We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her team at Starborn Weddings + Events! From the moment we started working with Lauren, we knew we were in the best hands. Sh...
e is warm, easy to talk to, and makes the entire planning process so much fun. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism shone through every step of the way, and her meticulous organization kept us not just on track but ahead of schedule for all our tasks.
Lauren truly brought our vision to life better than we could have ever imagined. We received so many compliments on how beautifully everything came together. Our guests especially appreciated the small, thoughtful design details that Lauren came up with. Her vendor recommendations were excellent, and in the end we had a group so cohesive, talented, and professional that I like to refer to it as the Avengers superteam of vendors. :)
On the day of the wedding, we felt completely at ease, knowing that Lauren and her amazing staff had everything under control. This allowed us to stay grounded and fully present, enjoying every moment of our special day. She coordinated all the logistics flawlessly, including getting two separate caterers to seamlessly match their dishes for guests with different dietary needs—a feat that meant so much to us and our guests.
Even when a potential last-minute crisis came up just days before the wedding, Lauren remained calm and supportive, guiding us and our families through it with grace and helping to resolve everything effortlessly. We truly could not have done this without her help.
Lauren and the team at Starborn Weddings + Events are absolutely the best, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to plan their wedding or event. Their expertise, warmth, and dedication made all the difference for us, and we’re so grateful to have had them by our side.
Lauren is AMAZING. There's no other way to put it. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's an incredible person and friend to lean and rely on during the very hectic an...
d often overwhelming wedding planning process. Our day would not have been the same without Lauren leading the charge. There were so many moments leading up to and during our wedding day that Lauren went above and beyond for us. There was not a second of worry or concern on my end the day of because I just knew Lauren had it all covered! She is incredibly hard-working, reliable, organized, skilled, and knowledgeable in every aspect, and my entire family and wedding party just raved about her. We are SO grateful for Lauren, and I can say without a doubt she was the best decision we made for our wedding!
HIRE LAUREN IMMEDIATELY. She was absolutely phenomenal and a true life saver. I can not sign enough praises for Lauren, and am recommending her to everyone that I can. I did the ...
initial planning myself and then decided I was way over my head, and hired Lauren about 4 months prior to the wedding. She came in and worked absolute magic.
I had a wedding that was split between two locations (ceremony at De Cordova and party in parent's backyard). It was a "low-key" affair, but because there were two locations and we had to bring everything in to both places, it was maximum+ level of difficulty. My husband and I are also Type A lawyers, and we are (unfortunately) use to a certain level of responsiveness, and Lauren was a true dream. She is even more detailed and organized than I am, and she always made herself available when needed. I am still so impressed with Lauren's knowledge and planning acumen. She new to ask about things that I never even thought of. She was always two steps ahead of everyone else, and above all, she was a true joy to work with. Leading up to my wedding she afforded me calm, and the day of my wedding, she had everything under control so all I had to do was show up. She was worth every single penny. If I ever need to plan anything again, Lauren will be my very first call. Do yourself a favor and hire her ASAP. It will be your best decision.

lp bring your vision to life flawlessly. She listens to everything you say and offers suggestions, often times things I had never thought of, and then works around the clock to make it happen. Her organization skills are out of this world - she has every little tiny detail accounted for, takes copious notes, and then makes sure you & all your vendors never lose sight of any detail outstanding question or item, no matter how small. Our monthly phone calls SAVED me, going through our checklists and reviewing status of everything. On the actual wedding day - you won’t have to worry about ANY thing whatsoever. She has it covered and gets it done, and works behind the scenes to ensure everything that you’ve planned to date is executed flawlessly. She kept my vendor team organized and doing everything they needed to, all with a massive smile and incredibly friendly demeanor. She is the ultimate professional, approaching every conversation with you and any vendor with ease, knowledge and a problem solving attitude, and always with a smile and a joke to keep you grounded, calm and stress free. She became such a close friend during this process, and I could not have asked for ANYONE better to handle all the details of our special day. I 1000% know our whole wedding experience would not have been a fraction of what it was without her. I could not recommend anyone more highly and will ALWAYS sing her absolute praises!!

were doing at first. As soon as we started working with Lauren, she put us on track, understood our vision, and really made it all come to life. My husband and I are typically good about making decisions but sourcing what to actually choose from was the biggest task made 1000% easier by Lauren.
I can’t thank her enough for making such an important day so perfect. We will be recommending Starborn Events to everyone we know. And I hope I can work with Lauren in the future to bring another event to life.

ly meetings as we got closer to our wedding. She connected me to a lot of vendors. She corresponded with vendors both for us and with us to make sure everything was moving according to plan. She came to walk throughs of the venue with us more than once. She gave us great suggestions and recommendations. She kept us SOOO organized and gave us monthly and weekly tasks to make sure we got everything done. Above all, lauren is kind, relatable, genuine, and hardworking. She will do whatever it takes to make sure there’s no stress in the wedding planning and to make sure your wedding day is perfect. The actual day of the wedding Lauren was so helpful. She kept me calm, made sure we ate dinner, cut the cake, and got our sunset photos. I truly believe we had such a perfect day because of her. If you’re even considering a wedding planning, lauren is the absolute best one out there. We are so grateful for her!

