Stephy is amazing! Prior to meeting her and throughout our entire wedding and pre-wedding experience, she was super responsive. And when we met her on our first Zoom call, we just clicked. It's really not easy to break through my anxiety and seriousness that sometimes comes from that. Had Stephy as the photographer for my wedding at Marina Village in San Diego and She was fantastic! I already don’t like taking pictures, but she made me feel very comfortable. Before I get into details, let me make you aware my Husband does not do pictures. I’ve known Stephy for some time and knew I HAD to have her as my photographer when we finally had our I Do’s. We had the pleasure of having Stephy for 3 occasions, our Engagement photos, Wedding Ceremony (due to covid we were able to have this day on our original anniversary) and our Wedding Reception. Our Engagement photos were in Julian, CA, the entire time it was fun and fresh and FILLED with laughs, jokes and REAL smiles and yummy pie. My husband and I made it official and had our Wedding at Centennial Park in Coronado, CA. I was nervous and I know I’m an ugly crier, but Steph was able to find a good cry. I didn’t think it was possible. It was an intimate ceremony and after seeing my photos, I fell in love with my Husband all over again. She captured amazing angles and I didn’t even realize she was there! She was professional and funny, was able to get the stoic guys to have some AMAZING shots and memories I will never forget. Me and my ladies look gorgeous! I was afraid of the touch ups but they came out perfect without looking too perfect if that makes sense? We did the “getting ready” photos at my venue, the Catalina Room at the Marina Village. I didn’t have a room or a designated place to change. But Low and Behold! Stephy saved the day and we had the photos taken in the bathroom, she made the 2 stall restroom with a mirror look like a mini suite!! I was stunned when I saw those pictures! I had my Matron of Honor who helped me “get dressed” ask where those pictures were taken, thinking it was somewhere else. At the reception she coordinated last with my last moment vendors and even with the Hālau (Hula/Tahitian group) that surprised us with a performance! I lost count how many times I cried, remember I’m an ugly crier… But oh my Goodness it was a miracle that I did not look like i sucked on a lime and stubbed toe at the same time. If I had to rate stephy out of 5 stars, she SURPASSES those to a 10!!! She made everyone feel relaxed and at ease and made me look as happy as I felt. Thank you Steph!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have to say that if you want to have an effortless experience with the photography at your wedding and someone who knows the ins and out of making sure that every perfect moment gets captured then you can't go wrong with Stephy Wong. from the first photo to the last, to the extras she managed to take and we didn't even realize she got, everything was perfect from start to finish. She has an easy-going manner that makes you just want to smile no matter how stressed or worried you are. Combined with the fact that she's so professional even when she's busy moving about the floor pushing people out of the way to get the perfect shot. Stephy made us feel comfortable from the first minute we spoke with her on the phone. You can tell she knows what she's doing as she had every detail outlined for us. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and then the day of, she and her assistant were rockstars in wrangling our friends and family for group photos, and we honestly didn't even notice she was there for much of the time. The photos she captured of our special day are absolutely priceless and we can't say enough good about our experience with her.

Stephy is awesome!! We hired her for our engagement shoot first and then booked her for our wedding. She had many package options and they were easy to alter to our needs. Compared to other photographers we were browsing, she had the most to offer. She also gave us a discount for the wedding because we were returning clients! When we had to postpone due to the pandemics, she was kind and understanding. We even changed location from San Diego to Irvine. Stephy posted teasers within 2 days of the both shoots which my wife and family loved. Everyone was sending each other all the photos and raving about them. She was so much fun to work with and shared the excitement when my groomsmen and I bought a piñata to celebrate at the end of the night!

