It was a wonderful experience and I left with a beautiful dress for my big day! I love that you receive such individualized attention here and they were all very helpful and responsive to my likes and dislikes when pulling gowns!

Stella’s was AMAZING to both my fiancé and myself. We both found our dresses here, and they made the experience unforgettable. We had a few experiences other places, and they didn’t compare to this. Professional and accommodating for sure!

Stella’s was the last stop on the search for my bridal gown -for perfect reason, they had my dress! I had gone to many dress shops in search for the perfect bridal gown. All dresses were beautiful along the way until I arrived to Stella’s.... it was the best of all the shops! They had gorgeous selection of dresses, and an extremely helpful, sweet and adorably friendly staff. We even got to pop some bubbly when deciding on the gown that made me feel like a bride. Stella and her bridal team really made it effortless and easy! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful experience at Stella’s! I was planning on coming here to find the dress i had found online in July 2017 but i found out i was pregnant and had to wait almost a year later to go. It was only 4 months before my wedding and they worked through the whole process with me so well. I went to a trunk show and found the dress (not on sale) and they knew it was my dream one so they gave me a huge discount on it. I’m so grateful i came here for my dress. Got so many compliments on it!

This salon is the exact definition of the bridal experience. We had the whole salon to ourselves for my shopping trip. I was able to tell the ladies at Stella's exactly what I want and they delivered. My dress was the second one that I tried on! We then had champagne to celebrate! They were so professional and polite. When I went to pick up my dress they had it all set up and on display it was so perfect! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Stella's!

I don't even know where to begin with Stella's and how amazing they are. Tidbit of information before I express my love for this shop is that I was the bride that couldn't find ANYTHING that was the one after trying on over 100 dresses. After visiting 5 shops in Rochester, 3 in Syracuse and 3 in Buffalo, I almost gave up and just settle for the dress I liked, but needed some changes to be the one I LOVE! I didn't plan on going to Stella's because they were smaller and had some designers I had seen before, but oh my goodness am I lucky that I on a whim decided whats it going to hurt to stop by! When I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Ryan has a great enthusiastic spirit without being the somewhat fake saleswoman type of bridal salon vibe I have gotten quite a few times. It truly felt like she cared to help and not just sell me a dress but to take the time and find me one that I just loved. And that she did. She listened to what I was looking for and came back with some amazing choices that were honestly hard to chose from! But we had first looked at one on the mannequin and both agreed it may just be perfect! And that it was! BTW every dress we looked at she told me about the designer and the fabric and the details... so knowledgable! So that day I wasn't ready to buy it as I didn't have any girls with me and I needed their confirmation! So she found an opening the next morning that she could fit me and my girls in and we came in and she gave us a glass of champagne to celebrate a long awaited "YES"! IT WAS PERFECT! With much experience I will tell you this is the place to go! The shop is so cute as well! Thank you guys for everything!!!!

Stella's was recommended to me by a neighbor who's daughter had just gotten her dress there and I am so happy to have followed up on the recommendation and gone somewhere I otherwise would never have known about. Stella and Ryan made my bridal appointment feel very special, and made me feel beautiful and confident in the dress I chose. Their service was excellent from start to finish!

My sister-in-law bought her dress from Stella's a few years ago, and even though I only attended one appointment with her, I was impressed with the kindness, knowledge and fun attitude of Stella and her team. Naturally, when it became my turn, I made it a point to get an appointment at this salon. I went to a few other salons to whittle down my list and to determine what I REALLY wanted in a gown, so that when I went to my appointment I was able to give the staff clearer ideas as to my dream dress. The experience was fantastic! I never felt rushed or pressured into a sale. They were so knowledgeable about each dress and were very fun to deal with. They have a wonderful selection and their salon is so spacious and gorgeous! They made conversation comfortable and easy, and when I decided on my gown they made the buying process so simple! I look forward to dealing with this salon over the next year for alterations, etc. and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for the best bridal experience they could ever have!

I have the best experience at Stella's Bridal. Their knowledge of each and every dress is outstanding. They listen to what you want and don't force you to try on something you don't want. They have a beautiful selection of dresses which made it hard to find the one! But I knew I picked the right one when I didn't want to take it off. Overall I had an amazing experience and would encourage other brides to check them out!

