hey performed oldies, top 40s, hip hop / rap - we were all so impressed. Jon is such a loving soul who REALLY cares about his clients - he worked closely with me/my husband leading up to the big day to make sure everything was in order and carefully curated high-energy dance sets to keep the room pumping. He also was just genuinely excited to make sure we had a good time (we were a COVID delayed wedding for 3 years!) and he was even texting me about the weather the week leading up to the wedding to send positive vibes. Jon's not only a great band leader, but will become a friend!

ers to ensure voices didnt "go out" throughout the night. When we met Jon, he was so reassuring and very organized. He sent us an excel sheet ( which I loved) and made sure to grab our other vendor's info to coordinate like our wedding coordinator. He made sure he knew where to load equipment through and were set up prior to the event. They wer really good at getting the crowd together on the floor. The singing members will come out to the dance floor and engage with the guests which makes it a lot of fund. The singers are very talented and professional. We had a variety of music including top 40s. They new the latest hits as well as all of the oldies. They have a great price for what you are getting. Many months after the wedding we are still getting compliments. I literally had a copmpliment abou them yesterday and its almost 3 months after the event. We had 9 pieces altogether and it was great. Many other bands try to get you to have so many othe pieces at outrageous prices. This band fit out budget and amazed all of our guests. It was a great dance party all night.

ora and a tarantella. The band was also able to smoothly transition from rock, to rap, to reggaeton and pop, ensuring the music suited everyone's taste. They are also very easy to approach and went to great length to accommodate all our requests. Would 100% recommend to friends for their celebrations/weddings

months notice. The band learned the theme song from “The Big Comfy Couch” for one of the bridal party introductions. The dance floor was full most of the night. Communication between the venue, band, and parents (who paid for the event) as different aspects of the event happened could have been better, as my parents missed the groom and me singing on stage with the band and my father-in-law missed the cake cutting. I worked with Jon on a spreadsheet of exactly how I wanted people introduced at the reception. Now that I received the video, I discovered that some people were introduced incorrectly. For the bridal party intros, I had a maid of honor, bridesmaids, and bridesman, and I requested for them to be introduced as the honor attendants of the bride. Instead, they were introduced as, “the honor of the bridesmaids.” There was a song, not on the bands list, that was noted on our spreadsheet. I asked Jon about it, and he said it was just something one of the parents wanted him to listen to, and it was not for the wedding. I told Jon I was concerned about it being played, and I was assured it would not be. It was played at the wedding and it only got 6/140 people on the dance floor. Overall, everything was great, and they know how to run a party.

They made it easy to narrow in on genres, artists and hits (thanks to their massive library of tracks) that would keep everyone entertained and their transitions from one song to the next were always seamless. We lost track of how many people came up to me to compliment how incredible our band was. The vocals, bass, percussion, trumpet - everyone was so in sync and the renditions they played were as good, if not better than the original versions (and our setlist had a wide range of songs from the oldies to today's latest hits). We could tell that Sterling Band genuinely had fun and enjoyed playing for our party too; when you have a band that feeds off the crowd's energy, that makes all the difference. Our feet were absolutely spent the next day from all the dancing, but we’ll never look back on the occasion and say we regretted any part of it. Thank you for such a memorable night!

ff a surprise first dance song that he wrote for me, and Jon even surprised me with singing the song I wanted walking down the aisle! Every genre of music was played including my favorite edm songs. Jon was so fun to work with thank you Jon for making our wedding night EPIC!!!! We are so grateful and will never forget it!

mpletely forgot about the rain because of the vibes the band created. The reception was ELECTRIC. The band and lead singers brought serious energy and loved interacting with the crowd. Everyone danced from friends to family. My youngest cousin & my grandma never hit the dance floor and were dancing the night away. Everyone raved about this band and said they were the best they’ve ever heard and I couldn’t agree more! On a planning side- we worked with Jon closely on our first dance, honor dances and other logistics and really appreciated his experience regarding timing of moments/events since it was our first time getting married. Jon celebrated every idea we had. Some moments were really unique and he made sure to ask all the right questions so it went off without a hitch. Any song we wanted he reassured us that the band would be happy to learn - they love switching up their list and learning something new! I really couldn’t recommend this group enough. The word professional doesn’t even begin to cover this band. They are worth every single penny and then some. Save in other categories and spend here since this is what guests will enjoy and remember most from your event. If you hire them you are guaranteed an amazing time!

friends admit they were skeptical of seeing a band at a wedding after DJs have become so popular over the last few decades but were blown away by their performance and want to book them for their upcoming receptions. Jon was so flexible and easy to work with. His experience is unmatched, and the advice he provided throughout the planning process and on our wedding day was invaluable. For example, our venue had some logistical difficulties to work around with sounds equipment and they made it work! I know bands can get pricy, but we ultimately decided to upgrade to 9 musicians, and it was worth every penny. Jon had my dad with the band singing Tower of Power, had me singing Aretha Franklin, and switched it up with 2000's hip hop, 90's rock, 80's music, classic rock.. you name it. They were so interactive with our friends and family, passing the mic off for people to sing. Could not recommend more!

ng and absolutely rocked it! I didn't doubt them as I really respect their opinion as collegues. Having said that , seeing is believing. IDID view their live at wedding videos and that really relaxed me and sold the case. THeir videos are like your standing there watching them at a wedding. Their amazing sound ,their energy, ridiculous eclectic repertoire just had me fall for them and I hired them. Wow was I not disappointed, they blew my guests away. Yes their a great band, but even more than that ,they totally get their role at your wedding; it s the celebration of us, the bride n groom w our loved ones. Sterling understands that's why their here, to create an amazing fun", let s go crazy" mayhem with our friends and loved ones . The singers and rappers are out w us on the floor, the Horns came out...They LOVE what they do! They don't treat it as a concert or show, it s a celebration. The fact that they can pop from our elegant 1st Dance to Post Malone to Stevie, Whitney ,EWF and Motown to Two Princes and Queen ,I Believe in a Thing Called Love w a vocalist hitting notes in upper stratosphere, then to Snoop Pharrell Travis Scott, Sicko to TI s."Bring em Out"...and KILL Drake ,then spin into Country's Sam Hunt s House Party ...back ended w "Shout" where we re rolling around w them on the ground! Nuff said , this is one AWESOME party band! Sterling Band thank you!! Jay
