D postponements and rescheduling, and their expertise and guidance on music, flow, etc was invaluable. On-site the band members communicated with us and our planner perfectly, seamlessly adjusting to the rain plan and always making sure we were happy and comfortable with the plan. From ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, the music was spot on and exactly what the moment called for. Our dance floor was packed all night - exactly what we wanted. Our guests continue to send messages on how incredible Empire Sound was. Now we’re trying to figure out if we can have a big party every year just so we can get them back…

Excellent experience. They really do customize their sound and performances to exactly what you ask of them. They also read the dancefloor and in our case, that meant keeping the dancing going all night long!

ich led to one of the most packed dance floors I have seen at a wedding in some time. From a vendor perspective, they were also very easy to work with and accommodating as timing and plans changed throughout the night as we adjusted to the rain plan. They are top notch all around!

Claire Khodara is an event producer and singer based between New York and Los Angeles. Her international career spans 20 years, with various residencies from Annabel's (London) to the Rose Bar (NYC). Claire started STARROCK when she felt a gap in the market for fashionable wedding ensembles. Now with offices in NYC + LA, Claire elevates her musicians, guests, and each event she produces. Claire has a passion for all parties and will go the extra mile for any client.
