Steve deserves more than 5 stars. We hired him as our wedding photographer. He always responded promptly to calls and emails. On the wedding day he was punctual, organized, and professional. Steve listened to my requests for certain pictures and also captured every moment of our day. He has a lot experience and it shows. My wedding pictures are the best wedding pictures I have ever seen. I highly recommend hiring him!

Steve is efficient, attentive and so personable, if he wasn't shooting my wedding he is someone I would want as a guest. Regardless, his work speaks for itself. He captured moments without my husband or I ever noticing his presence. Our wedding was at a venue Steve said he had never shot before, but you would have no idea. The pictures were perfect; they captured everything and more. He is also very quick with turn around time. Looking through his work, I laughed and cried at the same time and felt like I got to relive the best day of my life over again. I truly cant put into words how thankful I am that a friend recommended Steve to us. One of my favorite things Steve suggested prior to the wedding was that if he felt there was a lull he would grab my husband and I to take some cool shots in the venue, but if we felt like we wanted to continue to enjoy the reception we could do that too. That speaks volumes about how he truly does put the couple first, and impressed me tenfold. Like I said, go book Steve Randon right now.

Steve, These photos are beyond belief gorgeous! I just looked at each one, there are so many spectacular shots, it looks as though we are gracing the pages of Vogue magazine! It's so cool to see the event play out through your eyes. I thought the color selection blended together nicely, but the images you and Clee captured were nothing short of magical. We had a great time working with both of you. Weddings can often feel rushed and hectic but y'all kept it calm and organized. Also, thanks for the vendor recommendations, your expertise in the wedding arena was very much appreciated. We definitely felt like we were in good hands throughout the evening. Steve and Clee were simply the BEST! We were an out of town couple, we live in Canada, and Steve Skyped with us before we hired him and then met with us in person a few days before the wedding. He gave us 1000 AMAZING photos that everyone loves and was a joy to have around. He's everywhere, capturing everything but not in a way that's obvious so you can still enjoy your night. Do not hesitate in booking Steve - he's professional, a class act (he wore suspenders and dress shoes to our wedding) and an all around great guy.

Steve is amazing. A friend recommended him for our wedding, and I am grateful she did. Steve was not the only photographer we met in our search for a wedding photographer. But every other photographer we met didn’t seem to be of the same caliber. That is when we knew that we had to book Steve as soon as possible. We booked him over a year in advanced because we didn’t want to book anyone else. To date we have done our engagement session. Which was unbelievable. Steve and his assistant when above and beyond to make our pictures spectacular. They even went as far as to make sure that we didn’t look as hot as we felt the day we took our pictures. I cannot thank them enough for doing little things like that. Or Steve’s creativity. I have a lot photos that capture my fiancé & I’s uniqueness without feeling like run of the mill "New Orleans" engagement photos. My fiancé and I were also grateful that we got all our (edited) digital proofs as quickly as we did. Steve told us that we would have them all in about one week and we got them exactly one week later. I have been so amazed by the engagement photos that I cannot wait to see what amazing photos Steve takes at the wedding.

Steve Randon is a MUST for your New Orleans wedding! He was amazing throughout the whole process. He is very easy to work with, affordable, professional, and a master of photography. He was so much fun to work with and attentive. He picked out some great back drops and angles that I never thought would work, but looked amazing! I am in love with my pictures and he took a TON!!

We couldn't be happier after using Steve as our wedding photographer. He's easy to work with, down-to-earth, and we had no hesitations or difficulty in bouncing ideas off of him. The quality of his work is outstanding, and, if we are being honest, he is one of the more reasonable photographers price-wise. We really felt like we got a bargain with how good of work he does. Not to mention he is familiar with the NOLA area and was well-respected by our venues (Sacred Heart Chapel and Elm's Mansion). On the day of the wedding, Steve was extremely easy to work with. For the posed pictures, he took plenty of shots in a quick, efficient manner. We had multiple variations of the same picture, which made it easy to pick out our favorites. He was patient when dealing with friends and family who wanted to take their own pictures of us too. He let them go ahead, and resumed photographing after. During our reception, Steve really allowed us to enjoy ourselves and have fun. He periodically would grab us to take a cool shot, and quickly let us go back to have fun with our guests. He took tons of fun, candid shots during the reception, without everyone feeling like they had a camera in their faces. All in all, we couldn't be happier with choosing Steve to photograph such a special day in our lives. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the NOLA area.

