, wedding programs and menus!! Not only did Stationery Bliss have a huge selection of exquisite styles, the owner Marilyn was so willing to create any design I envisioned. She was incredibly easy to work with and had such a sense of propriety and wedding etiquette. And compared to other stationery shops I visited, Stationery Bliss was absolutely the most reasonable in price. Many of our guests have commented on how beautiful our invitations and programs were. Yes! This business gets our highest 5 star rating possible. I will use them again and again with any of our printing needs!!!!

Overall, we are extremely happy with the outcome and deeply appreciate the craftsmanship that went into creating each of our invitations. I would give her 5 stars if not for the lateness: while the outcome was truly beautiful, I have to say it was frustrating to not have all deadlines met. The proof arrived to us 3 business days after she initially told us that it would arrive. And then, the contract that we signed said that all of our finished invites would be ready within 5-7 business days, but unfortunately it did take 16 business days (only counting Monday-Friday...so in reality it was about a month of counting weekends as opposed to the week that it was supposed to be). However, Marilyn was accommodating in getting us half our invites within the 5-7 business days (as we needed them straight away for international reasons), and she was very apologetic about not reaching her deadlines for the rest. As a designer myself, I know that meeting your deadlines is extremely important, however I would still recommend her services as you will be very happy with the overall product. We did an elaborate invitation with a bling starfish and it was worth the extra expense. I heard over and over that it was the most beautiful invitation people had ever seen (and my friends have seen some nice invites). It was a great beginning for what was to be a perfect wedding day!

proof first, no proof. Told me I would have a 1-2 week turn around. Laughable. Literally ignored me and my emails for a week as I started to panic toward the end. Then they told me they got me my item in plenty of time. It got to me like 2 days before my wedding. I ordered it 6 weeks before my wedding. And when there were technical issues that they blamed on me, they refused to 1. Tell me about them for a week and 2. Help me fix them. Yes, I got my product. But the process of getting it and the "customer service" was so bad. It was the only vendor I dealt with that made me feel like crying. So, I'm so glad you guys are in another state. If I could give you half a star I would. Shame on you.

I live in NYC and their company is in Miami and there is no doubt I was a little worried since we could not meet in person. I had no mishap or glitch whatsoever due to Marilyn and her team's due diligence and amazing work. From the invitations, to the RSVP cards and the addresses on the envelopes.. everything was perfect. Their customer service is first rate and a very rare find in 2016. BEST! place in Miami for Invitations or any other Stationery needs that one might have. I asked for a white mat behind my laser cut Ketubah and they gave me a gross brown one I'll have to replace, but of course you can see it in my wedding photos. I also had to hound these people down on the phone several times. I'm paying them hundred of dollars and they can't return a phone call? I will say my Keutubah was pretty, but these people were difficult to work with and very unprofessional. I don't plan on ever getting married again, but if I did, I wouldn't use them.
