RUINED OUR WEDDING! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Matt Coolidge, the owner of Starlight Limo, should be ashamed of himself for calling this a Limo "service". My new bride to be had to take an uber to our venue because the limo never came. Once ...I finally reached Matt after multiple calls and texts he stated "sorry, I thought it was a 4 pm pick up" even though I confirmed all times directly with Matt less than 48 hours before the wedding. I paid for 4 limos and got three. When I contacted him for a refund he just ignored my calls and texts as expected. Regarding the vehicles he did send, they were awful. Duct tape all over the trunk of one limo. Parts were missing on the inside, wires hanging out everywhere. The AC barely worked and one limo had a clip on fan blowing air to the rear. The driver opened the trunk to another car so we could store my new wife's wedding dress for the ride and the trunk was full of tire jacks and spare tires! Just awful all around and Starlight Limo's website pictures are completely misleading and absolutely do not represent the equipment Matt Coolidge actually uses. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