!!!!!STEVE RANDON IS AWESOME!!!!!! I'm very picky about the style of pictures I like and my wedding had a 1920's theme and Steve nailed it. We collaborated on the best places to do the First Look and we both liked the idea of using a particular place to capture that feel. My husband is camera shy, but a truly handsome man and Steve made Jonathon feel comfortable and captured some truly amazing shots of him that are worthy of GQ magazine! Steve's photography style is artistic and bold, yet soft around the edges. He was so easy to work with, he takes the time to get to know you and what you hope to achieve for the special day and he does an amazing job of capturing those moments for you. Steve Randon deserves every award for "Best Photographer"! He is a true artist in every sense. I chose Steve because I was uninterested in the traditional wedding photos (Posed Photos with every person you know) and more interested in him capturing moments, creating art, etc. - and that is exactly what he did. His experience shines as he guides you where to look, what to do, etc. He also works quickly (which i LOVED)! No one wants to waste more time than necessary taking posed photos at their wedding while all their friends and guests (who flew 100's of miles to be there) are out on the dance floor. Steve blended in , and captured the Ceremony and Party in action! I am so incredibly thankful I was able to book him and his team for my wedding, and know he will produce the MOST Fabulous Photos. Steve did such a great job on my clients wedding! He was put in a little more of a challenging situation working with a bride that he had only met via Skype and a wedding party that primarily spoke in Chinese. He handled it with grace and went above and beyond to meet the bride's expectations. She was extremely happy with the outcome and as a wedding planner, he was a great guy to work along side with.

Steve and his team did an excellent job photographing my December wedding in the French Quarter. He was very professional during the planning process and responded quickly to e-mails. He was barely noticeable during the ceremony and reception, yet managed to get great shots. Most importantly, the photographs were exactly what I wanted--classic with a modern feel, without over-editing. I especially love the portraits of my husband and I before the wedding/after the first look. Thank you for beautifully capturing our wedding day!

No words can describe how happy my husband and I are with Steve's incredible work and his professional demeanor. He and his assistant were so easy to work with- we were able to enjoy our reception and not even notice the incredible shots Steve was getting throughout the night. One important quality I was looking for in a photographer, besides the obvious- gorgeous pictures at an affordable price- was that the photographer would be able to get great shots without pulling me and my groom away from the party, and Steve did exactly that! We couldn't be happier. To top things off, we ordered a photo album and two smaller ones to give our families, which greatly exceeded my expectations. The albums are top notch, as is Steve and his work!

Steve captured our wedding in a way that was beyond my daydreams and imaginings--just take a look at his work; his photos simply speak for themselves as works of art. Steve is not only diligence and undeniable talent embodied in photographer, but also he exudes a personality where you just want to trust in him. Wedding photography is such a personal endeavor in which, often, one invites a stranger to capture the most precious moments between two people as well as the quiet (and sometimes uncertain) breaths alone. Steve unobtrusively creates an almost-tangible chemistry between the camera and his subjects. Being a bride that organized a wedding 2500 miles away, there was no way that I could have asked for more—even from a local photographer. I am so thankful that we found Steve--so much so that I'm tearing up as I write, knowing that we have our wedding day captured to utter perfection forever because of Steve. I could go on about how we loved his wonderful assistant, how he turned around our photos before we even fully recovered from the wedding, and how easy (and securely) it was to book with him, but I think I should just conclude with the following. Steve is the total package when looking for a photographer—he's skilled, hardworking, passionate about his craft, and strives to get those killer shots for his clients.

