They were also so thoughtful to let us take home a floral arrangement from our floral sample meeting and also sent beautiful flowers the week of our wedding. They were so attentive during the floral sample meeting and made sure to cover everything we could possibly need, down to the candles and holders. We also really appreciate their commitment to sustainability. Thank you for your dedication and for making our special day even more memorable. Stems, we knew we found our team. I immediately felt calm, as Julia kindly explained the components that might go into our floral arrangements. I came in with ZERO knowledge of flowers, just a basic idea of what I wanted the look & feel to be - and Julia helped walk through pieces we could add. After our call, Stems put together a very clear proposal and design board. We ended up making a few changes before the big day, but they were always super receptive and flexible. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! Our guests took more pictures of the florals than they did of us! (I kid, but almost) The Stems team did an amazing job, and we really didn't get involved more than confirming the proposal - which was great for two busy professionals :) Would 100% recommend!

She went over and above and was so responsive and on top of everything! Zara has the best eye for event design and made everything come out stunning.

As a result of the team’s patience, skill and general kindness, I’ll never go anywhere else for flowers and you shouldn’t either!

hole planning process. I gave them a few pictures and explained my vision and they ran with it and exceeded all of my expectations! I received so many compliments from guests and even my wedding vendors (who see thousands of flowers I'm sure). I would recommend them a million times over!

aya and she was detail-oriented, professional, and easy to work with. She made sure she understand the overall vibe and feel we were hoping for at our wedding and designed the perfect floral arrangements. Everything was very affordable (especially considering it’s NYC!) - Andraya worked within our budget and was flexible with the delivery fee since our wedding was in Brooklyn. I loved that there were different size options for the bride’s bouquet, I chose the smallest bridal bouquet (the petite) and it was perfect and light to hold. The groom was picky when it came to the boutonnieres, he didn’t want anything that reminded him of something he wore to prom! Andraya did a great job with this too! She encouraged us to send pictures of what we liked/didn’t like throughout the process and on the wedding day, we were really pleased with what she designed. We received so many compliments on our flowers! Andraya stuck to our color palette and everything was perfect. We had a great experience with Stems and highly recommend them!

etc. She was easy to work with and although I had a vague image in my head, she listened closely to my likes/dislikes and was able to bring my vision to life. The fact that they were experienced with our venue (The Wythe Hotel) helped as well. The price point was great (compared to some other florists in NYC, which can be outrageous) and it ended up feeling like we got even more than we had asked for! They also helped us coordinate donation of our flowers after the wedding which we were very happy about as well! Highly recommended.

wedding planner, I didn't have wedding colors, I just had an idea for a vibe -- and from there she created and executed an ambiance that was literally my dream come true. And she did it all accommodating my budget. Stems allows you to name your price and then works to fulfill your vision within that range, knowing where to spend the money and on what. Never wasteful. Always thoughtful. And like I said, they really take the time to understand the basics of what you want and then grow that with you. I get chills thinking about how beautiful their work was at my wedding. My venue had a very medieval feel to it but had fairly bare walls... Zara somehow installed vines to crawl up the walls, bursting from the fireplace, candles everywhere... it really felt like we were transported to another time and place. The bouquets and centerpieces she created were flawless -- just exactly matched the vibe. When I have pics back from the photographer I will add them. If you're looking for someone to hand you a bouquet of white roses and call it a day Stems really isn't for you -- they can do that, but their forte is for the bride who wants to create a multi-dimensional vibe with their florist that goes beyond the flowers themselves. Stems is a part of the family now -- we're going to hire Zara for any event we ever need flowers for. She's amazing to work with, and her work will blow you away. HIRE STEMS!!
