DO NOT USE!! We used Sean for our wedding in Sept 2019. Signed the contract and sent 2 separate payments for the video. He showed up to our wedding and was apparently filming. After the wedding, he reached out to me saying he was super happy with the footage he got and asked what songs we wanted in the video. The contract stated he would be done with the video in 3 months. I contacted him in January 2020 asking if the video was done and the lies started coming. He said he was finishing up the video and would have it done and in the mail by the weekend. Two weeks later, I had my husband call Sean because he was no longer answering my phone calls. He told my husband the same thing, "It'll be done by the weekend." Several more weeks passed, no video and now Sean won't answer neither of our phone calls. We got our lawyer involved in May. The only reason Sean answered her call was because he thought she was interested in his services. AGAIN, Sean promised it would be in the mail by the weekend and he would email us the tracking number. Weekend came and went, no video. We contacted Michigan Mediators to try to resolve this issue and surprise- he refused to answer any phone calls or texts. Now, he has a call filter on his phone so he will never pick up! What a joke!! So incredibly disappointing. How pathetic. Next, we will be taking him to small claims court. Stay far away from this company!!
