His attitude became such an issue that my soon to be husband had to speak to him about it during the event. After he was paid in full and the wedding was over, communication completely changed. He became extremely unresponsive. I was repeatedly promised specific delivery dates for our photos and video, and those dates came and went without anything being delivered. I constantly had to reach out for updates, which was frustrating and exhausting. We also paid for a videographer, and the final video was incredibly disappointing. So much important footage was missing, and it felt like they tried to cover gaps by editing music over sections instead of including the moments that mattered most to us. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional from start to finish. Your wedding vendors should make your day easier and more joyful — not more stressful. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking.
