Absolute disaster. She did a horrible job on my daughter’s dress. Even though she had the dress for months, she rushed the alterations right before the wedding. Daughter had to take it to another seamstress who was shocked at the work. Multipl...e problems: side hem shorter in front than back, boning & material on hips left bunched up causing huge bumps on her hips, in back, one side of zipper was an inch higher than the other, horrible seaming on the bottom of the dress. Incredibly difficult to make contact with shop - never answers phone and mailbox is always full. Super expensive and then cost even more to have this mess corrected. Luckily other alteration shop was able to do a rush job and she got the dress back 24 hours before the wedding. Super disappointed in quality of work and customer service (which was none). Find someone else!
