meeting with Sales Manager Erin to working with our Day-of Coordinator Hannah, the team was responsive, organized and supportive. I had countless questions throughout the planning process, and every time I received answers the same day—often within the hour—which gave me such peace of mind.
As our date approached, Hannah let us know about another event happening outside City Hall on our wedding day. Naturally, I was worried, but she was 100% transparent and reassuring about how everything would be handled. On the actual day, I completely forgot about it because everything ran so smoothly.
When we arrived, the venue was set up exactly as we had envisioned—stress-free and seamless. During our first look, everything was in place, allowing us to savor the moment before the day really took off. Our ceremony in the historic Georgian Room was stunning and we received endless compliments on how beautiful and well-coordinated it was—all thanks to Hannah’s guidance.
Cocktail hour in the Palm Court and our reception in the Terrace Room were just as perfect. With nearly 150 guests, the space felt comfortable, not crowded, with plenty of room to mingle and enjoy the incredible architecture. Dinner service stayed on time, the transitions were seamless and Hannah kept everything flowing effortlessly!!
To end the night, we hosted our after-party in Milton’s Bar, conveniently located within the venue. Guests loved the easy transition for late-night pizza, wings, and more drinks to keep the celebration going.
By the end of the evening, my husband and I weren’t sad that the day was over—just bittersweet—because everything truly went exactly as we had planned and that we wouldn’t be able to work with Hannah again lol. Literally no regrets at all. That was entirely thanks to Hannah and the incredible Statler team.
If you want a team you can completely trust and a day that unfolds exactly as you imagined—or even better—book with them. You will be in the very best hands!!!

in getting the ball rolling, answering all our questions, and ensuring me that it would be absolutely beautiful. My husband always wanted a venue like the Statler and I am so glad I listened to him. Even when we had to switch coordinators, Hannah and Alex made the process absolutely seamless and we never felt any confusion and constantly felt like a priority to both of them!! The food, drinks and service the day of were just as amazing!! I, and several family members have food allergies and they accommodated every one of them without any issue. People have always told me about what people remember at weddings-food and music and we struck gold with both. We loved their willingness and professionalism in dealing with all our outside vendors as well! The Statler could not have been a more perfect venue!

Hannah who is an incredible coordinator. She always knew the answer, was around the second she was needed day-of, and her communication was always timely leading up to the day. Erin was amazing as well, she is who showed us the venue and discussed the packages with us. She was also helpful day of with anything we needed. Our guests raved about the ambiance and the food. 10/10 experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to get married at a venue that is timeless and elegant. Thank you so much for making our day run seamlessly- it was the best day ever!

The venue itself is beautiful and really worked well for our decor for our Indian Sangeet night! I will add - on top of the quality, the Statler actually had once of the least expensive quotes for our off-season wedding compared to many other venues in Buffalo, which surprised us, given the high quality of the food, the venue's beauty, its size, and location.

Everyone was such a pleasure to work with.Right from the beginning, Alexandra made sure that we got all of our questions answered, and she really helped us visualize our day. They were very clear on their policies and what they would provide, so there was no confusion, which I really appreciated. Our coordinator, Colleen, is so friendly and funny! She made the stress of the little details disappear with laughter. She checked in multiple times throughout our planning process just to make sure we were getting everything we wanted. She also was great at reminding us about stuff that we totally forgot! Even when we were having a hard time on deciding on our seating chart and what enhancements to get, she took the time to go over all of our possibilities with us. We felt so taken care of the day of. There were multiple people checking in with us throughout the event to make sure that we were having a great time and if everything was ok. I wasn't expecting so much care and attention to detail. And the food! Oh my goodness, the food is amazing! Our guests are still telling us how good their meals were. We all loved all of the extra enhancements that are available, especially the ice cream station! It really added a bit more fun to the night. I am just so grateful we had our wedding at the Statler!
