unique photos for her clients. We could not be happier with ours. She was always willing to meet or call to answer any questions. 10/10 recommend, you will not be disappointed!
I can't believe I am just now getting around to writing a review about Stephanie. She is AH-MAZING! Our wedding was last November and I couldn't be happier with our pictures. We ac...
tually won an engagement session with Stephanie back in 2015 and she gave us the same treatment she would have with a paying customer. Stephanie is a very kind, warm hearted person with a very talented eye. We were so happy with our engagement picture results that we KNEW we had to have Stephanie as our wedding photographer. She takes the time to get to know you and really understand your wedding day vision. She was very knowledgeable about the right time to take photos. For example, she reminded us that with a fall wedding date, it would get dark early, which helped us create our timeline. I had full faith in her photography and direction and didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of. She took charge of situations (like my brother running late to photographs, and an antsy shuttle driver) and stuck to our family portrait list to keep us on track! I am so happy we chose Stephanie and have the beautiful images we do today to remind us of our most memorable day. As a graphic designer I have a keen eye to quality images, and the way Stephanie uses natural light is amazing. I've had two friends now use Stephanie for family photos or children's birthday parties because they know her results are great and returned within a reasonable amount of time. I'm sure we'll have more images from Stephanie in the years to come! I literally could go on, and on, and on about her. You will be very happy with the talent, knowledge, flexibility, and love that Stephanie provides in her work.
Stephanie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She takes the appropriate time to get to know her clients and captures personalities perfectly. Stephanie is patient with large we...
dding parties and group photos. Her photos are super high quality with an amazing bright color, and crisp details. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos and have recommended Stephanie to multiple friends & family members.
Stephanie was so wonderful and easy to communicate. She addressed any concerns I had and responded quickly. She worked with us on a cold and windy day, but all you can see in the p...
ictures is how happy we were. She was amazing!
Stephanie was found by friends after some recommendations- we had a small non-traditional ceremony that had a somewhat loose schedule and she was so accommodating considering this....
We then went to the State House for pics and the way the pics are composed you would never know that's where we took the pics. She was easy to work with and me and my husband actually enjoyed taking the pics (which we don't normally do) she gave great direction that was easy to execute and everyone says the pics are beautiful and most importantly natural! Also as a black person with darker skin she did an amazing job! Worth the money for an Hr session!
Stephanie is truly the BEST photographer! She was my sister photographer for her wedding and I fell in love with the pictures so I knew I wanted her to be mine at my wedding! I had...
a great experience during both our engagement photos and wedding photos! She is so nice, caring and was always available when needed! Stephanie made my wedding day go by so smoothly as she is so organized and knows all the poses to do without us having to suggest any! I would definitely recommend her!! We can't thank her enough for capturing our special day!!
Stephanie's photography captured our Perfect Day beautifully.
In addition to the beautiful pictures of the ceremony and wedding party Stephanie's pictures of the flowers, rings,...
and programs received many positive comments from our family and friends.
Those with whom we have shared pictures often comment on the "sequences" that were captured: such as the speeches by the maid of honor and the best man. The first dances and the reception guests enjoying the celebration.
A few months after the wedding I had need of purchasing some additional prints. Stephanie went out of her way to ensure that I received the photos I requested within the time I needed. She was very helpful and generous with her time and expertise during the purchase.
Stephanie is a talented photographer. She was professional in all of my contacts with her. It was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding event!

From our first meeting with Stephanie to after the wedding, it was an absolute pleasure. She is so organized and has a brilliant artistic eye that we love. Our engagement photos ...
were amazing and she was so fun to work with. She gave really good pointers to us when we didn't know what to do with our hands or posture - this was a big help for us! The wedding day she was so organized and ready to role while I was so scatter brained, she kept me calm and made sure all the pictures we talked about would be taken without me thinking about them. She went to great lengths to get a few unique shots and handled all the situations I didn't want to :) Thanks again!!! And of course the photos are AMAZING. A pointer to brides: if you go in Pinterest and pick out what kind of group photos you want, she'll be able to give that to you! I didn't take the time to do that, and there are a few pictures I wish I would have discussed with her ahead of time, my fault!
Throughout the entire 9 months of wedding planning, she kept very good communication with my husband and I. The only small little thing that could be a room for improvement would be in emails to 'reply all'. My husband and I worked together on almost everything for the wedding , including communications via email with our vendors because we were planning a Columbus wedding from Cleveland. Sometimes the emails were only sent to one of us. It wasn't that big of a deal, we are engineers so we have our email quirks :)
If I ever want to hire a photographer again, she'll be my first call! She is truly amazing!
Stephanie was awesome to work with for our wedding. From engagement pictures to the wedding day, she was always very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. And her photos...
are great. She has a remarkable attention to detail and always helped make sure my bowtie was straight! She was even great at posting a sneak peak of the images that we could show all our friends and family that couldn't make it. Highly recommend!
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made our wedding day feel as stress-free as possible but also kept us on schedule and she captured some of the most beautiful ...
photos I've ever seen. We are completely in love with them! She was easy to work with during the entire planning process and was always easy to get in touch with as well. Highly recommend!
Stephanie was the photographer for our wedding this past Memorial Day weekend at High Line Car House in Columbus. Stephanie did an amazing job with everything! All of the pictures ...
were incredible and she was the easiest photographer I have ever worked with.
Personally, I am a little stiff when taking picture and I find the whole ordeal to be incredibly awkward. However, Stephanie gave great direction and made the whole process both easy and fun.
My wife Libby and I could not be more happy with the work that Stephanie did for our wedding. She was great to work with and she is an amazing photographer.
I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a photographer to help them capture all of the memorable moments at their wedding.
Stephanie Barnes was the photographer for my wedding in November. She helped me think of every detail ahead of time so that on the day of, I could enjoy the day and know that every...
thing was taken care of. The photos turned out AMAZING and I could not have asked for better. With a large family, we wanted a large variety of shots without it taking hours and Stephanie made that possible. She was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Stephanie for capturing every special moment of our big day!
Stephanie was very friendly to work with. Prompt, professional, and very quick to finalize our pictures and send them to us! All of our pictures turned out amazing!

