enue and other vendors were all excited that we chose SM&S, as they have all worked well with them in the past. From beginning to end they had great communication, excellent service and most importantly world class food. We were concerned about whether SM&S could serve perfectly temped Beef Tenderloin and Chicken Picatta at a ranch 20 minutes down valley, but they had the dishes tasting like they were being run straight from a restaurant kitchen. Their servers were world class as well. One minor challenge was the limited opportunity to taste the full menu in advance. Since SM&S operates daily as a high-end butcher shop and deli, we weren't able to taste the main dishes in advance, only several of the appetisers. But we could tell from the couple of samples we did try, in addition to the quality of ingredients they sell and the decades of happy customers that they would deliver. And they certianly did.
