Not only was he extremely knowledgeable when it comes to music – he literally knew every song we suggested and some were pretty obscure – he is knowledgeable when it comes to weddings. It truly was like having a second wedding planner and not just a DJ. He helped me with the entire timing and flow of the day/night which was incredible as I had no idea what I was doing. He also captured some fantastic videos of our procession, first dances and open dancing. I cannot thank him enough for getting footage of my brother doing the Macarena, Jimmy caught all of the important moments of my day. He had my back at every turn and facilitated all of my asks to ensure that my special day was more than special – it was exactly what I dreamed of. Please hire this man, you won’t regret it!

Jimmy and Chris were professional, helpful, and completely compassionate throughout it all. Our guests continue to tell us it was one of the most lively wedding they had been too. DJ Chris played every single song we/our guests requested (and it's important to note that we had some non-traditional songs- he loved/supported them all!) I would highly recommend Starz Entertainment to anyone getting married. They are worth every penny!

At one point, EVERY SINGLE PERSON was on the dance floor...not one chair occupied in the reception hall. Even after the wedding day, we received many compliments on how great our DJ was and how he played songs to appeal to all ages of our guests. He also truly listened to us and our preferences of music, both leading up to the wedding and any last minute requests we had in the moment, and was able to pull other songs that were hits with our group. Leading up to the big day he helped us organize the details of our wedding reception and suggested a timeline that would work for us, while still being flexible to accommodate our requests. He and his assistant, Michael, came prepared the day-of and kept everything fun and running smoothly. I got many compliments afterward from our guests!

! It was really important to me that my brother be able to perform the song for our first dance. He made it super easy for that to happen. I also had my dad record a song prior to our event and Matthew was awesome at helping us incorporate that into our day. He was able to translate our personalities into the party and made our reception so special!

We ended up keeping the second appointment with another DJ service and very quickly made the decision to go with Jimmy. Jimmy walked us through what the wedding would look like, he used a website where songs were suggested for every part of the ceremony and reception, and Jimmy had multiple calls with us and was very responsive to all of our questions. Jimmy voiced concerns when he thought some songs weren't quite right for the moment, which we loved. Jimmy helped our wedding to go smoothly and he definitely helped the party to continue. Jimmy was great about changing the songs when people weren't interested or playing songs longer when people were really into them. If we are ever in need of DJ services again, we will definitely be signing with Starz Entertainment. Thank you so much Jimmy & Starz!

big day. The day of, everything went SO smoothly and Jimmy kept us all on schedule perfectly. The dance floor was filled the entire night and every song kept the party going. I had people tell me they wanted to take a break, but every song was so good that they couldn’t leave the dance floor. Jimmy had a huge part in making our day incredible!

The room looked so incredible with the up lights and then turned into this crazy party once dancing turned on. Brent is a friend for life and we are so blessed and thankful he was apart of our special day. He was a 100000/10 and would recommend him 1,000 times over again. From the moment we booked with Starz we sorted out every single detail together and went over our timeline many times , plus Brent also had to work to incorporate our saxaophone player. He was more than accommodating plus all our guests thought they were a packaged set and thought they had been working together for years because they were so in sync the entire time!! Again, if your booking Starz ask for Brent . He will never stop the party , he is amazing amazing MC and a wonderful friend. He cares about your event and will make sure everything is perfect. Jimmy and Brent and the entire team are all Starz.
