ro time to plan a wedding, I knew early on that I needed help—and not just from anyone, but from the best. Stephanie took my very loose vision and turned it into the most gorgeous reality. I truly cannot underscore this enough. She saw exactly what I wanted (even when I wasn't totally sure myself!) and created something more beautiful and special than I could have ever dreamed.
What stood out most about Stephanie was how easily she understood exactly who we are individually and as a couple—and used that insight to match us with absolutely perfect vendors. Every single person she brought on board fit our vibe completely—it made the day so magical!
And her design skills? TOP NOTCH. She threaded unique, cool, and stunning touches throughout every aspect of the wedding—things I never would have thought about but that elevated the day in ways I didn't even know were possible (beach umbrellas, photo roamers, a bridal bed, the list goes on!). Her creative brilliance truly made our wedding one-of-a-kind.
On top of killer design skills, she's a budget master and helped us stay on track without ever compromising style or quality (and I really pushed the limits). She also managed so much stress on my behalf that the entire process genuinely felt easy and seamless, which is something I never expected to say about planning a wedding.
But what really sets Stephenie apart for me is how she handled challenges—not just small ones, but huge ones—and did it with grace, practicality, and a level of care (and humor!) that was above and beyond.
We ran into two major issues, both tied to the only things I deeply cared about. First, my dog sitter bailed at the last minute, and the safety and happiness of my dog was my number one concern—especially since we had no one else who could care for him the entire weekend (they were all at the wedding!). Second, the entire vision for the wedding was a luxurious, tropical beach vibe and rain threw a really mean wrench into those plans. Both of these things nearly killed me and I shed more than a a few tears but....Stephanie to the rescue!
She not only pulled me out of my spiral about the rain (which no one else could), but also worked with our venue to completely rearrange the logistics and recreate our outdoor vision indoors while keeping as many outdoor elements as possible woven into the day. I still don’t know how she pulled it off. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, she did something I never expected—she found the most kind, reliable, and wonderful person to care for my dog and made sure he was safe, well-loved, and present for photos. That's not even in her 'job description', but she solved it without hesitation - She just cares that much and is that good.
To top it all off, the entire day went perfectly—no hiccups, no weird timeline gaps—just smooth sailing from start to finish. Stephanie made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful day feel effortless, joyful, and full of love.
The best part? She didn’t just plan our wedding; she became someone we now want in our lives forever.

y beginning of the planning process, Stephanie was incredibly helpful and reassuring. As two people with no wedding planning experience, we were pretty overwhelmed, but she walked us through every step. She helped us build a timeline, coordinate with vendors, and handle all the little details that we never would have thought of on our own. She was always quick to respond, never made us feel silly for asking questions, and stayed so organized throughout it all.
What really made her stand out was how much we trusted her expertise. There were so many things we didn’t know how to decide, like flowers, signage, and décor, and we would just tell her the general vibe or colors we liked, and she took care of the rest. Everything turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The table décor, welcome table, seating chart sign, and guest book area she designed were stunning!
As the big day approached, she made sure everything was squared away with our vendors and venue, and even helped us gather information from our guests. She was present at our rehearsal, walking everyone through how the ceremony would go, which was especially helpful for my mom, who had never attended a wedding before. Stephanie made sure she understood everything and felt confident, which meant a lot to us.
On the wedding day itself, Stephanie was truly incredible. She coordinated with all the vendors so that everything ran seamlessly. There were no awkward pauses or confusion, and everything stayed on time. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and kept us updated on what was happening throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind.
She even went the extra mile to make sure every guest with food allergies got the correct plate, which we really appreciated. Our wedding party also commented on how attentive and calm she was. They all felt taken care of and well-informed. We’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing the wedding was, and every time we just say: “It was Stephanie!” She truly made everything come together. I can honestly say that Stephanie is the BEST at what she does. I was not a fan of the design aspect of planning a wedding, but Stephanie excels in that department! I told her few details of color scheme, likes/dislikes, and overall vision. She took my notes and ran with it. She created the most stunning reception I have ever seen, all while keeping us well within our budget. She truly had our best interest at heart and did not mind talking us out of an expense that was unnecessary, which I believe is so important for someone in this situation.
My husband did not understand the need for a wedding planner at the beginning. Now he raves about Stephanie in conversation ALL THE TIME! He was amazed at how incredible she was at her job but most importantly he says, “Stephanie was a subject matter expert at calming you down. She knew exactly what to say and how to handle a situation that stressed you out, allowing you to enjoy the process. I will always be grateful for that.”
One month later, and we still have family talking about how incredible “the wedding planner” was at our wedding. They point out how she kept the entire evening running smooth and efficiently. How she was so detail oriented and made sure that Radek and I didn’t worry about a thing.

As someone who can be a bit of a control freak, I was worried about how having a planner might work, but Stephanie’s approach made her easy to work in spite of my type A tendencies...
! The flexibility of her plans (we went with a partial package) allowed me to maintain the amount of control I wanted, while still getting her expert advice whenever I needed! Her recommended vendors were absolutely excellent, and it was clear that her connections in the wedding community allowed us to have some special “perks” added into a number of our contracts.
Overall, our experience working with Stephanie was amazing. She respected all of our ideas while being honest about any concerns she had, which made our wedding day turn out exactly as we’d hoped! The day of coordination was particularly amazing. She went out of her way to bring forgotten florals to our first-look location, and her assistant Emma expertly fixed my makeup (using her own!) after a tearful ceremony left streaks down my face.

I’ve always heard a wedding planner is worth it when planning a wedding, but let me tell you, she was the best investment of our big day- hands down. If she thought the time constraints, budget and date was difficult, mother nature decided to step in and throw in a hurricane and tropical storm the day of our wedding. She handled this so incredible for how horrible the situation was. Unfortunately, due to the storm, our dream beach wedding and saying “I Do” with our feet in the white sand was shattered. Stephanie was so great about keeping us calm, hopeful, and positive about the weather, and really took a lot of time discussing and communicating with our Venue planner about our back up options and last-minute changes right up until the start of the ceremony. She even stopped by the house that we had rented with our family and wedding party the morning of the wedding to check in, which really meant a lot to us.
Our wedding and ceremony were nothing what we had planned together for months, but none-the-less it was beautiful in its own right. We had our closest friends and family by our side when we promised each other forever, we had one heck of a celebration and an even better after party that lasted the whole weekend.
From the big things like venue negotiations, florals, cakes, and videographers to the small things like wedding checklists, napkins and timelines, Stephanie had us covered and never let us down!!

Stephanie also has access to a plethora of vendors and made communicating with them easier as well as helped save us money. She was amazing at keeping everything in budget all the while making everything beautiful.
The planning process was amazing. The wedding was phenomenal. Stephanie gives her 110% to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding and was at our venue even before we showed up! Her timeline was meticulously detailed, but also factored in potential delays so that when they arrised, we were able to roll along as if they were planned all along. My wife and I opted to have Stephanie decorate our entire wedding; we had full trust in her judgment. We were very much rewarded for our trust as we loved all the details, flowers, draping, seating charts, thank you notes, and much more that Stephanie helped us with, all the while staying under budget.
