rfect setting for such a special and meaningful event. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of the tea. Every detail was handled with care, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.  We received so many compliments from attendees about the space, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion or large event.

We had 3 little hiccups: 1) we did not request/pay to have the Starbucks coffee stand open and said if anything we may want it the morning of our wedding for the bridal party (all LOVE coffee). Well it ended up being open the entire cocktail hour and guests had to pay for anything they wanted, which was not communicated to us, and a few guests complained it was tacky of us. 2) We had one special drink called a Yellow Hammer and wrote the recipe for the bar tenders to be able to make it. They apparently did not have enough of the required liquor to make beyond 10 of the special drinks, but my groomsmen and I double checked all bottoms of liquor at the venue compared to what we ordered (which had 5 handles of liquor required for the drink) and it was all there. So we have no idea what the mix up was but it was NEVER communicated to us or anyone who could help figure out where the alcohol went on the day of (It was NOT the groomsmen, as they had their own separate alcohol they didn't even finish). The bar staff were aware of this about an hour before the ceremony took place. 3) It was important to my husband that his groomsmen got a bottle of Boonsfarm for our grand march and when touring, Jennifer told us we could work something out, even if the bar tenders gave them some in a cup as they passed the bar or served it in shot cups. My husband bought his groomsmen each their own beer mugs for this. On the day of, the bar tenders would not allow the Boonsfarm to be served in any way. All in all, it was gorgeous and our guests still had a great time!

ss. Not only is the venue wonderful, but their preferred vendor list lead us in the perfect direction to fulfill all of the Happy Couples visions for their special day. The Bride’s Room is very spacious and offered all of the specific spaces needed for a very large group of ladies. The Grooms Room was perfect for all of the gentlemen as well. SWR accommodated all of our needs for our timeline and services needed. We are all very pleased and wouldn’t have changed a thing

They are so accommodating and truly want your wedding to be just as beautiful, amazing, and stress-free as you do. They are so accommodating too, which is refreshing in this big business that tends to nickel and dime couples and families left and right - simply because they can. That's not the case at Still Waters - you get what you pay for and so much more in my opinion. I promise you won't regret taking a look at Still Waters. he process so easy for us and we’re so welcoming. The venue holds so many guest and so much room for entertainment! We fit our big Hispanic family; including a Mexican band, DJ and mariachis! It was definitely a magical night for us all, our dreams came true with the venue. The fact that we had everything in one place made it so much easier and convenient for our guest! I would recommend SWR to all brides/grooms!
