When I bought my now wife engagement ring everything went smooth. Now I came to buy a band which had to be custom made and it would take 4-6 weeks which is fine. At the time of pur...
chase I was VERY specific that my anniversary was 9 weeks away and would need it by then, the sales person Ellen reassured me that it would get here on time. After 6 weeks not ONCE did I receive a call informing me that it was going be late or to give any update whatsoever. I had to call several times and was promised to get a return call and nothing. Ellen finally tells me that it will get here this Friday (9 weeks later) the day I am supposed to be leaving on a trip for our anniversary. I called to see if by any miracle it had arrived today, was told that they are still opening deliveries and again I am promised to get a call back within the hour…and nothing. Now that the ring will not show up on time I am forced to delay my flight for a day and pay for a night at a hotel that I will not be in because it was prepaid.
Because of this, I had to explain to my wife why we have to delay our trip, ruining the surprise.
Horrible customer service and communication this time, stay far away from Ellen.
My husband and I have used Padis for 3 major purchases - my engagement ring, a diamond tennis bracelet, and a second engagement ring after my 2 year old son lost the first one. Al...
exis is wonderful to work with; she's incredibly knowledgeable about gems, and has a knack for finding exactly what you are looking for. She had a custom ring built for me, and found 5 identical Asscher cut diamonds that are flawless. For truly beautiful and unique jewelry, this is the only place to shop.
We had such a wonderful experience choosing the right rings for us. Alexis was patient and kind and really took her time with us. After an hour or so we found “the one” for me made...
by Tacori. We also picked out my husbands band. Beautiful jewelry and great prices! They are very clean and professional and we will continue to shop with them through the years.

e. My 5ct Forevermark Exceptional diamond gets everyone's attention. Thank you for making my dream ring come true.
I am OBSESSED with my beautiful engagement ring from Padis Jewelry. *I will forever look at it in awe!* My husband worked with Ali, who showed him all different cuts, carats, ring ...
styles etc. and helped him pick out the perfect ring. We went back to Padis Jewelry to get our engagement bands and were warmly welcomed by the kindest staff and toasted with champagne to celebrate! Truly an amazing experience for both me and my husband!
We had the best experience with Alexis. She helped us pick out the perfect piece of jewelry to represent our first baby and my first mother’s day. She was patient, kind and listene...

ustomer service is A+++ . I wouldn’t go anywhere else when I want to buy jewelry : )
Steve Padis Jewelry is the best! We've been going there for years, and I grew up going to the San Francisco Jewelry Mart -- where I can confirm no one else will give you the custom...
er service or quality as Padis. Since getting married in 2014, I've sent over a dozen happy couples here where they've helped make everyone excited and comfortable when purchasing items within their budget. Engagement ring shopping can be intimidating and information overload, and they do the best job making it such a positive experience. They are our go-to, and we've since visited Padis to purchase items to celebrate new milestones in life such as anniversaries and the births of our twins.
I went to Steve Padis Jewelry for my engagement ring and couldn’t be happier. The staff there was incredibly helpful, professional and made the entire process very special. I got a...
great deal and have to answer, “where’d you get your wife’s ring?”, all the time. I’m happy to say that I got it from Steve Padis Jewelry!

Huge selection of loose diamonds, rings, pendants, earrings and bracelets and an awesome staff!

THERE ARE NOT ADEQUATE WORDS!! (Honestly). I have been lucky enough to call the Padis Family friends for quite sometime. However, never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined h...
ow overwhelmingly happy I would become- as a Padis bride. My fiancé (a newcomer to the tribe) was treated like an actual Prince. Turns out there is no difference in the Royal customer service treatment no matter who you are -walked into the design center unplanned one day to look at wedding bands and we were treated like family without even telling the jewler a word!! Thank you for making this special time in our lives that much more memorable and meaningful!
My fiancé and I were shopping at several jewelry stores, but nothing was appealing to us, until we discovered the Padis Jewerly store. We were thrilled by the wide selection of en...
gagement rings and wedding bands!!! The customer service was excellent and the stuff didn’t try to upsell their products. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who are looking for the high quality of diamonds 💎
My rings and my husbands rings came from Padis Jewelry and our experience with them was nothing short of end to end amazing. Alexis embodies excellent customer service and she went...
the extra mile to make sure our rings were exactly what we wanted, on time and that we were happy with our purchases. I get compliments on my ring usually at least weekly and my husbands ring is is also unique and beautiful (in a masculine way, of course). The only warning I would issue here is with regards to their selection - it’s too good! You will have a very hard time leaving without buying, but the good news is they have great warranties available and customer service is knowledgable about insurance options so you definitely won’t regret it. Also - because they are wholesalers, their price points are as competitive as it gets. I have referred several friends and family members to Padis and their experiences have been the same. I don’t plan to ever shop for jewelry elsewhere! Keep up the great work guys!!
Excellent customer service! Alexis was very professional and helped me to pick a set of earrings for my wife (it was a gift for our 10 year anniversary). Thank you very much for su...

