Hands down best vendor we worked with! Erica is so so sweet and incredibly talented. She was so helpful every step of the way and really goes the extra mile for her clients. We had an at home wedding and she even came out a few weeks before the event to scope out the best spots for photos, lighting, etc. We also loved the "prosecco and prints" photo reveal at her studio. It was so special to see everything on the big screen and get to take home two beautiful prints of our favorites. We will absolutely be working with her again for future milestones and highly recommend her.

We are a couple that doesn’t feel they are very photogenic and we were worried about the photos, OMG, I don’t know how she was able to capture such beautiful and poignant photos of us! Erica is amazing, as a photographer and as a person. She made us feel so comfortable and most of the time, we were unaware that photos were even being taken. In addition to being an incredible photographer (an artist, really), Erica brings her contagious enthusiasm and joy that made our evening bubble with excitement and served to remind us to be present and enjoy! Erica and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process; very understanding with all Covid related changes; and truly felt like a friend vs. a vendor. What an amazing person! :) Sergio and I were so lucky that Erica was recommended to us by a mutual friend. Her joy and zeal is so contagious and every time we were with her we had so much fun! Where do we even begin to describe Erica and her work? I think we should start with the absolute dedication she gives to her couples. As COVID caused all of our wedding plans to continue to change and evolve Erica fearlessly changed and evolved her plan right along side of us. She made everything seamless and stress free. Then as we got closer to our special day she prepped and planned to make sure all of our plans were executed as we envisioned. That day Erica pulled off an epic series of photographs. She made sure to capture every detail, every moment, and every guest in her timeless and elegant manner. At 1045pm in the middle of our reception, after Erica had been tirelessly photographing all day, Erica told us she set up a night shoot down on the boardwalk for us for one last photo shoot. Erica made sure no minute was left without being photographed. She was so committed to capturing every single magical moment we shared at our Cape Cod wedding. Our sneak peek photo reveal was filled with goosebumps from our special day that allowed my husband and I to relive our wedding day over and over again. I can’t wait to experience our intimate full photo reveal with Erica in her studio in just a few weeks. Erica was simply phenomenal! She has our highest recommendation. When we first saw Erica’s images on her website and instagram, we feel in love with how she captured light and laughter! After we met Erica at her studio, we knew she was the perfect photographer for our wedding. During our first meeting, Erica really got to know us as a couple and took the time to not only ask us about our photography style, but to also listen to our love story and also learn about our family, friends, and wedding day. We also felt that we really got to know her during our year of planning. Erica’s communication was excellent and she responded right away whenever I had a question or made updates to my timeline. It was also so fun keeping up with her on instagram and getting to know each-other not only during our pre wedding meetings, but also through social media. Here are a few of our favorite things about working with Erica: - We felt so comfortable in-front of the camera with Erica, which is not something that is easy to achieve on one of the most important (and nervous) days of your life. - We sat with Erica about two months before our wedding and created a timeline of our day, which set the tone and helped us create our master timeline and great foundation for our day. Erica also had us create a list of all of the family, friends, and other groups of guests we wanted photos with. This was super helpful and made our formal wedding photos go fast and made sure that we weren’t forgetting any photos. I should also mention that Erica came to our venue before our wedding to scout out the lighting and found some magical places to take photos! We did the first look in my moms backyard and Erica found some amazing angles that I never even knew existed. Her eye is simply wonderful and creative! - She is great with kids and got some adorable shots of all the babies and our flower girl, who is a bit shy in-front of the camera. - Erica directed us well with posting, but also took more candid photos. Now we have a beautiful mix of formal, laughing, crying, dancing photos! -Her team is great! We had so much fun with Joel our second photographer and really love his images. Her assistant, Tiana, helped with everything from holding my bouquet to assisting with lighting. - The details! Erica gave me a little homework to collect all of the details for the wedding — shoes, invitations, flowers, earring, etc. I am so glad she told me to do this before hand because I now have beautiful images of all of the small things that I spent months making decisions over. Erica arrived early and took a lot of time and care to artfully arrange my items on a board she brought herself! I am so thankful to have those details preserved forever. - It rained the evening of our wedding, but Erica came prepared. We lost our golden hour due to the storm, but we gained an amazing umbrella photo (and I highly encourage you to head over to her instagram to find the shot!) - Lastly, and probably the most important part, our photos! We are so in love with every image. Erica really stayed true to her light and airy style, which is what brought us into her studio in the first place.

