Stellare Strings is a group ensemble that will provide moving performances on your wedding day in Cleveland, OH. Led by Rachel Aiken, a performing violist and violinist, this terrific team of musicians will create the soundtrack to define the rest of your lives. Rachel is a star of the music scene, having performed with notable acts such as Disturbed, Michael Buble, Josh Groban, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and more. She is the personnel manager with the Youngstown Scoring Stage and extends her diverse expertise as a musician contractor. From classical to pop to jazz, the talented individuals at Stellare Strings can accommodate a variety of styles. An initial consultation is the best way to tell your love story to Rachel or a team member. This conversation enables Stellare Strings to get to know you and personalize their performances to reflect the love shared by you and your partner. We absolutely loved having Stellare Strings at our wedding! They were fantastic during the ceremony, playing the most beautiful music as we walked the aisle—it really set the perfect mood. So many of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how great they sounded! During the cocktail hour, they kept the vibe going with a fun mix of songs that made mingling even more special. It was such a treat to have live music, and they really added something magical to the day. We’re so grateful for their amazing performances—it made our wedding all the more unforgettable! Rachel, our point of contact for the group, didn’t actually play on the day of our wedding. However, she did assemble a fantastic group for us. Rachel was extremely communicative, accommodating, and really just so easy to work with. We essentially gave her a list of songs for our ceremony and a general vibe for cocktail hour and the professionals took over from there. It really made planning so simple. The group arrived on time, got set up without needing our help at all, and started playing to signal the beginning of our ceremony. I cannot recommend this group enough. They were FANTASTIC.

We used Stellare Strings as our live music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and were extremely pleased with our experience. From the first time we communicated with Rachel she was very friendly and provided so many great suggestions for what music to play at what time. We got so many comments on how wonderful, and beautiful, it was to have live strings at our wedding. They really made our wedding feel like a fairytale. The only thing that was difficult in working with Stellare is that they required payment by check or cash, which was a bit difficult since we live in a different city from where our ceremony was. Overall, we would definitely recommend Stellare Strings for your wedding.

I have never been around musicians less interested in playing. We had a sand ceremony as part of our wedding and the song ended before we were finished. Instead of starting it again, they stopped and we poured sand in silence. At the end, they played their minimum required 2 song post-lude and packed up before the guests had all left the ceremony area. The quality of the playing was nice, but don't expect anything more than the bare minimum they can get away with.

Rachel and Stellare Strings are incredible musicians that I would highly recommend for a wedding ceremony or reception. My husband and I are ballet dancers so we are quite picky when it comes to classical music, and we were very impressed. They even learned a piece for us -- Shostakovich Waltz No. 2 -- for our first dance and played it beautifully. They also play pop music very well for those who want more recognizable songs, but do give them a chance to play some Bach :) You won't be disappointed!

We had the cellist (Susannah) from Stellare Strings play at our church ceremony and could not have been happier or more impressed! Absolutely beautiful. She played alongside the organist from the church and the pair did a seamless job! Thank you!

Such beautiful music! We had the trio perform at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and it was wonderful--probably one of my favorite parts. It was also one of the easiest--I spoke with Rachel, picked out some songs we liked, and they took care of the rest! Very talented and professional group--would highly recommend.

We're so glad we found Stellare! My now-wife and I had an unusual selection of songs for our ceremony (a mix of songs from movies and pop) and Stellare made it all work. They set the mood for our whole ceremony, making it a day we'd never forget. Highly recommended!

We had a string trio for our ceremony (and for guest seating prior to the ceremony) and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Being the bride, I didn't get to hear much since I was in hiding, but our guests raved about the music. I got to hear all of the entrance songs (mothers, flower girls, etc) and of course, the processional and recessional. We had modern music, ranging from Coldplay to Eric Clapton to Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Everything was beautiful and we had absolutely zero hiccups. Rachel is a pleasure to work with, was extremely organized and accommodating to the music we wanted for our big day. I would highly recommend them; they added a unique beauty to our wedding that cannot be replicated. Thank you so much for making our day so special!!

We used a cellist and pianist from Stellare Strings for the arrival of our guests and for our ceremony. They worked with us on music recommendations and timing, and we had great communication. They also put together an arrangement of one of my favorite songs to walk down the aisle to. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I had the Stellare Strings for my wedding ceremony and they were absolutely amazing! From when I booked them, they were extremely accommodating and were able to play every song I requested! I can’t say enough about them! All around great experience!

We hired a string trio to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. They sounded absolutely beautiful (and I consider myself a snob when it comes to quality of music performance). I like that they were able to "feel the crowd" and mix it up a little during the cocktail hour to play some non-classical songs. I highly recommend!

Stellare Strings did a phenomenal job at our wedding. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were professional and, most importantly, a perfect string quartet. They took time to work with us to make sure they would play songs that we liked. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone considering this group.

Stellare Strings was the perfect fit for our wedding! We had specific songs in mind for our ceremony and they were able to perform them without a problem! My wife spoke with Maria who was so sweet and Rachel was very helpful with the music choices. They also sounded great! Highly reccomend!

I don’t even know where to begin. I knew that Stellare Strings was perfect for our wedding the minute I received an email response from Rachel within minutes of me asking her a billion questions. (Because that’s what brides do)...and she already had answers to all my questions. She made everything seem so easy and painless. No stress from my end what so ever. They showed up a little bit early and were already playing. My mother came upstairs to tell me how beautiful they sounded. From beginning to end they were amazing and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to play during my ceremony. They were the icing on the cake! I highly recommend them to all brides that don’t want to worry about what their music for their ceremony will sound like!