Wow, Wow, WOW! Steve is just absolutely amazing!! When looking for a photographer, the most important thing to me was to find a photographer who I could trust to capture to joy and love surrounding our wedding day. Steve did that and more. Not only are the photographs breathtakingly beautiful, but they are also extremely unique. Steve has a creative eye and can quite literally make visual masterpieces. His passion and commitment are evident and he will go above and beyond for his clients. The funny thing is, you'd barely even know he was there! He is obscure and somehow still gets it all done! He captured so many special moments, everyone is enjoying reliving the night through our photos! Aside from his technical skill, Steve is just an all around awesome guy! He is extremely funny and kind and knows how to put people at east. From the first day I called him, he answer my questions and provided details, making the process very clear and easy. We LOVED working with Steve and Vanessa! We had Vanessa on Friday night for our rehearsal dinner at Muriels and she was so sweet and wonderful! We only had her on contract for two hours, but when the dinner and toasts ran long (read: very long), she ended up staying an extra two hours over her contract to capture everything. My husband and I were so appreciative that she was so sweet and understanding. For our wedding day, we had both Steve and Vanessa, and they were both really awesome to work with. My husband and I definitely aren't naturals behind the camera, so Steve was great about giving us direction and finding cool shots. One of the big draws of New Orleans is the beautiful architecture/balconies/gas lamps/etc., and Steve was great about incorporating that into our shots. He was also SUPER efficient, which is something my husband definitely appreciated! We can't wait to get our photos back! If they're half as good as our experience working with Steve and Vanessa, we will be thrilled! Thanks, guys!!

I am soooo glad I used Steve as my photographer!! I used him for my bridals, engagement photos, and a post wedding shoot on top of the wedding. He shot the most AMAZING pictures!! It was so hard to pick which ones to get! And the amount of pictures that comes with the packages is GREAT!! Steve Randon Studio is fabulous! He is a very talented photographer, is a delight to work with and delivers everything he promises to do!! This is the 2nd wedding we have used him for and he is such a professional!!! Our family has known him for at least 13 years! He has a way of making you feel very comfortable, and on your wedding day, when the emotions are running high, he just delivers that "je ne sais quoi" that calms everyone and everything.......... and you just know that he has it all under control!

Steve Randon is the best wedding day photographer you could ever have. He was born to capture special moments; his work product definitely shows it. You'd never know he's even around, but he will manage to capture the most intimate moments. He was one part of my wedding I did NOT need to worry about. He's on time, he's efficient, and he's just a general pleasure.

Steve was super easy and nice to work with. We haven’t seen the pictures yet but if they are half as good as what we saw in the booking process, we’ll be thrilled. He was professional and quick. He got things done and had some cool ideas for extra photos of me and my groom during the reception. He was great about being there but not being too in your face and just blending in with the party. Steve did a wonderful job, we have beautiful photos. He was friendly and easy to work with! He was also very unobtrusive, I didn't even realize he was there for some of the shots he got!

I was recently married during a destination wedding weekend in New Orleans. It was a small event with only a handful of guests, and due to our limited budget I had originally not planned to hire a professional photographer. Boy, am I ever glad I changed my mind! After deciding that I really wanted to have some nice pictures, even if I couldn’t afford thousands and thousands of dollars, I contacted a handful of local photographers to see if any of them would be willing to work with me on a customized mini-package – hire them for just a few hours, no hard copy prints necessary, etc. Most of them responded with a curt “sorry, too busy”, or didn’t bother to respond at all. Really? I mean, I realize that most wedding photographers have far more profitable jobs lined up on a Friday or Saturday, but no one wants to make some easy extra money on a quick Sunday afternoon mini-gig? Steve responded to my inquiry very promptly, totally understood my situation, and proposed a package price that I felt was fair and reasonable. Call me lucky, but at the time I had no idea what a bargain I was getting! Steve takes AMAZING photos. His work is very creative: he thinks outside the box, and has an incredible eye. We didn’t end up with just the normal stale and stuffy posed pictures - for example, because my husband and I had non-traditional and fairly funky wedding outfits, he drove us to an abandoned building with awesome colorful murals for a series of pre-ceremony shots. I cannot imagine most photographers going out of their way to propose that kind of unique backdrop, especially one who is just looking to make a quick extra buck on a normally off day. Steve went above and beyond for us, and we are completely thrilled with the results. I not only got a custom package price; we got truly customized photos of our perfect New Orleans wedding day. If you are looking for a photographer who is incredibly personable and professional, and who will create beautiful images that go far beyond the run-of-the-mill, standard wedding fare, Steve is THE Man for the job!

Steve is not only extremely talented, but also a lot of fun, creative, cooperative , will do anything to make you happy and EFFICIENT! Our wedding photos were fabulous . My husband(who has stood in 13 weddings) , said he was so happy when the groomsmen pics took less than 5 minutes.. And I as the bride was ecstatic that the pics were fabulous! Steve was wonderful. He made smiling for 3 hours for portraits fun and posed pictures during the wedding quick, and a breeze. Great guy; has done plenty of weddings so he knows the drill (even if you don't!!)
