Stephanie W. Photography

. She was so organized and was very helpful with wrangling everybody when needed and helped calm me when there was a lot of craziness throughout the day! Our pictures are beyond anything I could have asked for, I highly recommend her for capturing anything!! She also did our engagement shoot last year, and again cannot rave enough about her and her style! We will cherish these memories forever!!!

y gets an idea of what you want/need and you get a sneak peak into her process. After booking she sent an EXREMELY HEPLFUL document she has created for all aspects of the day to get great photos and for things to go smoothly. I ended up referencing this document through every part of the planning process. When the date was near, she sent a form with a LOT of questions and she produces a timeline for you. It was incredibly helpful to have this timeline when going back to the venue for a final walkthrough and talking to the DJ and the wedding coordinator at our venue and helped me to think of things I otherwise wouldn't (special or specific pictures, any family issues to be aware of, etc.). Day of she was early, leaving her a lot of time to get detail shots at the venue while we were still getting ready which ended up being a LIFE SAVER because it rained (how Florida) and we had to revamp the timing a little but to get first look pics and individual shots. She took so many great photos and was amazing. I also did not feel like she was hovering at all/did not feel like I was being photographed all day, which is crazy after seeing all of the pictures she got but I am so thankful because our pictures are so genuine. She brought my husband and I outside for sunset pics which I never would have thought to ask for, and it ended up also giving us a great few moments to soak everything in, be ourselves, and be present in the day. Stephanie is great if you are type-A (she will be scheduled and prepared right there with you) or type B (she knows what is going on and will make sure you get everything you need and want out of your day). I cannot recommend her enough and am so thankful for her help in our wedding because of how important the photos were to me; she got photos of my husband (in the military) with his team, my dog, grandparents, family friends, EVERYONE. To Stephanie: thank you so so much!

quick in editing and returning the photos. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again!

p to our wedding. On our wedding day, she was so efficient! Stephanie knows what she is doing, she not only kept us on time, but even ahead of schedule the entire day! We got our wedding gallery back in record timing and I cannot get over how perfect the photos are. Michael and I cannot recommend Stephanie enough! Thank you for capturing our wedding so beautifully!

she did it effortlessly! Se are so grateful.

lming.. there are so many to choose from! I came across Stephanie on google and from the first phone call, she was so friendly and kind- making the wedding planning process so much easier and less overwhelming. She responds via email in such a timely manner and answered all my questions. Stephanie's demeanor is so calm, positive, cheery and go with the flow. That alone is so appreciated amidst the wedding day chaos. She is especially helpful with posing and lighting and fixed my hair countless times throughout the day- THANK YOU! She is also wonderful at maintaining the timeline. We even had time to spare before the ceremony! (I had 11 bridesmaids- this was not an easy task!) Her photography speaks for itself- she takes the most gorgeous photos. I recently got my wedding photos (in SUCH a timely manner) and each and everyone is so special and beautiful. I am having the hardest time picking my favorite. If you are in need of a wedding day photographer, I highly recommend Stephanie. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Stephanie, we are so in love with our wedding photos <3

ging a joyful, stress-free energy to our wedding day. Her photos are wonderful and we are so grateful to have keepsakes that captivate the sentiment, ambience, and liveliness of our special day. Stephanie’s style is timeless and we can’t wait to look back on her captured moments over the many years to come.

stionnaire, she works with you to fit in what you might have missed. She was super patient with our wedding party. She also went above and beyond for me as I was a bit stressed/nervous and she could tell that and she politely asked my bridal party to step out of the room so that I could do my pictures by myself without so many eyes staring at me! She was really great and I do recommend her greatly! Her assistant was fantastic as well, very kind and helpful throughout the whole day of picture taking!

e us feel so comfortable and beautiful! She knows what she’s doing! Where to go, the best lighting, how to get through tons of photos in the most fun and efficient way, and don’t get us started on the photos… absolutely perfect! She captured every moment of our big day so beautifully! Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Stephanie!

