Steve was amazing to work with! I had seen his work before I was even engaged and was excited when the time finally came to have him capture our wedding! He was very responsive b...
y email and easy to work with. We got together a few times before the big day to go over examples of the type and style of photos we liked. I also liked that he gave me a sort of spread sheet worksheet to fill out which helped me organize my thoughts and think about what photos I really wanted to have on the big day. Doing that also made me feel confident that we were on the same page about what we wanted. On the day, Steve was really professional yet flexible and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole day! I don't know how to describe- I could tell that he was working hard throughout the day, but he made it feel effortless and really helped the day run smoothly. On a side note- My minister came up to me later and mentioned that she liked how the photographer checked in with her about placement so as not to interfere with the ceremony but still capture the main events. She was impressed with his professionalism also. We got our pictures about 6 weeks after the ceremony and Steve was communicative the entire time updating me on his progress and timeline. The only trouble we are having is trying to pick which amazing photos to print- there are so many!! Without hesitation I would say that Steve absolutely captured the feelings of the day in the photos- you can see the happiness and joy throughout! I am so grateful and pleased with his work!
My husband and I hired Steven for our June 2013 wedding, and four months later we have yet to receive our final photos. After two months of constantly emailing him, he eventually ...
uploaded our proofs to his website, but he has only responded to one email since June, and that was over a month ago.
We are extremely disappointed with his unprofessionalism, and we are strongly considering legal action should we receive no response in the next few days.
Our wedding was in May and after four months, we still have NOTHING! Steven explained his delay was due to depression, and I was sympathetic and tried to be understanding, but afte...
r four months, he now has completely stopped answering our calls and emails and is totally unresponsive. Wedding photos were my top priority for our wedding so I am beyond upset that we do not have our photos -- not even our proofs!! He has our pictures and our money! My husband has already told me that if we do not hear from him in the next couple of days, we are going to have to file a lawsuit against him! DO NOT USE!
If you could choose a negative star rating i would. While he may be talented he is less than reliable and totally unprofessional. Took engagement photos and told us he would have t...
hem back to us within a week so we can use them for our save the date card, after three weeks of us asking him for the photos he sent us only the 3 we needed and no others. Then after three months of trying to contact him again with no response or contact, we had to fire him and had to threaten him with a lawyer in order to get any other photos back from him or our deposit back. During this time he explained his absenteeism with depression, however, we saw him out drinking and he got engaged during this time. All in all, this was a horrible experience and made an already busy time much more stressful and hectic. With a month to go till our wedding, we had to find a new photographer and deal with him and his unprofessionalism.
