Thank you for considering our multi-faceted venue for your wedding! Station House is an eclectic paradise that many have named Saint Petersburg’s “hidden gem” for weddings and events. We feature three distinctively designed floors which pair well with unique and creative minded couples who share our flair for art, design, history and whimsy.
Station House was established in 1911 through historic DNA as a Fire Station and Train Station. Station House St. Pete provides the perfect modern twist on a remarkably vintage space. From rehearsal dinners to dream weddings, Station House St. Pete is a venue that is sure to leave you breathless!
We feature an eclectic 4,000 SQ FT inside and outside event space to match your vision of the perfect ambiance and can host up to 150 people comfortably.

vision. Her dedication, professionalism and overall compassion set the bar very high. I have been working with Emily for months leading up to our wedding and we have been through a lot together and she always surprised me with her sunny disposition no matter the setback. I know we only have a professional relationship but it really did feel like we became friends during this journey and when the wedding finally came, she felt more of a guest than our coordinator. She will earn your trust quickly and your faith will be rewarded when she’s all done. We were able to bounce our ideas off her and she was able to make it happen, nothing was impossible. She makes you feel unique and always give you her undivided attention. Her team the day of made the space look even better than we imagined and they treated us like queen and king. They made the evening an intimate affair. And Emily the day of was like a ninja working in the background making sure everything went according to plan. We couldn't have asked for a better team.

e. We only needed to add a a few tables, string lights & flowers for decor & decorating was done! I loved all the furniture, bar space, and lighting that was already there, it was the exact style we wanted. We worked with Emily for all our planning & she was wonderful to work with & made the process so easy & seamless. We picked the food & the date, and our wedding planner helped to layout the existing furniture, and that was all we had to do! It was very simple & easy. The team overall there were amazing! the staff quickly flipped our space from ceremony to reception, had all the food out at the right times & looking/ tasting amazing, and I never had to think about anything the night of. We had just over 100 people at the venue & the space did not feel crowded at all, but we also did not do anything sit down. We incorporated the tables and chairs into more casual seating areas that people could move throughout. We also had a 3pc band in the space and there was plenty of room for dancing! We also had corn hole outside to add to the fun! If you love the style of this place, it is truly so worth it. The rooftop is amazing & we had an amazing experience all around. Lastly, we used the catering on site. At first I did not think the asian inspired would be something I would like for my wedding. But the food was amazing & far better quality than anything we tried from other catering menus. It's delicious restaurant food, not stale tired wedding food. We had amazing delicious meats and vegetable skewers, and a cheese spread. I barely had time to eat any of it but it was amazing and all of our guests were very happy with.

exactly what it did. We did the 4th floor rooftop terrace + the interior room and it was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone commented about how unique it was, and we loved the location in downtown St. Pete. We worked with Emily as our day-of planner, but she did so much more than that! Even months in advance, she stayed on top of us for little things I would have never thought about (in a good way). We did Ichicoro for our catering choice, and it was absolutely delicious. Loved that we were able to have sauvignon blanc & sparkling wine as our two white wines, instead of the traditional chardonnay or pinot grigio, too! The only downside was the [historic] elevator breaking down just before the ceremony. Our guests had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. Thankfully, they fixed it quickly, and it was ready to go long before the wedding was over. Overall, we would choose Station House again and again!

We knew our guests would love it, and they did! As others have said, Emily was a dream to work with. She kept up with every detail and change from start to finish, was timely in her responses, offered ideas, and is just an all around awesome person. We used their in house catering, Ichicoro, and their chef was extremely accommodating and we were blown away by how good the food was. My husband is a chef and food plays a big role in our lives. The food at our wedding was the most important aspect to us and it did not disappoint. We both have worked in hospitality a number of years, so needless to say we can’t help but notice the minor details. In saying that, the Station House staff did not miss a beat. From set up to break down they made sure every detail was perfect and accommodated us beyond expectation. We were incredibly impressed. We could not recommend this venue enough and have already recommended it to a few engaged couples!

They were creative with our budget, thought of things I wouldn't have thought of, and the day of they worked so hard that my family is still raving about them. y other in the St. Pete area. The food at Ichicoro Ane is exactly what we wanted for the event. But the main reason that we chose the Station House was because of Emily and the Station House team. They were the most organized, relaxed, practical event team that I met and I knew they were the ones that would be able to help us plan a wedding reception while we lived in a different state. They were our sounding board over the months leading up to the event from providing advice on anything we asked and on the day they were perfection. My husband and I felt like movie stars, they fed us and made sure we had drinks in our hands, as well as making sure my grandma had her specialty meal, helped older family members walk over obstacles and fixed any problems even before they were problems. They went above and beyond, and yet it was all behind the scenes and all our guests only had glowing reviews about the venue and the staff. Thank you so much for helping create our half ideas into the beautiful reception of our dreams. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have done it without The Station House team.

was such an enjoyable experience. Emily was friendly, incredibly helpful and understanding. We had a rehearsal dinner on their rooftop for 35 people. The food was amazing, everyone loved it. And the service was outstanding. The welcome party followed immediately after dinner, which included about 130 people. The space is fun and eclectic, with plenty of room for guests to move around. My out of town guests were incredibly impressed with the venue. The bar service was friendly and quick, even with so many people. I would highly recommend holding your wedding or event at The Station House. They are very accommodating and want your event to go seamlessly.
