I had a superb experience working with Stems in Style for my wedding this November at Venezia in Dorchester, MA. Kelly quickly reached out immediately after I inquired about flowers and set up a call. Her organized process made executing my plans and vision for wedding florals easy. The florals were breathtaking, and since our wedding had two locations, the church and the reception venue, she made a point to repurpose arrangements from the church to the ceremony. She also did the florals for our cake and worked with our cake vendor to bring the vision to life. The flowers were a highlight of the day, and Kelly's professionalism and ease of working made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend Stems in Style for an affordable way to have the floral arrangements of your wedding dreams!

Stems in Style did an INCREDIBLE job with my wedding bouquets last May (this review is long overdue!). I was able to really customize my wedding flowers from the beginning. The owner even invited me to the shop to check out some similar flowers that had come in for a wedding prior to mine so I could visualize it in person. At one point, I had requested if we could add tulips in my bouquet, but Kelly was very honest and explained how tulips commonly blow open in any windy conditions (which I did have on my wedding day, especially on a golf course!). They even sent me visual examples of what this looks like. I am so glad they were knowledgeable and up front about customization like this, and am so glad I didn't add them to the bouquet in the end! It looked beautiful as it was regardless. Stems in Style also added a mesh wrapping to the bottom of my cascading bouquet because I was worried about the stems getting water marks on my dress (especially since you have to tilt cascading bouquets downwards so the flowers look centered in pictures). What was also a bonus is that I could get the delivery fee waived by having my father pick up the bouquets for me instead. They packed all the bouquets perfectly for him to pick up and transport in his car. I also decided to upgrade my bouquet to a cascading bouquet and I had zero regrets. I loved it so much that at some point I plan to commission a painter to make me a canvas of it for my wall. Overall, Stems in Style was so easy to work with, emailed back so quickly, and was very reasonably priced (and I looked at a lot of local flower shop prices!). They were absolutely gorgeous at the end of the day. Thank you so much Kelly and team!

Stems in style was one of the first vendors I booked, as one of my wedding venues proffered vendors, and they went above and beyond! I needed a lot of help with suggestions on fall florals and Kelly was so responsive with all of her ideas and made everything a breeze! It’s clear by Kelly’s work she is an expert and was one of the biggest reasons my wedding day went so smooth, I can’t recommend her worn enough!! My centerpieces are still absolutely gorgeous sitting on my kitchen table days later!

Stems in Style was one of the first vendors I booked for my June 2023 wedding and it was everything I could have asked for! Kelly was extremely responsive during the planning process, taking all of my suggestions or edits and making a great vision board. On my wedding day, she and her team came to the hotel to give us our bouquets and even helped all of the groomsmen put on their boutonnieres. From the church to the reception venue, all the flower decor was stunning. My bouquet even held up for a few extra days so I could send it to be preserved. I can't thank Stems in Style enough for making my wedding beautiful!

Kelly Sweeney was a delight to work with regarding floral design. She was very quick to reply to our initial inquiry. She took the time to get a sense of what we wanted and worked up a detailed proposal. She was quick to reply to questions via email or phone. She developed a photo vision board to ensure that we were on the same page before we locked in our final list of floral arrangements. Kelly is one of the sweetest business owners and she did absolutely STUNNING florals for our wedding! She was recommended to us by a friend and I am so happy we booked her for our wedding! She is very fair with her pricing, and will do what you need with great enthusiasm and kindness. Aside from our florals, she was also able to order 100+ white pumpkins for our place cards which they even sorted through to make sure we got the best ones! My husband ordered flowers from Kelly for Valentine's day too last year and I hope he continues to for years to come!

