ginning that I was a very cost-conscious bride and could not go above the budget I gave her, and not once did she try to up-sell me on anything. She stuck right to my budget (even stayed well under it when all was said and done!). The day of, everything arrived on time and looking beautiful! Everyone raved about the arrangements and my bouquet! Excellent job by Stamford Florist! I couldn't recommend them enough!

wedding, I needed my bouquet, my maid of honor's, and boutonnieres for my husband, best man and our two fathers. Easy. The week before the wedding, I went to the shop to give them ribbon I wanted used in the bouquet, and to confirm the date/time for delivery. That was the last good experience. They were late by an hour and a half, causing us to be late to the wedding. We called them three times, and and on the third time, one of the girls got rude and said, "We didn't realize this was a timed delivery." They actually arrived and walked through the hotel lobby as we were leaving- I was convinced I was not going to have a bouquet. The bouquets were the exact same, despite specifying the difference in size in the consultation- and the estimate even saying the MOH bouquet would be smaller. (alot of people at the wedding asked why I didn't get a bridal bouquet.) The Boutonnieres had the wrong kind of leaves on them, and there were no pins. The church had to use safety pins. Each of them only lasted no more than 30 minutes and had all broken by the time the reception came. I didn't get any candid pictures of my dress with my bouquet, or shoes and bouquet- all those cool shots that they get- and I paid for- I never got to take them. When I called them to complain they weren't eager to talk to me, but they did listen, and refunded 50% of the bill. I was so pleased with them initially, but every single thing dealing with them was bad after that, and I will never use them again. I really liked them at first too, so I'm sorry to have to give them such a bad review- but they screwed up so bad they caused me to be late for my wedding.
