ther than having any kind of discussion she sent a text message canceling. I had booked with her 8 months ahead of my wedding. Instead of listening to my concerns as a client, I think she felt I was insulting her skill and/or didn't know how to apply for aging skin type. I was polite and respectful in communicating the issue that was my skin. A makeup service without a consultative spirit is difficult and I would not recommend Kayla if you have any skin concerns or specific product requests or needs. I hate to write a negative review, however if any vendor had canceled on someone else so close to their wedding where they could not be replaced I definitely would have appreciated knowing when I was looking to hire.
