Station House BBQ was born from a firefighter's passion and a teacher's heart. Founded by husband and wife duo Anthony and Allison Fonseca, our story began with a simple vision: to bring exceptional BBQ and genuine hospitality to Tampa Bay. As a retired firefighter, Anthony spent years perfecting his craft in the firehouse kitchen, where sharing meals meant building community. Alongside his wife Allison, a dedicated school teacher, they transformed their dream into reality, starting with a converted fire truck that became their first mobile kitchen. Today, Station House BBQ has grown into one of Tampa's premier catering services, known for our innovative approach to traditional barbecue. Our team takes pride in smoking our meats low and slow - from our signature 14-hour smoked Texas-style brisket to our fall-off-the-bone tender ribs.