easy.
She was cool, calm, and collected during the wedding day (even though she was due any day!!) and helped us feel at ease throughout our wedding day. We were so pleased with her photos and she even posted sneak peaks the day right after our wedding!
We would recommend Stephanie to any couple looking for a photographer for their wedding in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Stephanie is amazing to work with. She is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I was expecting to have a handful of really great photos after my wedding, but ...
we have hundreds! Some of my family members have commented on how photogenic I am after seeing our wedding photos, and I assure you that's all credit to Stephanie! All her shots are great, but her bridal portraits are perfection. I don't normally write reviews, but Stephanie was well worth every dollar we spent and I would recommend her to everyone. We honestly couldn't have picked a better photographer to capture our wedding day.
Stephanie puts time and thought into every picture. She has a real eye for backgrounds and angles. My favorite pictures have backgrounds that she noticed when we were out at o...
ther locations. Things I never would have thought of and they are great!
Stephanie got pictures of everything. The party favors, the cake, the guest book, the card box, centerpieces, programs, ….everything. To be honest I don’t know how she had time to take all these pictures.
I found Stephanie online by her photos and recommendations. Her pictures speak for themselves and all her reviews were great. What you are not able to read or see is the type of person she is. She cares about her clients and making sure she captures their wedding day. If you are looking for a photographer I couldn’t imagine being able to recommend anyone better than Stephanie.
Stephanie Barnes was the photographer for my daughters wedding, and I could not have been happier with the quality of her work. Stephanie has one of the best "eyes" for photograph...
y that I have ever seen. She was extremely professional, and had a very calming personality, which as mother of the bride, I truly appreciated. She took great care with each shot, and her attention to every detail of the wedding was absolutely amazing. I was completely blown away when I saw the wedding photos. I knew they would be good, but did not anticipate how beautiful they would be. I would highly recommend Stephanie and I definitely plan on using her again!
Choosing a photographer for your wedding is not an easy task. Everyone expects their photos to look a certain way on their wedding day and finding someone that not only understands...
your vision but is capable of capturing that vision can be tricky. I can assure you Stephanie is a great choice. She is creative, detail oriented and most importantly can make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, which was especially hard for myself and my fiancé. Once I received my photos I was speechless. They are beautiful and I feel she really captured our personalities. I would definitely recommend Stephanie and would absolutely work with her again if I had to do it all over!
My wedding was a little over a week ago on September 28th and Stephanie was our photographer. She was such a blessing for us with her professionalism and positive attitude. My wife...

n to her by her great use of lighting. She uses the environments around her so well. We loved her poses for us, they were classic but also had a fresh look to them. She also captured so many great memories for us throughout the entire day. We would definitely recommend Stephanie. We had so much fun working with her and her husband.
Stephanie is such an amazing woman and photographer. She really captures your personality in the pictures and makes you feel comfortable. We are in love with our pictures!

d pictures in the snow and she was open to all the ideas we had even though it was FREEZING outside. She gave us great ideas and helpful tips to make sure we got everything out of our engagement pictures that we wanted. I can not wait to have her capture our wedding day! I would definitely recommend her to any bride who is looking for an amazing photographer. Stephanie has been so organized and professional through the whole wedding process which has been great because we all know how hetic planning a wedding can be!
Stephanie is a fabulous photographer. We met with several photographers before booking with her, but it was clear from our first meeting that she was the right photographer for us...
. She did our engagement and wedding photos. Her work is stunning and is a great value for the price that you pay -- she is worth every penny (and more!). She covered every moment of our wedding day and didn't miss a single thing. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of her work - it is beautiful, timeless, and truly captures the special moments and feelings of the day. She is calm and low key -- exactly what you need on a crazy wedding day -- and was a dream to work with during the planning process. I can't recommend her highly enough!

My husband and I first came to really appreciate Stephanie's photography after she performed our engagement photos in Nov. 2011. She was so easy to work with and she told us exactl...
y what we needed to do for our poses. The photo session was effortless on our part. The time, poses, and flare that she put into creating works of art definitely paid off when we received our engagement photos in the mail. We knew immediately after seeing the proofs that we couldn't have anyone but Stephanie performing the photography for our wedding in June 2012.
It was well worth the extra expense to have Stephanie travel from Ohio to Asheville, NC for our outdoor wedding. She captured beautiful moments throughout the day. Once again, she made the photography sessions effortless. Our wedding was beautiful and so much fun. Stephanie captured it all and artfully preserved our memories to be shared with friends and family for years to come.
Stephanie was so much fun and so easy to work with! We had a great time at the engagement session and I knew immediately that we had made the right choice! The photos we got back...
were beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments on how nice the professional photos were! Her prices are very fair, and like I mentioned, she is just a fantastic person to be around! I will certainly be giving her a call next time I have a need for a professional photographer! Love Loved LOVED her!

rapher that we had previously booked fell through.
We hired Stephanie ON THE SPOT when we got our engagement photos back. Finding her business was the best thing that has happened to us yet.
I highly suggest Stephanie Barnes Photography if you don't have a photographer or just want better and long lasting photos.
Stephanie is fun to photograph with, she gives direction but also lets you be unique. Best of all, she isn't just somebody with a camera that calls herself a photographer, she went to school for it and has taught me so much about what to expect from professional photography.
I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie, if I did I would have to write a novel!