Erica is a warm, genuine person with an amazing eye for photography! I am a wedding planner and have worked with Erica in a professional capacity but recently had the chance to "model" as a bride and have her photograph me. She has such an easy way about her and makes you feel really comfortable in front of the camera. She gives you direction so you don't feel awkward but also lets things unfold naturally. Erica makes you feel like your love story is the only one that matters. She takes the time to know who you are as a couple and it shows. Before Erica, I had the unfortunate experience of hiring and firing another wedding photographer. He seemed dismissive of ideas and didn't understand our difficult work schedules when it came to planning an engagement shoot. Then through an Instagram rabbit hole, I found Stella Blue Photography. I met Erica and we discussed exactly what I was looking for in a photographer. She was open to my ideas and gave suggestions. She was understanding when I had to schedule and reschedule our photoshoot. And as the shoot got close she even offered helping with outfit suggestions. When it came to our wedding Erica was incredible. Our forecast called for rain but she wasn't worried, in fact she was prepared. She had clear umbrellas and scouted out alternative locations in our hotel. Erica does all this professionally but she gets to know you personally. She wants to be engulfed in your family and your love. So even though shes great at planning and behind the scenes, what really shows in her work is the love. It's not just your love that she captures but it's her love for you as well. Don't just hire Erica because she's good at capturing the light or because she's a good listener. Hire her because she will show you how loved you are and that's something you can feel in all of your photos. Because your love story is the only one that should matter.

Erica is absolutely AMAZING! She photographed our engagement session and will also be photographing our wedding. Erica is an extremely professional, fun, and enthusiastic person. She made having pictures done feel as though we were just walking threw life with her. She never makes anything feel awkward and has been 100% open to any and all ideas we have had as far as pictures we want taken. The day she met our family it didn’t feel like “oh the photographer is here.” It felt like “yay Erica is here!” It’s hugs and smiles all around. She’s fantastic with children and always gets them to laugh and look at the camera! My biggest pet peeve with choosing a photographer was the quality of their pictures, and how they print. I’ve seen several pictures that unfortunately look pixelated which isn’t flattering. This has not happened with Erica’s pictures. Every single picture is shot with care in mind and edited to perfection without making the people in them look fake. The day we went on our engagement shoot with Erica was an all afternoon event. We spent the better half of the afternoon with Erica which felt as if we were spending it with family. I HIGHLY recommend Erica for any and ALL events that you need or want photographed. You definitely won’t be left disappointed. She’s amazing. And I’m so incredibly thankful and lucky to have found her.

Erica is such a warm and wonderful person and a real artist with a really admirable commitment to her craft, from photo to physical print. We suspected we’d want to work with her as soon as we read through her blog and once we spoke to her on the phone, we KNEW! She’s really invested in finding the small, special, unscripted moments in weddings and in capturing the depth of feeling not only between bride and groom but among their family and friends. From the beginning it felt like she took a personal interest in us and our story – and she made us feel so welcome and so well taken care of as we visited her studio to prepare for the wedding. It was easy to get bogged down in the stress of wedding planning, but she was always reminding us of the bigger picture and getting us super excited for our day again. And the photos are absolutely wonderful! They are such a perfect encapsulation of how joyful and magical that day felt, from the quiet moments the two of us shared together to the wild abandon of our guests on the dance floor. It has brought us so much joy to look at these photos together and to share them with our guests. And getting to go back to her studio for the big reveal of all the photos was such a wonderful celebration in itself, from the slide show of highlights she created to the prints we got that day. She was such a star and we cannot recommend her enough!

I could never say enough about Erica or her magical work. The pictures I have from my wedding day are breathtaking treasures that truly evoke the exact emotions being felt in those moments. Erica and her assistant were a dream for both my husband and I to work with at our barn wedding. They made us confident that they had every detail and shot handled (and some things that weren’t even their job!) while also making us completely able to relax and actually enjoy our day. Erica even helped me map out the best timing for the entire wedding because I was a little lost! Finally I have to mention this incredible thing Erica does with her brides (if you want)- instead of going in as soon as the pictures are ready, we waited at the suggestion of Erica and oh my god was it so amazing and worth it! You get to extend out the wedding excitement that seems to be over in a flash and you really view your images with a fresh mind and no preconceived notions on how the day went.