sourcing vendors. Lauren is a consummate professional, we felt instantly at ease with her top notch recommendations, thorough timeline and ability to source the perfect after party location on quite a short notice. On our wedding day, Lauren was seemingly everywhere at once and went above and beyond afterwards to advocate for us and obtained a discount from one disappointing vendor experience. I can't recommend Lauren enough, after our wedding day my husband asked "So is Lauren just gone from our life now?" That is how much of an impact she made on us and what a joy she was to work with through the most important time in our lives so far.
Lauren is an outstanding wedding planner and I am incredibly grateful we had her with us on our special day. She is truly an industry expert and knows all of the levels of details ...
needed for a successful wedding. When I asked Lauren for help, she was already 10 steps ahead of me and had solutions and vendors to recommend. She executed on changes immediately and never missed a single detail. She kept everything organized and put together a customized timeline based around our specific needs. When I realized 24 hours before the wedding that I had completely messed up all of our place cards, Lauren was my first call. She helped calm me down, told me exactly how we could fix this, and went to the store to pick up the new ones for me while I was at the rehearsal dinner. Her expertise and professionalism is simply unmatched. I can confidently say our wedding would never have been as successful as it was if we didn’t have Lauren there every step of the way. If you want to make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed of with as little stress as possible, Lauren and Starborn Wedding + Events has my absolute highest recommendation!!
To say 2020 was a difficult year for wedding planning is an understatement but we are so grateful to have worked with Lauren to guide us through all the uncharted territory that CO...
VID-19 brought. She was crucial in the site selection for our original wedding plans finding a venue that far exceeded our needs and expectations. When COVID hit Lauren offered updated plans and solutions to ensure our special day was exactly what we wanted. Within a week we had a new site, a new date (2 months earlier!) and a new plan in the works. We relied on her heavily for vendor recommendations and management, contract negotiation and review, and design options including unique and personal touches that represented us as a couple. She often accompanied us on vendor meetings and joined conference calls as a guiding light and professional opinion, without her we would not have had the confidence and support we needed to express what we wanted. Lauren’s expertise and positivity throughout our planning made our wedding day exponentially better! We cannot recommend her enough, she is a true professional.

All of the corresponding tracking documents and spreadsheets she provided made the entire process so seamless to manage. Overall, we couldn’t have done it without her help!

lways keeping a calming energy. We changed our venue twice and Lauren was always positive and ready to make anything work. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother thanks to Lauren. She made sure that we got through things like first dances/cake cutting/dinner so that we could enjoy time on the dance floor. There was not a minute of stress the day of the wedding because of Lauren running things behind the scenes. 10/10. A million stars!

ave the day and help clean up my vision and needs along the way. She is a great listener, excels in organization, and is incredible at day-of execution and wrangling vendors. She listens to your wants, puts things into perspective, and helps you get to your big day with ease. We would have been lost without her, and since we’re being honest… as a COVID bride I probably wouldn’t of made it down the aisle without her! We could not have picked a better person to help us for our big day and we are forever grateful! We love you Lauren!

ren was a great resource the entire time, always responsive and able to act in a timely manner when decisions needed to be made and deadlines needed to be met. Lauren was able to assist with vendor recommendations and management as we had a variety of moving parts for our wedding; from offsite guests, multiple photo locations to all of the ceremony and reception elements. dn't have dreamed of a better coordinator. She was not only considerate, patient, assiduous, and precise, she became my mother's new best friend! They were like two peas in a pod throughout the entire process.
Lauren was there on the day of the wedding helping with all last minute details and keeping all of the stitches together. She fit right in with my family and friends with her convivial (yet firm!) nature. The end result was beyond our expectations and Starborn's touch could be felt in everything. r, and most importantly, made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. We got to see first-hand the dedication and love she puts into each event she plans. Lauren is passionate about making sure that your vision becomes a reality and will go above and beyond to do so. She has a ton of experience with weddings so listen to her advice. She knows what she is talking about! Lauren's helpful recommendations for vendors and design advice put us at ease immediately. She has great attention to detail, is a problem-solver, and doesn't seem to be shocked or rattled by anything. ing brings. Well Lauren has a way to alleviate most, if not all, of that stress. She was able to sort, prioritize, and manage every concern I explained to her. Not only did she manage the concerns but she thoroughly explained and supported me through what she would and could do. It made a chaotic time, feel manageable and realistic.
When the weekend arrived, Lauren was available for the rehearsal run-through, decor for the event, table set up, and every other detail I missed as the bride. When the neon light was missing a connection she searched Walmart and every place so that on our wedding night that light was lit! She was a miracle worker. The night of she was on top of timelines, speeches, and details that as a bride you can't even begin to think about. She made it so easy to put all of my trust into because she was always five steps ahead.
Beyond all of her amazing management skills, Lauren was kind, friendly, and flexible. She made me feel relaxed and calm in every scenario. She went about things so seamlessly that I never even realized how much she had pulled off behind the scenes. My bridal party and family continued to comment on how accommodating and friendly she was. It made the day go so smoothly.
Without question, I would highly recommend Lauren! I cannot thank her enough for the gift of her help. Every bride and/or groom needs Lauren every step of the way.