ade my husband and I feel very comfortable and at ease. Additionally, she went above and beyond her photographer duties. For example, she ensured my husband and I received our wedding gifts from each other. We truly had the best day and Stephanie was a huge part of that. We absolutely recommend Stephanie for all of your photography needs!

es and my wedding day. Stephanie also offered a very simple booking fee that made it very easy for us to coordinate which package to select. I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her work!

is was key! On our Wedding day Stephanie and her assistant were hands down our favorite vendors. Everyone honestly who interacted with them spoke highly of their kindness and professionalism. We were told to expect our full gallery at 4 weeks, we got all of our pictures after 2 weeks and they're stunning each and every one of them! And there are a lot! We plan on moving back to Florida and have already agreed that Stephanie is who we will return to for future maternity and family shoots based on what a wonderful experience we had.

ey said it was like they were there. I'll use her every time I'm in St. Augustine. She kept communication and did exactly as I wanted. She has a wonderful and kind attitude. You won't be disappointed.

ial details and people of our wedding day and made sure they were highlighted in her photos. The finished result was exquisite. We love our wedding photos and highly recommend Stephanie W. Photography!!

work with from day 1. Made planning such a breeze! We just got the photos back, and we are amazed!! They capture our big day perfectly. Can’t thank her and her team enough!!

assistant took care of EVERYTHING - she took my dress, shoes and our rings to the venue to capture pictures before the bridal party arrived, took pictures of the bridal party while we were getting ready and then of course pictures at the ceremony and venue all the way until the sparkler exit. Her bubbly personality made the day run smoothly. Stephanie got the pictures back to my husband and I so quickly. We are so grateful we booked her!!

our wedding day was amazing! We would absolutely recommend her to all couples tying the knot! Thank you Stephanie!

hoot, I wanted pictures at a few different locations, outfit changes and we even involved the dogs. Stephanie was so patient, rushed around with us to get the perfect shots, and talked us through different poses! The pictures were amazing! It’s so hard to pick a favorite photo when you love so many of them! Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie sent me a shot list. It asked me to include family formals, small details that she should know about, and a timeline of events. I appreciated that so much! It made me feel comfortable knowing that she was going to capture all of the small, special moments. Stephanie went above and beyond in her role as our photographer. She kept us on a timeline, was able to get my family to corporate for pictures (which is a huge task all on its own), and even helped the bridal party through a torrential downpour. She was kind, patient, and professional the entire 8 hour wedding day. When we got an email two weeks after the wedding with our pictures we were blown away! Every single picture was better than the last and we had SOOO MANY pictures from that day. The variety of pictures and quality is simply stunning. Stephanie did something very for me and I didn’t even ask her to do it. She knew my Grandmother couldn’t make it to the wedding and that we were going to have to FaceTime her in for the ceremony. Stephanie went out of her way to take a picture of my Grandma on FaceTime. It was something we never discussed but meant the world to me that she took the time to capture that picture. The photos were stunning, but the service Stephanie provided was on another level. I couldn’t recommend her enough for not only your wedding photos but engagement photos as well. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking such beautiful pictures of my wedding day! The service you provided was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before!

met her, at our engagement shoot, Stephanie made us feel relaxed and comfortable, and that just made working with her even easier. Her caring and compassion for her clients and for her work is unmatched, and we will absolutely be recommending her to anyone with photography needs.

ily photos due to the rain. Also, her enthusiasm for photography really shows; she clearly loves her job! I highly recommend Stephanie!

cted that we wanted to join our cocktail party and made sure we got great photos while the lighting was perfect, but didn’t make us leave the party too long. I figured if we have a few “perfect” pictures of our wedding that would be great, but almost all of hers are perfect and really captured our wedding vibe and our love for each other. I highly recommend Stephanie W for your wedding!

