Standing Room Only DJ, Jay Kacik

almost every step of the ceremony and reception. He also incorporated all of the requests we had for the structure of our wedding and music choices, while still using his own experience and knowledge to pull everything together in a professional manner. Beyond the ceremony and reception, he helped us plan rehearsals, dinners, and provided recommendations on vendors for our wedding. He goes the extra mile by providing assistance in ways that are far beyond that of a typical DJ. His experience and insights were invaluable to the success of our wedding. I truly can’t recommend Jay enough.

ted almost like a supplementary planner and provided some helpful suggestions as we were thinking through the timeline/agenda. He read the room perfectly on the dance portion and nailed the music choices for our demographic. Jay is a fantastic wedding DJ - very highly recommended.

Canyon Inn, but another DJ who was already book on our wedding date also highly recommended Jay. Jay is so much more than a DJ. His experience is invaluable. He provided incredible advice on our entire wedding layout, from how we would enter the room to perfectly timing key moments. He even took the time to review our wedding website and offer suggestions! On the day itself, he was a master at reading the room, keeping our guests happy, and making all of our announcements for speeches and dances seamless. If you're looking for a DJ who will go above and beyond, we can't recommend Jay Kacik enough. He is an absolute professional and made our wedding day perfect. d to ensure we had the best time! He kept things flowing and on time, which we appreciate! We gave Jay some artists and songs we'd like played and he cultivated the best playlists for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. So many of our friends and families raved about him, too! I highly recommend Jay! :)

ons with us where he gave us great advice on everything wedding related, including stuff out of his scope. He also did an excellent job as Master of Ceremonies. We wrote a paragraph introduction for each member of our wedding party which Jay read at the beginning of the reception. It was very clear that he had practiced the introductions because he executed them perfectly. Can’t go wrong with Jay!

t it was more than everything we were looking for. He calls himself the master of ceremonies and this is absolutely true. He met with us frequently, was open to changes as needed, and worked with us on some fun choreographed and organized moments during the night. Even my Wedding efficient mentioned how on top of it he was. I told my wife I wish I could marry her again just so we could have a fantastic evening all over again. They always say don’t skip out on the Import stuff during your wedding day and the person with the music in the mic is certainly in my mind, the most critical element of all. Thank you, Jay for a fantastic experience. It went off without a hitch and I was confident you would arrive ready to steal the night away. Do yourself a favor and hired Jay. You won’t have to worry about a thing except for “ I do”.

each step of the process. He reminded us of small moments where we could honor people important to us, things I would have never even thought to do. His song choices through the entire night were spot on, and even though we hadn't planned on a ton of dancing our floor was busy the entire night! I cannot recommend Jay more if you're looking for a professional who cares deeply about each couple that he works with.

the planning process for our October wedding at Mount Vernon Canyon Club, Jay was incredibly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented. Jay took the time to get to know us, our vision, and even our families’ musical preferences — offering thoughtful questions and guidance along the way. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was covered, from the timing of our ceremony songs to the reception flow and even the perfect fade-outs for specific tracks. His planning materials were organized and easy to follow, and he always made himself available to talk through ideas or changes, no matter how small. On the day of the wedding, Jay was phenomenal — calm, prepared, and such a joyful presence. He coordinated seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, and every transition flowed effortlessly. The music was absolutely perfect — a mix of our requests and his expert ability to read the crowd. He even seized the perfect, mid-reception moment to roll out the party glow sticks (something we were originally going to distribute at the end of the night), which just took the fun, celebrations, and dancing to the next level. Our guests had an amazing time, and the dance floor stayed full all night! Jay was an integral part of our wedding day Dream Team and helped make our day unforgettable. We can’t recommend him highly enough to any couple looking for a DJ & M.C. who cares deeply, listens carefully, and delivers an experience full of heart.

helping us with our wedding. He helped us with so much more than just our music options. He helped us with details we never would have thought of that really made the day move smoothly. Not only were all of our guests up on the dance floor, he kept the night moving along. My husband and I were both so, so happy we picked Jay but after the wedding, we had multiple people tell us how great he was. My sister gets married next year in CA and asked me if I thought Jay would make the trip for her wedding. I can't recommend Jay enough.

ate at a wedding and dance non-stop! And it was in large part due to Jay. He also was incredibly well-prepared and communicative throughout the planning process. We planned the entire wedding ourselves and often didn't know what we were doing, but Jay always made us feel comfortable, pointed us to other vendors, and helped us steer clear of common mistakes. It was one of the best nights of my life and Jay made it even better!

ized and has so much wedding experience - the questions he asked helped me organize my whole day, and he had so many small suggestions that helped everything flow smoothly. Because of his meticulous planning, everything went perfectly. We had a few hiccups with weather that affected our timing, and Jay helped to coordinate everyone so well that the guests didn't realize that things weren't going according to plan. I loved the edit Jay did of our first dance song, maintaining the integrity of the song, while allowing us to get through our dance quickly. And he did a great job incorporating the songs we wanted to hear while also being responsive to the crowd. Our guests loved the hip-hop finish to the evening!

c. His music recommendations were spot on with what we wanted, and his ability to keep us on track with follow ups were life-savers when we couldn't see straight with all of the little wedding details to planning. We can't thank Jay enough for everything he did for us leading up to the wedding, but also, for setting the tone and energy on our special day. This flawless execution is a tribute to his organization, knowledge and prep. Would choose Jay 100 times over!

My husband and I were very impressed with all of the communication leading up to our wedding. t was happening! Would definitely recommend Jay!!

ng and professional during all of our planning meetings. Jay has a planning packet that he goes through with you on the first meeting which is so helpful because I realized there were things I had not thought about yet. He goes so above and beyond and actually helped me find a place for wedding dress alterations. He also checked in multiple times the weeks before my wedding to see how we were doing and if we needed anything from him. On the wedding day he did such an amazing job of keeping the reception on track and organized. I gave a thank you speech prior to dinner at our reception, and the microphone was ready and on our table when we walked in. He also made a point to introduce himself to our parents prior to the wedding and introduced himself to my grandfather who was blessing the meal. He was so supportive all night with making sure that I had enough time to bustle my dress prior to dances and walking my husband and I through the reception entrance. At the end of the night my husband and I had discussed wanting to do a private last dance before our grand exit. Jay went above and beyond again by not only ushering people fully out of the room, but he also stepped away in order to truly give us that alone time. I truly felt that we had the perfect wedding day and Jay was a huge, huge part of that!!

night at our wedding, Jay was completely IN......so involved and helpful.....He went above and beyond to make our wedding day was OUTSTANDING.....Jay helped us throughout the planning and not just with the music.....Jay gave great ideas on how to make sure everyone would have a wonderful time....Jay even called my mother prior to the wedding to see if she had any specific requests or needs. .... At the actual wedding, Jay checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we were taken care of from our drinks to enjoying the music......at one point I needed to go to the bathroom and with my dress being fitted/ corset, I needed some help....Jay went and found my sisters.....Thank you Jay!

ay. I could not recommend him more highly.
