Hello! We are Lori and Bo Carlyle and 10 years ago our family opened Shadow Creek Weddings and Events on our private 200-acre farm in Purcellville, Virginia and we have experience hosting more than 1000 weddings since opening. In 2024 we launched Still Meadow Farm to host private weekend weddings with accommodations. The neutral French-inspired equestrian barn recently completed a full renovation and is ready to host your beautiful day! We are thrilled to have another opportunity to share the beautiful Loudoun County countryside with others. We can’t wait to meet you!

nus of Gus the horse in the stall right next to us!) Everything about the reception space inside the barn was well-designed, from the lighting to the outdoor cocktail hour and catering space. Having the guest house next door available over the weekend made it much easier for the bridal party (and us) to go to and from the venue on the wedding day. Lori and Leah were a pleasure to work with and completely invested in having our wedding go off without any issues. We trusted their recommended vendors and were pleased with all of them. 10/10 would recommend!!!

And Saturday morning — everyone hanging out, watching football, and getting ready together — it was such a perfect, relaxed start to an unforgettable day. Still Meadow will forever hold a special place in our hearts. So many of our guests came up to us saying how absolutely breathtaking the property was. And the horses, they were such a hit with everyone! It added a magical touch to the entire experience. We are endlessly grateful for this venue and everyone who made our weekend possible.
