Stall & Kessler's Diamond Center

My fiance and I started out looking for engagement rings together, knowing we’d be proposing to one another on a date a few months in the future. After searching the Cincinnati area for a jeweler who could provide recycled metals, responsible stones, and an understanding and appreciation for what I’d envisioned, we’d come up short. I stumbled across Stall & Kessler online and followed up with my first phone call to Jeffrey Kessler. He immediately put me at ease and was very responsive by phone and email. I felt positive enough to make the 3 hour drive with my fiance (nee boyfriend) to visit the store and I could not have had a more wonderful experience. We were received like old friends at the charming storefront and greeted with waters, a lovely rose, and an invitation to have lunch on them. We worked with the entire team, but were mainly assisted by the very knowledgable and accommodating Kris Kessler. He was preternaturally patient with me throughout the entire process of designing, casting, and finishing the ring. There was no concern or request however small or arbitrary that he did not thoughtfully and kindly consider and respond to, often at length. I could go down the list name-by-name of every employee who helped us along the way and wax poetic about every lovely gesture, small or large, but suffice it to say, after hundreds of miles logged in transit, and the largest purchase we’ve ever made as a couple, I feel as though we’ve been given a gift.

My husband went to Stall & Kessler's for my engagement ring, where they helped him build one from scratch. Being a unique ring, I wanted a unique band to match, so I went back to have my wedding band made. After working with them off and on, and trying to figure out what I wanted, they drew something up based on what I'd said I liked. It is fantastic, excellent craftsmanship, and the best set I could have asked for! The staff is so friendly, too!
