on the upper level!! The appetizers were delicious, and the portions were generous (two or three bites). The berries on the Berry Cucumber Caprese Skewers were ripe, plump, and tasty as was the glaze. All guests had their favorites - the Shaved Beef Tenderloin Crostini (juicy mouth-watering medallions of tenderloin), the Grilled Asparagus Crostini (tender flavorful asparagus stems) and the Mini Lobster Bites (not so mini) and the Seared Ahi Tuna (really got the raves). The waiters moved through the crowds easily and readily made available the appetizers to the guests - everyone happily enjoyed several appetizers with a nice selection of beverages while they ambled through the beautiful cocktail space. Then came the dinner. The salads were preset and discreetly bussed. The plated dinners were efficiently brought to the tables. No one at any table was left stranded waiting for their dinner while others at their table had been served. No table waited any significant length of time for their food. Again, the portions were generous and delicious. The beef tenderloin got exceptional reviews by our guests though the vegetarians also raved about their pasta and those selecting the chicken also stated so good. The Garlic Montamore Cheese Mashed Potatoes - the best potatoes ever! And the food was all served HOT! How did they do it?! Throughout the service, the waitstaff seamlessly served the food and bussed the dishes. In addition, the waitstaff graciously cut the three 12-inch cakes even though these cakes were provided by another vendor. I must also commend Sarah and Alison. They both answered phone calls and emails promptly and patiently worked through all the iterations of our menu choices and guest and entree counts! My husband and I (and the bride and groom) are so happy that we were able to give our guests a memorable dining experience!!
