A graduate of the culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu, native Austinite Tracy Beacham served as a personal chef for several years. More recently, Tracy earned recognition within the spirits industry for creating and serving as GM for the Deep Eddy Vodka tasting room. In addition, she has been the GM of several high-volume bars and nightclubs in California, and she has served as an event director for a number of other California and Texas institutions, including Max’s Wine Dive. Tracy prides herself on her attention to detail, and she strives to make every event unique and memorable.