I posted this as a Google review a few months ago and just realized I should give them credit on wedding websites as well! Here's the review: I went to Stella's last month to find my wedding dress and I honestly don't think words can express how amazing my experience was. After pooling responses on facebook to see where I should go to find a dress, two friends raved about Stella's, and I figured I'd give them a shot. The stars must have aligned for me because when I called to schedule an appointment they happened to have a cancelation that weekend. Even from my interaction with them on the phone I knew it was going to be great. I believe I spoke with Stella, and she was just the most pleasant person ever. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan that day and it was such a wonderful time. I love that they do private fittings, and you can bring up to four people with you. Ryan is amazing and you can really tell that she loves what she does. She took the time to really get an idea of what I was looking for and was so patient and accommodating. She really has a way of making you feel at ease and special and she goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect dress while working within your budget. There was one dress that I tried on and I loved everything except for the neckline, so Ryan brought in Stella to see if there was anything they could do to make it the perfect fit. With just a slight change, Stella was able to make it the dress of my dreams. I literally cried. It meant so much to me that they made the effort to make it perfect, and I've never felt so beautiful. (Needless to say I said yes to the dress). Every detail at Stella's makes the experience of buying a dress, which can otherwise be so stressful, a ton of fun. I didn't feel stressed or pressured at all. We even got to celebrate with a champagne toast when I chose my dress! The skill, expertise, and friendliness/professionalism of Ryan and Stella is absolutely unparalleled. I know that my wedding is one day that will fly by, so I am doing everything I can to enjoy the process as much as I'll enjoy the day itself. Stella's made this so simple for me, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you ladies so much for one of the most memorable days of my life. I'm beyond grateful!

Stella's is the best experience a bride can ask for!! The atmosphere draws you in and the costumer service is out of this world. Stella helped me find my dream wedding dress and was so attentive and caring. The 45 minute drive it took to get there was more than well worth it. If you haven't found your dress yet, go here!!

I purchased my gown from Stella and her staff a year and a half ago. I had done some other shopping before making an appointment at Stella's, but nothing compared to the level of customer service and selection that they have there. I felt so special and beautiful as I tried on each gown. Stella would listen to what I wanted and make suggestions about style, fit and budget accordingly. I found my dress there within about 20 minutes, and I was smitten. We got married on July 2, and I got SO many compliments about how beautiful and unique my gown was. I felt like such a beautiful bride, and I know I would not have felt so glamorous without the dress I wore. I tell every Rochester Bride that they HAVE to go see Stella!

Stella and Ryan made me feel like an AMAZING bride! They treat you like you are the only bride they have not only during your initial appointment but every time you go in for fittings. The customer service they provide is worth every penny and they were very helpful finding the perfect dress within budget. If you want a Rochester version of "Say yes to the dress" they give the full experience and are super sweet doing what they clearly love to do! I cannot thank them enough for making my experience perfect and stress free. They even rescheduled me and squeezed me in when I forgot my shoes my first fitting. I can't recommend them enough! Don't waste time going anywhere else. Yasmin did an amazing job with my alterations too. At one point I asked her how she knew what to do, and she replied "its like Cinderella, bippity boppity boo" She's right, my dress was AWESOME!

Stella’s is the only place to go in the Rochester area if you’re looking for a wedding/bridesmaid dress. From the moment I first walked in, Stella made me feel like the most important bride in the world. Stella and Laura were able to pick up on my personal style very quickly and were mindful of my budget. I highly recommend having your alterations done there as well -- My dress fit like a glove! I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely recommend Stella’s to all of my friends!

Stella's Bridal was fantastic! They were all so helpful when we went in to pick out my gown! I also did my alterations through them and they turned out fantastic! They are very sweet, and helpful throughout the process. They have a very good selection of gowns, and you will not be disappointed purchasing from Stella's!

Don't go anywhere else for your wedding dress - Stella is absolutely the best out there in finding what you're looking for. She not only had the perfect dress, but she made the entire process of picking it out, fittings, and alterations so much fun. She recommended a fantastic tailor, and we did all of the alterations right in her shop. She's extremely responsive, fun to work with, and truly cares about your day. I couldn't recommend her enough! We looked forward to visiting her every time.

I cannot say enough good things about Stella and her shop! They helped me find the dress of my dreams and her seamstress altered it so that it fit perfectly! Every time you go in, Stella greets you by name with a big smile! Definitely worth the short drive out to Le Roy! I would recommend Stella to anyone looking for a dress! I purchased a gwon that STELLA Designed herself! It was absolutely amazing! The level of personal service was awesome. I did not feel like a piece of cattle walking in there like I did at Davids and a few other shops. Everything was one-on-one. Champagne toast when I said "YES!"

Stella was a joy to work with for my gown. She shut down the entire boutique just for me each time I came in and really took time to listen to what I wanted and had in mind for my dress. She had great suggestions and made the whole process really easy and not stressful. My veil came in just two days before the wedding and it was a bit of a hassle to get it from the shop, but other than that, it was really a great experience.

Stella worked to find the perfect dress to fit me. I had been dress shopping for several months and had been to several shops. I had a dress picked out in another store, but I was urged by my mother to just try one more place. Stella has the most bubbly personality and she listened to me as I explained what I liked about the other dresses I tried on. The third dress I tried on at Stella's was the one! Stella measured me so accurately, I only needed a hem for alterations - which was awesome! She is very flexible with appointments and goes above and beyond for even the pickiest brides!
