If there was a way to write a 0 star review, I would have done it. This purchase was a NIGHTMARE. I paid $135 for a dress from her for it to arrive in the wrong color, EVEN THOUGH, we bought a color swatch to make sure we received the right color. The dress was terrible quality and made out of swimsuit-like material. After asking Staysi for a refund she refused to refund my money stating it was store policy even though it was her mistake. Upon seeing my dress, the three other bridesmaids canceled their orders and she would only refund half of the money even though they never received the dresses. I had to fight with her for over 3 weeks via an etsy claim. After providing evidence where she had done wrong, etsy finally ruled in my favorite and had Staysi refund my money. I had to file a claim with the BBB, a lawyer, and etsy in order for her to refund my money. I then had to pay another $95 to get a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal (which is adorable) but not the color we wanted for the wedding because no one had a raspberry dress that we could order and have by the wedding date next month. The other bridesmaids eventually got the rest of their money refunded as well after this nightmare of a fight. Long story short, save your money, time, and frustration and shop elsewhere.