ith me through the entire process and was flexible in ensuring she was there at any location to capture the moment. Stephanie was responsive to all my emails. Covid really threw my husband and I for loop. We had to change wedding venues twice, getting ready location three times, and 10 minutes before the ceremony we had a typical fall Florida downpour. During the rain shower, she made the best of it and got some fun shots with the rain. She delivered her work in a timely manner and I was easily able to distribute it to all friends and family. Her pictures are beautiful and she provides tons of variety in her shots. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie for your day. I will be using her for any photography needs I have in central/northeast Florida in the future.

natural, she gave us a lot of great pointers and made us feel comfortable and confident. Stephanie was so pleasant to work with, she always answered my emails quickly, she worked with my crazy schedule, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get professional photos done by a photographer that goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you so much Stephanie!!! We will definitely be contacting you when it's time to do maternity and newborn photos, and for all our future family photos.

p, so Stephanie took my dress, flowers, and accessories to the venue so that they would be ready for me when I arrived. She had bobby pins to fix my falling hair and scissors to trim loose strings on my dress. She was so helpful in so many ways beyond what I could have imagined! Anyone looking for a wedding photographer needs to book with Stephanie! Hands down, the BEST!

l job capturing everything over the course of the day. Stephanie and her assistant Lauren did a great job keeping us on schedule and taking the photos as efficiently as possible prior to and following the ceremony which allowed us to spend more time with our guests. Thanks Stephanie!! Her turnaround time was super quick and her website to download and share the photos is well-designed and easy to use. We highly recommend Stephanie W. and are so glad we found her!

tephanie’s presence made us super comfortable in front of the camera! We are truly obsessed with all of our pictures. She captured so many special moments because she was able to be with us for our entire day. Also, her turnaround time was crazy quick! We had sneak peak photos the morning after our wedding and our full album in two weeks. You will not regret booking Stephanie for your wedding! She is truly incredible at what she does!

al and effortless. We knew we had to have her for our wedding and we are so glad we chose her. First off, our photos were returned in about a week, which was awesome. And, the pictures were even better than we could have ever imagined. On the wedding day, she showed up and took charge, getting all of the shots she needed pre-ceremony in as quickly and as non disruptive as possible. After the wedding, she got all the family photos we requested done in record time while still making sure they were high quality. Then, at the reception, she captured amazing photos without us even noticing she was there. We had our dog in the wedding and she took the extra time and patience to get some good shots of him as well. We would not hesitate to get our photos taken by Stephanie again, and will recommend her to all of our engaged friends.

mony photos, due to COVID, as well as our wedding photos and everything turned out AMAZING. Her work is truly incredible and we have gotten so many compliments. With us having to postpone our wedding twice, Stephanie was so easy to work with. She knows how to put you at ease and where all of the best locations for photos are. It is so nice to have your photographer with you the entire day of your wedding, with a custom timeline, so you don't miss a thing. Also, her turn around time to get photos back to you is SO quick! I could not recommend Stephanie more!

g if I said I wasn't a little bit nervous about how everything would turn out, but Stephanie put all of our worries as ease the moment she showed up! My husband and I have never been great in front of cameras, but she made us very comfortable to the point we hardly noticed she was there (in the best way possible!). The pictures turned out amazing - we had just as much fun reliving the day from the pictures as we did in the actual moment. Quick turn around time, affordable pricing (especially with her full day offerings), and such a high quality of work, we couldn't have asked for anyone better!

were beautiful!

g looked fantastic! When we received our photos it was just as quickly as she said we would get them and they were fantastic! I would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding and engagement photographer!

