Everything from the food to the amazing service was absolute PERFECTION. Our guests could not stop raving about the service and telling us that this was literally the best wedding food they’ve ever had, top notch everything. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding experience and we have Steven Brown and his team to thank in large part to thank for that. within our budget, something we were beginning to lose hope of pulling off. In the end, it was doable ONLY because of Steven Brown. Chef Claudia did a fabulous job with our all-vegetarian menu. Everything was delicious, and even our more carnivorous guests left happy and satisfied. We got many compliments on dinner and had a fantastic experience with the staff throughout. Book with them, and you will coordinate every detail of your day through Denise DiPalma, one of the most lovely women you will ever meet and someone who I consider a friend (like your favorite fun aunt) to this day! She became a confidant and trusted liaison for everything from seating arrangements, table settings and linens, bar services, day-of coordination, and of course, the yummy food! Our Mediterranean feast was raved about by our guests and a notably classier version of a traditional "buffet-style" dinner. The only drawback is that Denise herself does not perform the actual layout and setup on the wedding day, which is handled instead by one of her captains. This led to some minor confusion and miscommunication, but was swiftly and politely remedied during pre-ceremony staging.
