When my wife and I were looking for a photographer and videographer, it was important to us to find Catholics who would be able to know what was important to us to capture on our wedding day. I happened upon Stella Maris Weddings through web searching. From our very first contact, my wife and I were such at ease with David. He was not only professional and courteous, but his prayerful demeanor just let us know that we were in good hands. My wife was a bit apprehensive about hiring a videographer due to a bad experience at a relative's wedding. David put all of her fears to rest. David is responsive and accommodating. He traveled much farther to film our wedding than I think most videographers would. He answered all our questions and was a supportive presence on our wedding day. He captured all of the footage necessary for the blessed event, and did so without ever getting in the way or becoming a problem. He worked well with our photographers and was such a joy to be around. My wife and I love the videos. She was moved to tears on several occasions. It's so cool to see our wedding day reproduced with such professional looking videos. It's an added bonus that our videographer was someone who was willing to pray for us. Our videos and drives were delivered in reasonable timeframes and David was always an email away if we ever had a question. We have no hesitation recommending him for videoing a wedding or other special event. Weddings are stressful enough and not all vendor experiences are great. If you are looking for a videographer Stella Maris is the place to go. I was very particular about what I wanted my video to look like and include. I spoke with David several times about everything I wanted included and things I wanted left out. He was so quick, kind ,and very accommodating to every request I had. I never had to wait more than 12 hours to have a response back, which I appreciated greatly. David and his team made the whole experience so easy and relaxing for my husband and I. Your wedding day is very hectic, but David never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed in anyway. After the wedding David continued to have wonderful communication and was super quick to have our video back to us. We were blown away by the edited videos produced by the team. My husband wanted to see a few of the video tapes that didn’t make the official video and David was eager to supply them to us! I can not praise Stella Maris and David enough! David is a dear friend and roommate who I’ve known for years. When I had a situation arise with the videos from my wedding I needed someone to make a professional video out of the raw footage. I cannot say enough about how much I adore this team! The care that was taken to capture every detail, the open communication about scheduling and moments we wanted captured, the absolute professionalism in every step of the journey…everything was just everything I could ever want in a videography team.
