BEST bar service! They guided us the entire time so we could procure drinks for a 250 person wedding! They were highly responsive with any questions we had. Their cart is SO cute and fit perfect at our venue!

10/10 recommend Steel Shaker! Peter & Sara were amazing with helping my maid of honor and I plan my bridal shower champagne toast! We rented their champagne wall, which was the perfect addition! We had a large party of 45 friends and family and it worked out perfectly! They set up the wall, decorated it within my garden style theme and chilled and poured the champagne for our guests! Thank you again for helping us create a fun way to toast to my upcoming wedding day! Our guests loved it too!

We are a dry-hire service, so you choose the beverages and we handle the bar—from planning and purchasing guidance to setup, service, and custom menus. From full open bars to a few carefully chosen favorites, we offer cocktails, beer, wine, and zero-alcohol options so there’s something for everyone. Your wedding. Your vision. We’ll handle the bar. Hi, we're Peter & Sara. We started Steel Shaker Mobile Events to go beyond the well and bring mobile bars to Weddings! Peter has been a bartender for 16 years and has served countless Weddings along the way! When we aren't serving Weddings we love spending time with our kids and volunteering at their schools! It's always been our dream to start a mobile bar service to share the joy of bringing people together with hand crafted beverages and a unique bar setup for all to enjoy!

and quickly in the planning process, and helped me design the most amazing custom drinks to honor our furry kids. They helped us determine how much of each beverage would be needed based on the information we gave them about our event and the guests we invited. I can honestly say that coordinating and planning for the bar was one of my least stressful tasks because Sara was so wonderful, helpful, and responsive. Not only were the drinks clever, they were insanely good and guests complimented the quality of the drinks all night long… in fact, we are still getting compliments. Their service was friendly, professional and fast. With over 100 guests and a wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails, I never saw a line longer than 6 or so people all night. They were accommodating, fun and friendly. They decorated their adorable trailer with decor we provided, and they provided their own as well to make it extra special. The look was stunning, and their trailer set up was hands down our favorite part of our reception. The bar was an experience to be had by itself! We will continue to invite Steel Shaker to all of our future events at our ranch and cant wait to see them in the future! BOOK THEM! You wont be disappointed!
