We cannot thank Alex and her team at Sterling Engagements enough for all their help with planning and the flawless execution of our destination wedding! They took the stress out of the day by recommending the best vendors and helping to bring our design and vision for our day to life. Based in NYC and planning a wedding in Montecito, we really leaned on Alex for local vendors who were reliable, within our budget and that she had relationships with to ensure we were working with the best of the best. Alex and team helped with introductions, contracts/negotiations and communication throughout all of our planning. This was such a huge help and really enabled us to be able to focus on logistics for our family and friends and really make a magical weekend for everyone. Alex and the team were always available over text and email outside of our regular calls - which I greatly appreciated as there was a lot going in in the months leading up to the wedding. I also was beyond impressed with their attention to detail, clear communication and proactiveness with all my vendors and with us as well - it was exactly what I was looking for in a planning team. We felt very supported throughout the year and truly felt like our friends were planning our wedding! We are so beyond thrilled with how everything turned out the day of and literally all of our family and friends just adored Alex and the team and still cannot stop talking about what an amazing job they did! Cannot recommend Sterling Engagements enough!!

Alex and her team did an amazing job coordinating my 175 person wedding at the Ebell in Los Angeles. She brought multiple assistants so that every aspect of the wedding was handled. Her team was absolutely essential in making our wedding the amazing event that it was and for making it possible for us and our families to fully enjoy the day!

During the planning process I felt overwhelmed and just wanted to be engaged for years and years so I wouldn't have to plan the wedding. But after being engaged almost a year, I had a heart to heart with Alex at Sterling Engagements. She allowed me to think big and to dream. It wasn’t until I really set foot into dreaming about my wedding, was I able to truly plan it. I think that being able to talk to my wedding coordinator and have her listen to me, was I able to really have the wedding of my dreams. As for time spent planning and organization, without the help of Alex at Sterling Engagements, I feel that I would be easily spent hours and hours worrying and fretting about how it was all going to turn out. Her expertise and talent to listen made everything come out perfectly. Without Alex at Sterling Engagements, I would have been missing the execution of critical details the wedding day. She helped organize guests, made an isle for us to walk down, she ensured our portrait list was shot, clean up of our reception space, documented of our guests and their presence with a sign in board, and gave us that personal attention that made us feel so special.

Used their "day of" planning and it was great. Alexandra and her staff were amazing. They were there whenever we needed something and paid attention to every detail. Things wouldn't have worked so well without them!
