extremely loose. Terrible customer service and a terrible business all around.

d for it to be expedited which, I'll give them that, they did get to UPS in time. Upon completing my order though, I noticed a decline in the responsiveness and overall customer service experience. The ring sizes are not standard (you must read some fine print to know this), but honestly that's a non-issue. My problem was with the unclear/apparently outdated policies on their site at the time of my purchase. You will need a ring sizer kit in order to accurately select a band, but in case you don't want to ruin a surprise (which I didn't) you could opt into the one-time, retroactive resize. Perfect! So I thought. After getting my fiancé's ring size incorrect, I was told that the ring was ineligible for a free re-size due to a recent policy change. I could either pay $90 for a sizer kit + resize or wait 90 days to file a claim through Extend. Thankfully I work in e-commerce and know my rights so I was able to locate the policy and send a screenshot. After which another representative more or less responded with "ooohhh THAT policy, sure thing--give us another 2-3 weeks! (: " Never mind the fact it's been 4 weeks since the ring arrived; if my fiancé wasn't already attached to it, I would get my money back in a heart beat. Great designs, but the whole experience needs improvement.

rranty. They want me to pay $50 plus shipping to repair. They stated you cannot get this ring wet, not even from a shower or doing dishes.

t. The ring shipped quickly and he has gotten so many compliments on his unique ring!

t when we received the box of rings to try and wear we were shocked. It allowed him to really get a feel for the fit.
