t it was more than everything we were looking for. He calls himself the master of ceremonies and this is absolutely true. He met with us frequently, was open to changes as needed, and worked with us on some fun choreographed and organized moments during the night. Even my Wedding efficient mentioned how on top of it he was. I told my wife I wish I could marry her again just so we could have a fantastic evening all over again. They always say don’t skip out on the Import stuff during your wedding day and the person with the music in the mic is certainly in my mind, the most critical element of all. Thank you, Jay for a fantastic experience. It went off without a hitch and I was confident you would arrive ready to steal the night away. Do yourself a favor and hired Jay. You won’t have to worry about a thing except for “ I do”.

Jay took the time to get to know us, our vision, and even our families’ musical preferences — offering thoughtful questions and guidance along the way. His planning materials were organized and easy to follow, and he always made himself available to talk through ideas or changes, no matter how small. On the day of the wedding, Jay was phenomenal — calm, prepared, and such a joyful presence. He coordinated seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, and every transition flowed effortlessly. The music was absolutely perfect — a mix of our requests and his expert ability to read the crowd. He even seized the perfect, mid-reception moment to roll out the party glow sticks (something we were originally going to distribute at the end of the night), which just took the fun, celebrations, and dancing to the next level. Our guests had an amazing time, and the dance floor stayed full all night! Jay was an integral part of our wedding day Dream Team and helped make our day unforgettable. We can’t recommend him highly enough to any couple looking for a DJ & M.C. who cares deeply, listens carefully, and delivers an experience full of heart.

He goes so above and beyond and actually helped me find a place for wedding dress alterations. On the wedding day he did such an amazing job of keeping the reception on track and organized. I gave a thank you speech prior to dinner at our reception, and the microphone was ready and on our table when we walked in. He also made a point to introduce himself to our parents prior to the wedding and introduced himself to my grandfather who was blessing the meal. He was so supportive all night with making sure that I had enough time to bustle my dress prior to dances and walking my husband and I through the reception entrance. At the end of the night my husband and I had discussed wanting to do a private last dance before our grand exit. Jay went above and beyond again by not only ushering people fully out of the room, but he also stepped away in order to truly give us that alone time. I truly felt that we had the perfect wedding day and Jay was a huge, huge part of that!!

practically an event planner himself wrapped up in DJ service, and multiple times went through the evening timeline minute-by-minute (not just the reception) to make sure we were all on the same page but also giving advice throughout the process (make sure the bustle is strong, if the bride is on the dance floor everyone will join, dance floor size, etc). The music was of course terrific, and the notes he'd taken during the planning process about the guest demographics and type of music to play was spot-on. Jay took care of everything with the venue to make sure he had what he needed without having to bother us on the day-of. I would recommend SRO to absolutely anyone. Jay takes pride in his work, is the utmost professional, and an incredibly valuable resource when planning a wedding.
