Completely unprofessional! After disappearing for five days… And yes it was five days I reached out and was kind of blown off so decided to go with another vendor. Today four days since that message I get an email from Mitch who stated “another KNOT ware of time” “I should charge for my time “. He then proceeded to call me an asshole and stated “you’re just another low class loser”. I’ll because I chose a different vendor due to the fact he did not do his job. I advise any bride and groom to stay far away from this company! He will just lump you into another KNOT waste of his time And verbally assault you.
