Tiffany was spectacular throughout our process -- she was great at keeping us on track, listening to what we wanted, and helping us find what we needed to prepare for a wedding that reflected both of us. She was patient -- particularly as we tried to piece through the elements of the wedding we needed guidance through -- while also being responsive to the areas where we had strong preferences. She was incredibly well-organized, keeping us on schedule and on task to make sure we had our vendors lined up. Without Tiff, this process would have been far more stressful and painful. And of course, as we got closer to the wedding, Tiff and Elan were great in facilitating the final pieces in a low-key and low-stress way. On the day of the wedding, we had total confidence that they had everything under control -- and when, inevitably, a few small things needed to be dealt with, they figured them out without us even noticing. We could not recommend Tiff more highly!

We got married in June 2024 and hired Tiffany as our day-of coordinator. First of all, we got so much more than just day-of coordination. In the months leading up to our wedding, Tiffany met with us several times over zoom, helped create the schedule for our wedding, gave us invaluable advice for hiring vendors, and even drove all the way out to the venue to do a walkthrough with us. She really put our mind at ease and we left every meeting with her feeling less stressed and more excited for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Tiffany and her partner Elan arrived well ahead of time to ensure everything went smoothly. From that point on, we didn't have to lift a finger. They were on top of everything, making sure all the vendors and staff were on schedule. We were running an hour behind at the beginning of the night, and somehow Tiffany and Elan managed to bring everything right back on track without anything feeling rushed. It was a miracle! Tiffany even went above and beyond -- we didn't hire a DJ for the wedding, and she agreed to make announcements for the buffet and even set up our music to play at exactly the right times. We highly recommend Starr Weddings. Tiffany and Elan are amazing and we couldn't have pulled it off without them.

I can not thank Tiffany and her team enough for making our day go off on time and smoothly. Having event planning experience, I wasn't immediately sold on the need for a day-of coordinator for my wedding, but I'm SO glad I had her! From the expected things to timing our aisle music perfectly to the unexpected, like tracking down a vendor on the day that almost didn't show, we could not have had the day we had without her. Tiffany was excellent, from the first exploratory call to tidying up our suite when she returned our items while we were at our after-party.

Tiffany was a dream to work with. She really made sure everything was seamless. She is organized, flexible, resourceful, professional, and very calming to a stressed-out bride. I hired Tiffany and her team in October 2023 for my May 2024 wedding and could not have been happier with my decision. My husband and I went with the Design and Day-of-Coordination package, but given our excellent experience, we’d strongly recommend the Partial Planning package. The more of Tiffany’s services the better! As our day-of-coordinator, Tiffany went above and beyond as she helped us with outsourcing materials for DIY details (welcome boards, place cards, candles, etc.) and provided design input when needed. It was also a plus being able to have access to her inventory. She really ensured that my husband and I were not stressed on the day of the wedding. I’ve been telling everyone that I am forever grateful for the amazing work Tiffany has done. She was on point every step of the way, ensuring that the Excel sheet was always up to date and that monthly meetings were held. She really captured my vision for the day perfectly. I felt 100% confident in trusting whatever decision she made. Tiffany also has excellent management and organizational skills when under pressure. There were so many things that were out of our control on the day of the wedding, and she was able to quickly resolve each issue. She communicated with all of my vendors to make sure they had the latest timeline and that everyone was on the same page. My friends and family all expressed that they had an amazing time. My day would not have been as beautiful as it was without her and her team. I highly recommend Starr Weddings if you are looking for a helpful, attentive, caring, and kind team. I followed a lot of wedding vendors on instagram, but Tiffany and Starr Weddings was the only vendor I had my heart set on right from the beginning. Hiring Tiff was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process! I thought I could plan a small wedding on my own, but about 4 months out from the date I became so overwhelmed with the details and made a spur of the moment decision to hire Tiff to help with some final design details and for day-of-coordination services. From the first time meeting her over video calls, I felt so at ease with her. She and her team are so organized and know all of the details that most brides forget about. She provided recommendations for vendors, sourced products, communicated with vendors, and did a venue visit. One of her associates, Elan, attended the wedding rehearsal and patiently answered our family members' many questions. Tiff also has some great inventory that you have access to as her client, which meant we didn't have to buy any votive candle holders ourselves. On the day of the wedding, Tiff and Elan completely set up all the decorative elements, answered vendor questions, helped the wedding timeline stay on track, and then fully cleaned/packed up the decorative elements for us to take home at the end of the night. Seeing the vision I had in my head come to life when I walked into the wedding reception was the best part and truly I could not have done it without Tiff's help and guidance. I highly recommended Tiff, Elan, and Starr Weddings!

Tiff and Starr Weddings couldn’t have made the wedding planning process better! We hired Tiff for day of coordination, but she helped with so much more. During our meetings leading up to the big day Tiff answered all of our questions, and gave great advice. Tiff’s easygoing nature was exactly what I was looking for to ease any pre wedding jitters. We're so glad we hired Tiffany! We hired her for day-of coordination about two and a half months before our wedding. We had chosen a slightly off-beat venue (Gottscheer Hall in Ridgewood, Queens) and had a slightly nontraditional party planned (we got married the day before at City Hall, so this event was just a party basically). We wanted help making sure that things went smoothly, especially our dinner delivery (which was being dropped off by an outside caterer in the middle of the party) and the hora loca. We met with Tiff once a month (twice in the month of our wedding, including a week-of meeting), plus did a venue visit with her, and through those meetings, she helped us construct a timeline and a floor plan, alerted us to important things we might not have even thought of without her, and talked through our concerns. On the actual night of our wedding, she and Chasity were extremely calm, efficient, and helpful; we didn't have to worry at all about how the night flowed, and they dealt with a few small hiccups with grace. Would absolutely recommend Tiff/Starr Weddings to anyone else looking for coordination.

Tiffany was an incredible Day of Wedding Coordinator, kind, creative, responsive, responsible, trustworthy and get things done! It was lovely collaborating with her. After sharing with Tiffany my creative vision and planning, she was great at helping but together the final touches and was a huge helping hand on the day of the wedding, putting everything together day of! Tiffany and her team were wonderful. I highly recommend her for your wedding planning and coordination needs. We worked on a very tight timeline and everything came out perfectly! Tiffany Ruiz of STARR Weddings is an excellent choice to help plan and execute your wedding! We hired Tiffany as a “day of” coordinator for our daughter's 2022 fall wedding in Brooklyn, New York. Tiffany is organized and quite knowledgeable about the ins & outs of wedding protocol. She is detail-oriented, reliable, and personable. We appreciated her dedication and enjoyed her sense of humor during our pre-wedding ZOOM meetings. As the lead coordinator, she reached out to our other vendors and worked beautifully with them. On the wedding day, Tiffany was helpful at the church ceremony and was our liaison throughout the reception. Her presence allowed us to enjoy ourselves because we knew the timeline was being followed and under control (we also used her photo booth which was very popular with our guests!) It was a delight to work with Tiffany and we highly recommend her services.

I started working with Tiffany around five months before our wedding. She was way more than a traditional Day of Coordinator! We connected at least once a month leading up to the wedding, and she would make sure we were on track with everything and remind me of any small details I was forgetting. Tiffany was an angel of a wedding planner for my husband and I. We had a three day event around the time of our wedding and Tiffany helped plan, coordinate and was present, along with her assistant, Elan at all events. They could not have been more helpful on the days of events. Tiffany was amazing in the months build up to our events and had great patience and enthusiasm with everything we threw at her.