I had so much fun. The images came out better than I could have imagined. She is a pleasure to work with and we can't recommend Stephanie W. Photography enough!

hat to wear, and she was great at giving us direction and helping us with poses (my partner usually feels very awkward taking photos but Stephanie made it easy for him!). We absolutely love the photos and would love to work with her again!

ine. Unlike other photographers, she didn't have a time limit, which made me feel so much better. Nicole and Stephanie were professional, kind, patient and fun to work with. We could not have picked a better photographer. Thank you!

commend!

ially in front of a camera, but Stephanie told us what to do, and had us laughing & comfortable the entire time. She also handled our crazy families on the wedding day with grace (which was like corralling kittens!), and blended in like a ninja during the entire reception. She caught so many amazing candid shots of our friends & family enjoying themselves :) Not only was she a pleasure to work with, she was super quick in getting our photos to us. We were expecting 4-6 weeks, but received the link to our online gallery just 1 week later!! She did an amazing job, & her passion for her job shows. I would hire her for any professional photography needs! Thank you so much, Stephanie!!

nning and she really listened to the kind of pictures we wanted. Beyond the photos, she is basically a mini wedding day spirit guide, especially in the time leading up to the ceremony. She will help you stick to a timeline while not being pushy at all. I cannot recommend her enough.

hanie and her team to all brides looking for a passionate, kind, and creative photographer on their big day! She truly made our wedding day a special experience that we will always remember through her pictures.

ferred vendor of our wedding venue in St Augustine. She made the experience feel very effortless for us, and now we have the most beautiful photos to enjoy forever. Our families were extremely pleased as well. Personality is a big factor to finding the right wedding photographer, and Stephanie has the type of friendly and open personality that would be easy for anyone to get along with. She knows how to give strong direction while always coming across professionally and agreeable. One of the other major benefits to working with Stephanie is the time and flexibility that she gives you on your wedding day. You won’t have to worry about a thing with Stephanie on your wedding day because she’s already organized everything after planning ahead with you as best as possible. Everyone has a timeline to work with, and she is able to move things along with efficiency and without feeling rushed because she knows what she’s doing. Stephanie has a great assistant which also made a huge difference in getting everyone coordinated for family photos, helping to arrange and hold things, and ultimately how quickly we were able to move. As a solo photographer, there is no doubt that Stephanie can handle the entire wedding’s photos herself. We would still consider adding a second photographer with a larger wedding to get additional shots from different angles, guest photos, etc. However, we would make the same decision to work with Stephanie again and are so happy!

ng photography. She also is prompt in her replies which made us feel she was there during the wedding planning stages if we needed to ask her anything. Her and her assistant were able to capture some of the most wonderful images at our wedding that my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. I would definitely recommend her!

lance of formal photos & candid photos. We would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a photographer! We have also gotten a ton of compliments from very honest family members who are truly amazed by how beautiful our pictures came out. We cannot thank her enough! I also hired Stephanie for a boudoir shoot prior to the wedding. Let me just say, I am a very shy person and was nervous about how I was going to pull it off but Stephanie walked me through EVERY single step! Those pictures came out fabulous too!

g pictures; so it was important that we found someone who would not only capture all the important moments on our special day but also help us feel comfortable (without feeling posed) in front of the camera. Stephanie made us feel comfortable and was able to capture the most beautiful moments. From the engagement session to sparkler send off, her communication and organization were superb. Stephanie was also so helpful on our wedding day. I cant thank her enough for helping me make it through the day and allowing us to relive one of the best days of our lives over and over through her photos.

mazingly helpful and so sweet to my entire bridal party and family. She was prepared for every situation that came up, and I was so glad that we chose her!! Our photos are amazing and she captured every moment perfectly. She was organized and on top of everything from start to finish!!

as very organized but was able to go with the flow of our day and not be pushy like we have heard other photographers can be. And lastly, her turn around time was amazing. The day we came back from our honeymoon, we had our beautiful wedding photos waiting for us. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her. You HAVE to hire her if you are looking for a photographer. Truly AMAZING!

work with. We were from out of town so we didn’t get to meet before our engagement pictures, which I was worried about. She put us at ease the second she started taking pictures! She is so down to earth and gives great direction for photo “newbies”. She is super easy to get in touch with and has your pictures to you very fast, even gives you sneak peaks. She covers every little detail of you’re big day, I would see her over and over again!
