Daphne made me feel like a princess! I was very skeptical about finding a dress, because I had a really bad experience. But things turned around when I started trying on dresses here. I was so happy, thank you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Steppin Out is the best! They have very friendly service and the consultants are very talented at their jobs. I have been to this store to get outfits for 3 different occasions. Every single time I went I left with a dress I loved that was in my budget on the first visit to the store! I keep going back because of the good, honest, friendly service I have received every time.

I worked with Anna at Step'n Out and absolutely loved my experience! She was super attentive to what I was looking for in a dress and found me a beautiful dress that is exactly what I was looking for and in my budget! It was a great appointment where I felt like Anna's center of attention which is exactly what you want to feel. I didn't feel rushed or hurried along in the process. Can't wait for my dress to come in and for the next step - alterations! Which I will also be using Step'n Out for!

The girls at Step'n Out Formal Wear were absolutely amazing to work with. They have an amazing selection of wedding apparel for all different wedding guests and wedding styles. I always felt welcomed and important when visiting Step'n Out. All of my questions were answered and needs were met at any given time. We got all of our bridal party's attire, groom's attire, and bride's attire from one place and I never once had second guesses. They were always there to ensure that our experiences were nothing short of excellent. I would hands down recommend Step'n Out Formal Wear for your wedding attire needs!

Step'n Out was absolutely fabulous to work with in selecting and ordering my wedding gown. Marge was so wonderful and such a fairy godmother in helping me select and try on gowns and veils and accessories. They were great in steaming and prepping my gown for travel, and very responsive to calls on checking on the order and appointments. I would not however, recommend using the seamstress they usually associate with--when I got to my out of town wedding, I realized my dress was not bustled correctly and had to have it finished by a different seamstress.

This is a tough review because the buying process was amazing. We got our bridesmaids dresses and tuxes through them. The staff was helpful making sure that the colors and sizes were perfect. However we had issues near the end with organization. They did not keep close track of which of our guys were fitted and paid for. Then the week before the wedding they said we could bring the bridesmaids dresses back to be steamed. We did and everything seemed great. The night of the rehearsal our best man went to pick up the suits and dresses. Whoever was working told him that there were no dresses with the tuxes, even though I had called the day before to confirm everything was together. Gratefully another family member was able to go back and find the dresses and bring them. Even though everything turned out fine, the disorganization left our stress level too high.

Kesley at Step' n Out was amazing. She was extremely attentive to my needs and helped my find a dress in my budget. She is so personable and was very easy to work with when finding my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, MOG/MOB dresses, as well as suits for the groom/groomsmen. This experience was so easy, thanks to her!
