Stardust Floral Designs

So impressed with the bride and bridesmaid bouquets. I received so many compliments and the floral arrangements turned out better than the pictures I sent her. Bonnie and Bob were very helpful and responded in a timely manner. About a month before my wedding, I talked to Bonnie and she was so enthusiastic about my bouquets and arrangements and it set me at ease knowing how excited they were and it was obvious the effort the out forward.

After receiving responses from a bid put out on Thumbtack, there was no doubt we were interested in pursuing a relationship with Stardust Floral. The company (specifically Bonnie & Bob,) was eager and more than willing to work within our budget. After supplying Bonnie with a few pictures of color combinations, a list of what we flower combinations we were interested in, (i.e. bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, ceremony flowers, etc.) she took it from there. They provided us with plenty of possibilities using our wedding color scheme. After months of correspondence, when the big day came, Bonnie & Bob personally delivered and set up the most astounding flowers – nothing we could have envisioned could have come close to what they created. The ceremony arrangements were truly stunning. The coral, off white and gold colors were spot on! The bridal bouquets were, again, beyond our wildest expectations... as were the corsages and boutonnieres! Bonnie really outdid herself! They also supplied us with simple glass vases, to spread the bouquets out on the head table, adding an eloquent touch to the décor of the ballroom for the reception. Stardust Floral’s prompt and efficient delivery and set up is also well worth noting. Bob was even willing to carry one of the large ceremony arrangements upstairs to the reception room before the ceremony to make sure our flower placement for the reception would be a breeze. We would highly recommend Stardust Floral for any of your floral needs, but especially to take the worry out of your special day. One less concern… Leave the flowers to them!

The designs were pretty, but the service was less than spectacular. We had requested a specific plant for the grooms and paid the quote agreed upon. Two days before my wedding I got a call stating the plant was more expensive than expected, so she was just going to swap it for something cheaper (and completely different). When I asked for a price change, she went out and bought the originally agreed upon plant. I also requested a tossing bouquet a few weeks before the wedding, paid for it, and didn't know until it was time to toss the bouquet that she had never left one for me to use. The arrangements that I did receive were beautiful, but knowing now what a headache working with Stardust would be, I would have chosen a different vendor.