Stems in Style was the perfect florist for our wedding day. Kelly was amazing to work with and really brought our wedding vision to life! She took the pictures I shared with her during our consultation and made them a reality. Following our consultation, Kelly created a vision board that really allowed me to see the floral arrangements for the day come together. She was amazing in quickly answering any questions we had, as well as making adjustments throughout the entire wedding process as we worked through the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines. The flowers and greenery used were fresh and just beautiful. They lasted not only the entire wedding day, but also for guests and family to enjoy following the wedding. Stems in Style was also able to add memory photo charms to my bouquet, so that those who are no longer with us were able to be a part of our ceremony and day. Kelly was fantastic to work with for our florals for our wedding! She completely understood my vision and made it 1000x times better. She was super responsive by email throughout the whole process to make sure that the centerpieces/arrangements were all what I wanted. She also allowed me a trial centerpiece so we could make adjustments before the big day. The day of was a breeze as I did not have to coordinate or worry about anything, she made the venue and ceremony location look beautiful and gave me and my girls some tips on how to hold our bouquets. Stems in Style was a pleasure to work with for our wedding décor! When we met with Kelly she understood exactly the style we were going for, and executed it flawlessly. Her attention to the smallest of details was delightful ("round vases or square?" "Black ribbon with gold or silver wire?"). I contacted Stems in Style, found on The Knot, 24 days before our wedding date, and was soon speaking with Kelly Sweeney. To say that Kelly was easy to work with is an understatement. We decided not to let the pandemic get the better of us, and opted to host a very intimate celebration which did result in a lot of last minute planning and eventual changes. Kelly was very organized, prompt, and helpful when it came to her design concept, proposal and ease of booking. When MA guidelines tightened one week before our wedding date, and required a change of venue room and further reduction in ceremony count, Kelly helped me to stay calm. She was willing and able to re-design our centerpieces to suit the different room and refunded me the difference of what I had paid very quickly. Her set up was flawless, the design laid out exactly as I had hoped and pictured, and we received many compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly, and Stems in Style, to anyone. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again!

I had a wonderful experience using Stems in Styles to plan my small covid wedding. Kelly was so friendly and very accommodating. I wasn’t sure exactly what look I wanted with my flowers prior to meeting with Kelly. She was very patient and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up going with beautiful pink roses. Kelly was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole planning process, especially with many changes due to Covid. She was very easy to work with, and was happy to incorporate my ideas along with providing some of her own when I asked for them. I was astonished when I got to our venue and saw all of the centerpieces, the way she decorated the pergola, the cake, and the other small details throughout the tent. Everyone was commenting on how gorgeous all of the arrangements were. Also, a week and a half later, all of our bouquets are still just as gorgeous! I have never had flowers last this long! We definitely recommend Kelly for any and all floral needs! I even told my husband to keep her in mind for our anniversary :)

Stems In Style is AMAZING!! Being a COVID bride I didn't know until about 2 weeks prior to the wedding if it was actually going to happen so I had put the pause button on booking vendors. Once I got the green light that the wedding was on I contacted Kelly at Stems In Style and she was able to create the most beautiful flowers for my wedding in such a short period of time. My family is Scottish so she suggested adding Scottish thistle to the arrangements and she also used ribbon in my family's tartan pattern. I am so happy with how the arrangements turned out! Kelly was easy to get in touch with and responsive to any questions or concerns. She is professional and kind and I would highly recommend!

Great value! Our flowers came out wonderfully! They came out a bit differently than I Invisioned but I would hire them again in a heart beat. They flowers were gorgeous and did not break the bank. You cannot go wrong with booking them!

Kelly did an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding. The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous! Kelly was very easy to work with through the whole process. We weren’t 100% sure what we wanted when we first spoke with Kelly and she passed along a number of images to help us narrow in on what we wanted. We had a small wedding and weren’t doing tons of flowers or all the “traditional” flower elements, and Kelly was accommodating and flexible to deliver exactly what we were looking for. Kelly is awesome! I wanted to have the favorite flower of some important women in my life (sister, grandmothers, aunt) who had passed away as my bouquet. Because it was a mish mash of flowers I wasn’t’t sure how it would look but because it was so symbolic I didn’t care. I couldn’t believe how amazing all the bouquets and arrangements came out. It didn’t stop there. My ceremony was in the chapel on Peddocks Island in Boston Harbor. She went out on a boat from Hull on the hottest day of the summer before the ceremony and got the chapel ready, it looked amazing! After the ceremony Kelly was able to repurpose the ceremony flowers back onto the yacht before the guests reboarded for the reception. I was too busy to meet with her in person during the planning process so we did everything by phone. She really hit it out of the park with her talent and professionalism. I highly recommend her.

When it came to planning my wedding I was most intimidated by choosing a florist. I wanted a simple, natural look at a reasonable cost and Kelly absolutely delivered that! Flowers were not a top priority when it came to our wedding but Kelly made them shine on our big day!