Stephy is soo much fun to work with! She makes it so easy to be comfortable when all the cameras are on. We hired her for our engagement shoot last summer and shortly after decided we had to have have her for the wedding. With the pandemic, our wedding got postponed but she was always understanding and patient with us as we tried to come up with a new plan. We decided to have a smaller wedding and she worked with us through the planning. She made our day extra special and took care to pay attention to all the details. She got along great with our videographer and both of them were tag teaming the whole event to make sure all the shots were fun and smooth! For over 7 years I have been close friends with Stephy. I’ve always known about her photography business and knew she is a very talented individual. First of all, I created this account solely to leave a glowing review for Stephy because she's THAT awesome and I want everyone to know. Stephy did our engagement and wedding photos WITH ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Not only did we get exactly the photos we wanted, she made both sessions SO much fun. I absolutely love that she releases some teaser photos shortly after a session too. She got along with our dog great, so that's also a huge plus, since I don't trust no one that my dog don't like. Aaaand the reason why I think Stephy is THE BEST is because of her professionalism. She's prompt to respond (sometimes it's literally instant), super experienced (both as a photographer and a businesswoman), offers top-notch customer service, and I love her bubbly personality. They have a way of lightening the mood, making you comfortable, and also telling you where to put your hands if you're a bit awkward. Such an amazing experience! We did not know what to expect from doing a real photo shoot for our engagement photos. Stephy made the whole process fun and not awkward at all. Booking her was easy, all done over email. Since we were just doing engagement, it was super affordable and she was clear on what we needed to do on our end. She sent us reminder emails, and let us know when she arrived. The photo session was amazing! It was like she was our BFF for years. I love the pictures of us smiling because they're us in the middle of laughing. She made us feel comfortable and made the process so easy. I proposed to my fiance, Dominique (same-sex marriage) a year and a half ago. We get married next month! Yeahhhhh! Ok, so how did we find Stephy? Actually on Yelp! We interviewed a couple of companies and other people before we found her. It was important to us that a photographer was not biased towards same-sex. It was also important that we could research your work via social media. We didn't get that good-gut-feeling you're supposed to get when you make a big decision. So we turned to Yelp and found Stephy! We scheduled a call and my goodness we fell in love. The 3 of us must have spoken for 90 minutes getting to know each other, offering advice, and basically interviewing each other. Why didn't I film that? Anyway, at the end of the call, Dominique and I cut each other like look and knew Stephy was "The One". We scheduled our Engagement shoot and because we live in Los Angeles and Stephy lives in San Diego we had no clue where we wanted to take photos. We told Stephy we'd come down to San Diego and she picked the spot for us! I was sooo nervous the day of the Engagement shoot just because... well I'm not a model. But Stephy brought it out of me and made me feel comfortable. Our pictures came out amazing! She listened to what angles we liked/didn't like. She let us take a few silly photos and a couple by ourselves. Stephy - I climbed boulders for you. lol. Stephy even recommended (and we hired) a videographer and showed us some amazing Officiants we could choose from. She's got connections!!!! Our wedding is nearing around the corner next month and Stephy has genuinely given my fiance and I a sense of confidence and ease with our wedding day. When you book her - you will think of her in every decision. For example, I'm going to love when she snaps a picture of our cake and people's reaction (can't give this away yet), and I'm going to love her pictures of us with the rose wall behind our table, etc. She was right from the beginning- "You can't go Wong with Stephy" Thank you Stephy.

Stephy was a great photographer to work with! She was very responsive, ever since the initial reach out to inquire about her. You never had to wait long to hear from her. My husband and I had never taken any professional photos before, but she made everything very easy and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. She knows how to make jokes to make us laugh! She is so funny and positive, and keeps the attitude light yet professional. Her price point is great and she delivers an amazing quality of work.. We will definitely use her for our professional photographing needs in the future.

Where do I begin? Let me start by saying this....your search for a wedding photographer is over. Stephy is the photographer you've been dreaming about since you were a little kid. She has an eye for this stuff and lots of creativity. Did I mention she is hilarious? Because she is. She maintains professionalism but also makes you feel like you've known her since the day you were born. If you're nervous about getting your photo taken or maybe you're fiancé does not understand how important save-the-date photos are as well as wedding photos, Stephy is the one. Or if you have had your entire wedding planned out prior to getting that gorgeous ring (like me) ? Stephy can handle that too. She was honestly my favorite vendor to work with and I have recommended her to friends who have since booked her because she is that amazing. She did so well on our wedding photos that she is now our photographer for life! If I still haven't sold you yet...here are some more reasons to love stephy wong and her magical camera skills: 1) She knows weddings. She's experienced. She knows all the little things that you're planner should know but doesn't. She understands the entire picture (hehe get it). 2) her prices are SO reasonable for the quality you'll receive. From my personal experience iwth planning a wedding and being in lots of weddings, you get waaaay more bang for your buck with stephy than a lot of other wedding photographers these days. If you're still worried about price, just remember that photography is almost as important as the person you're marrying (in my opinion) and Stephy is worth every penny. 3. Our wedding was in June and I STILL have people telling me how great my photos are. No kidding. 4. She loves cake and you can always trust someone who loves cake, let's be real. 5. She will give you her phone number and she always responds to my text within minutes. No question is too silly for her. It is your day and it must be perfect and she knows this. 6. Her assistants are just as cool as she is and you will get the perfect shot for every event during your big day. I cannot tell you enough how cool it was to have two photographers. 7. She'll stay in touch. This is something that I found very nice and equally as important. She doesn't just take your photos and never hear from her again. She'll stay in contact and make you feel like the very special client that you are. 8. TEASERS PEOPLE. She gives you next-day photo teasers while you're still on the wedding high from the previous night. It is one thing to have photos that your grandma took on her new iphone, but having perfectly edited photos half a day later is soooo much better and your family will love you for it. So as you can probably tell, I love Stephy Wong photo. She is amazing and I hope you choose her to shoot your special day.

Organized, on time, patient, and professional while also lighthearted to get some personality out of us! Stephy is the best, don't waste your time with anyone else. She makes being photographed as unscary as it possibly can be if you're not too fond of being in front of the camera. Especially after dealing with other wedding service providers/vendors, it really highlights and solidifies Stephy's level of professionalism, quality, and responsiveness. Responsiveness!!! How valuable that is when you're trying to get all the details down of one of the most important days of your life. She has made this process as easy as it can possibly be. Seriously, don't waste your time with anyone else. It's refreshing how on top of her game Stephy is. Worth every single penny.
