Every aspect of your floral arrangements was perfect...from the arch on the bandstand, to the pieces at the escort signs, and especially all the tables - everything just took my breath away and matched Mandy's vision so well! Mandy also really loved the vases at the entry to the tent. You took her thoughts and turned them into a reality and for that, we couldn't be more thankful! Thank you again for everything you did to make this such an unforgettable day!

Emma and her team at Steelcut Flower Co. went above and beyond to make our wedding florals perfect. On our consultation call, Emma asked me to send her inspiration photos and all the photos I kept finding were their creations. They were so easy to work with and yes, florals are expensive, but WOW! The incredible arrangements they put together for us were breathtaking and worth every penny. It was the number 1 remark we heard from our guests -- everyone loved the mix and texture within the arrangements!

Steelcut flowers made my wedding complete! my favorite part of a wedding is the flowers! We worked with Mary Ellen and she is just beyond kind, talented and professional. She is a true artist and you can tell she loves what she does! She was extremely organized and brought my vision to life. I absolutely loved our florals! The arch her and her team created was so dreamy along with our bridal bouquets and table arrangements. She created the romantic mood I wanted during our reception with the variety of votive candles. I can not recommend Steelcut enough!

We used Steelcut for an indoor wedding in Charlottesville. Ali brought my vision to life perfectly - the team far exceeded expectations and the greenery and florals really brought the moody, enchanted vibe I was hoping for. Guests were so impressed.

Steelcut provided the most incredibly beautiful Chuppah, flowers, and greenery for our classic, elegant March wedding. I can't stop looking at photos because the flowers were just that beautiful.

Steelcut does absolutely PHENOMENAL work!!! I was beyond happy with my wedding flowers. Emma at Steelcut really listened to my vision and brought it to life! She had great suggestions and understood exactly what I wanted. Everything was beautiful and we received endless compliments on our wedding flowers! I highly highly recommend Steelcut!

Mary Ellen and Steelcut Flower Co. Were absolutely amazing! We had a very specific aesthetic and very unique elements to our table settings, like fresh citrus and succulents and geometric shapes. They truly brought the summery pop of color vision to life and did everything they could to make our flowers and centerpieces an absolute ten out of ten. Mary Ellen communicated with us every time there was an update and had no problem re-working even the smallest detail. Not to mention she drove 3 hours, one way, from southern Virginia to show us the centerpieces in person. The mother of the groom is experienced in floral arrangements and decor and was very impressed with Mary Ellen and her team - her florist friend was even impressed and tried to book Mary Ellen for a wedding later in 2022 but they were already booked. The highlight of their work was the flower installation above our head table at the reception and the decor on the head table and the geometric decor in front of the sweetheart table (which they had in-house without needing to rent). When the photos came in I was even surprised that to see that they put flowers in other places like the DJ booth, over by the picture frames, etc. It was a nice touch. It really could not have turned out better - we could not recommend Mary Ellen and her team more!! The pictures speak for themselves :)

Absolute perfection. I am in awe of what Emma and the Steelcut team put together for our wedding. I know I’m biased because it was my wedding, but I’ve been to a lot of events and I have never seen more gorgeous floral arrangements. What they create is truly art and rivals sights you’ll see at the most famous gardens. I had so much fun coordinating with Emma and it was such a breeze! She made my vision came to life and amplified it beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined.

We can't recommend Steelcut enough! We used them for all our florals for our wedding in Annapolis, MD, and it was incredible. We worked with Emma and she brought our vision to life, better than we could have imagined, better than our vision board or Pinterest pins! Every single thing that we asked for was perfect. The arch behind our sweetheart table was gorgeous, the centerpieces were stunning, our escort board/fireplace install/boutonnières/bouqets were flawless, and the ceiling installs were incredible. We literally would not have changed a thing. She knew the spaces and layouts of our venue so well and she knew how best to fit in it - she knew what was going to look like too much and what was going to fill up a space just perfectly. All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful and we even moved the smaller centerpieces up to our brunch for the tables for the next morning, they lasted so long! Emma and the rest of the Steelcut team absolutely nailed our vision and we couldn't be happier with everything that they did.

Emma from steelcut made our day an absolute dream!! She worked for find the exact color flowers I showed off a Pinterest board and brought them to life and more!!! Worth every penny honestly to have these beautiful florals.

We used Steelcut to do all of the florals for our wedding, and if we were to summarize how they did in one word, it would be: Wow. We worked with Emma and we felt like she had a perfect vision of what we wanted for our wedding. We also felt like she was one of the only vendors that took our vision board and really put the effort in to understand what our vision was. She also made suggestions (recommending dark fruit was a beautiful addition) that enhanced the design of the whole event. We also felt their prices were fair compared to other similar florists. As far as her execution for the wedding, every single thing that we asked for was perfect. The arch was gorgeous, the centerpieces were whimsical, the cake table was cute, and the ceiling install was incredible. We literally would not have changed a thing. All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful and fit the theme of the wedding perfectly. Emma and the rest of the Steelcut team absolutely nailed our vision and we couldn't be happier with everything that they did.

Perfection is how I would describe my flowers. Ali and the Steelcut team took our vision of wanting a colorful and bright wedding and created the most stunning arrangements that blew us away. I went to her not knowing how to convey what we wanted other than wanting colorful arrangements, and she walked me through the process and made it so stress-free and seamless. I can’t wait to find any reason to work with Ali and the Steelcut team again.

Worth the $$! MaryEllen and Brianna were very sweet and attentive during our consultation in which they had me lay out my vision for wedding flowers and design. Their expertise were second to none and were a huge help in finding alternative and creative accommodations to achieve my original vision at my budget. Their quick responses and communication were very helpful as my vision evolved. My flowers ended up being my favorite part of the wedding decor as they centerpieces were packed full of gorgeous flowers. I would highly recommend SteelCut not only for their professionalism and gorgeous flower design but for their above and beyond service the day of the wedding. The team set up the flowers before the wedding perfectly to my vision, came back to flip some flower centerpieces to the reception area that were used during the ceremony, and came back after the wedding to clean everything up and pick up their rental flower stands. This was such a huge help to my family after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Steelcut Flower co!

Maryellen and her staff created the most magical floral arrangements. They were absolutely beautiful. Steelcut arranged the bouttineers, bouquets, table arrangements. Ceremony site flowers that hung asymmetrical on our outdoor chapel and even arranged blooms on our wedding cake. I LOVE flowers so they were very important to me at the wedding and I had a moment after dinner to look at the ceremony site and tables and could not have been more impressed with how lush and vibrant everything was. Mary Ellen did a wonderful job with the flowers for my backyard wedding with very little direction from me. I was actually sick with a horrible cold the day I was supposed to meet with Mary Ellen so my mom went without me. Mary Ellen sent us a vision board and gave great advice about how to decorate the backyard at large to keep it simple and elegant. I wanted local flowers and really didn't have that much specific to share except for colors and I was thrilled with what Mary Ellen came up with! The bouquets were gorgeous. She had lined the aisle with sunflower heads, which were perfect. She also incorporated our "upcycled" bottles and vases we already had for our centerpieces, supplementing with supplies that she had. It was really easy to work with Mary Ellen and I'd highly recommend Steel Cut!