ng I ended up with two for myself! My husband also found a Tacori wedding band with diamonds, and loves that it comes with a sports band he can wear when working. My over all experience at Padis is they treat you like family and stand behind there products. Also it’s refeshing the sales staff isn’t on commission so you get to enjoy shopping without the pressure! I will definitely be visiting Padis in the future.
Anytime I hear someone is getting engaged I send them straight to Padis - they are simply the best all around. The best for quality and value. I've probably sent close to 15 coupl...
es to Padis and they've only had the best experiences.
What's even better is post-engagement and wedding band purchase, you can also work with the team to find the perfect rings (stackables) for anniversaries and what not. One of my gfs even designed something special for herself.
Every year I send my jewelry to the Padis spa and it looks like new - they stand behind all their pieces. It feels so nice to have a jeweler I can trust and love to work with.
Can't recommend them enough.

pent a few days looking over various options. The staff was incredibly attentive to my idea and vision on what I was looking for, and gave me every opportunity to make sure my choice was perfect for me and my (now) wife! She loves what I picked, and I know for sure that's because of all the work the staff at Steve Padis Jewelry put in behind-the-scenes. Moreover, when we both came in for our wedding bands, Stephanie could not have been more helpful and caring to find the perfect match for us both. Personally, I came in with one set idea of what I was looking for, and once Stephanie showed me other options, I was blown away at her ability to go unconventional and find something that match me - and not just settle for the standard! I can not sing their praises enough, and I refer all of my friends who are in need of something special to go visit the team at Steve Padis Jewelry. Everyone - and especially Stephanie - makes you feel like family and I look forward to visiting often for more!

Had an AMAZING experience at Padis! My husband got my engagement ring here (which I get tons of compliments on from friends and strangers) and totally surprised me with it. I had...
n’t even thought about what type of ring I would want to drop any hints but he didn’t need any design hints from me with all the great advice he got at Padis! We had a great experience picking out our wedding bands together. Went back with my sister’s fiancé when he picked out her ring and every now and then to make sure no stones are loose and have had a great experience each time! While I miss my ring when I drop it off to get checked and cleaned, it comes back looking extra sparkly each time. Absolutely would recommend!
The customer service is top notch. Staff is super inowledgable, especially for novices. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Had an amazing experience here! Thanks to Val and team for your wonderful service. I feel like a part of the family!

Truly a 5-star place. My wonderful husband worked with Gretchen to buy my gorgeous, custom band & engagement ring, which I get compliments on constantly! Came in a lighted box, and...
they even gave him champagne & glasses for the engagement. It was perfect. In an awful turn of events, about 10 months after we were married, my ring was lost. We looked everywhere but finally placed a claim through our insurance and of course went back to Padis. Thomas walked us through the whole thing and was so courteous and helpful and prompt. We currently live out of state and so the entire process was over the phone, but the staff made it so pleasant and simple; such a relief for an otherwise heartbreaking experience. We received the ring on the anniversary of our engagement (they overnighted it to us) and it's completely gorgeous, just like the original. I am so thrilled. This place is worth every second of your time and definitely your business for any jewelery!!
My husband bought my engagement ring here and we returned to get our wedding bands. Alexis helped us and provided very friendly, amazing service. She was honest and didn't pressure...

We also purchased our wedding bands from Steve Padis Jewelry and most recently an anniversary band, too! Thanks, Padis Jewelry for helping make our forever so memorable!
