ress with veil and grooms suit at our air bnb and later dropped everything off the morning of our wedding at our air bnb and hotel bridal suite. Everything looked great, no issues. Definitely recommend especially if your flying with a wedding dress stuffed in a suite case.

t I felt much more comfortable by the time our big day arrived. She arranged with us a convenient time for her to pick up my dress and veil, along with my husbands wedding attire right at our AirBnB. She stayed in touch while she was steaming/pressing our items that day and let us know how much it would be and when she would deliver everything the next day. Everything looked so beautiful!!

Basic economics are working in the favor of Jessica, owner of the Steam Queen. On the small island if Key West, there is not a lot of competition for your business and Jessica takes advantage of that by price gouging her customers. I have no co...

mplaints with the quality of the work provided by Steam Queen. We dropped off a wedding gown, a suit and two men’s shirts to be pressed before our wedding day. The garments came back exactly when she said they would, pressed and wrapped in new plastic bags. Jessica is not able to provide you an exact quote until she takes a look at the complexity of the garments so you really have no idea what you are going to pay. She calls you later to let you know what the damage will be and at that point, you really have no choice but to say “ok”. My wedding gown was strapless and full length but not too big (it fit into a carry on suitcase with all of my clothes for the week!). This is what she charged us: wedding gown press - $90, Men’s button down shirts (press only) - $15/shirt, Men’s suit (press only) - $20.

She picked up my gown at the hotel the day before and dropped off at the hotel the morning of the wedding. Gown was gorgeous, and the price was amazing!
