es contacted Stephanie after finding her online and they planned a surprise engagement in the Smokey Mountains together via phone and email. If you don't know the Smokies... the weather can make up its own plans... and Stephanie was great and stayed in contact with James several days before the big surprise, watching rain, thunder, and "smoke" possibilities. Even the morning of, Stephanie arrived early and hiked 2 miles out to check out the place so that by the time James and I arrived at our final location it would be perfect (so yeah, she hiked 4 miles round trip on a somewhat rough trail... too awesome!). Stephanie is a true professional, has a photojournalistic eye, and allowed us to be ourselves on such an important day. She's pretty funny too, and has a lot of great stories. We are forever thankful for these pictures and Stephanie's help along the way! I don't think my fiancé could have done it without her! :)

ortrait photos. Everyone that went and saw them were blown away at how good they look. Someone even pointed out a detail in the background and commented about how they were at the wedding but don’t remember everything being as beautiful as they appeared in the pictures. We are so thankful we have these for a lifetime to remember the day by! We will be using her for all our family photos to come!
