er to provide excellent customer service. Once payment was received, things went down hill. For starters, I ordered a photo book with my engagement pictures to use as our "guest book". I ordered this item based on the quality of a book I was shown during my initial meeting with the owner. The product that I actually ended up receiving was not the same quality. I was charged $200 for a photo book that was very similar to a photo book I created for my husband as his wedding gift using a "Groupon deal" for only $19. The owner stated that he would compare the quality of the book to see if there was a mistake with his order---but that never happened. The thing that I'm most disappointed in is the fact that we paid the owner and his preferred second photographer for coverage of our wedding day. The second photographer was not friendly. She stood around looking/watching and not actually taking pictures. When I mentioned it to her she got an attitude. The main photographer (the owner) seemed to have an attitude as well. I was very upset that the photographers seemed to be doing more talking amongst themselves than actually capturing our day. I had to ask our wedding planner several times if she could ask them to stop talking and take pictures. It also seemed like the main photographer had a set list of photos that he wanted to take and anything outside of that was a problem. The owner also did not capture all of our day. We have practically no pictures after I changed in my second dress and NONE of our "send off" from the reception. I contacted the owner about the "missing pictures" via phone, email and certified mail. After 30 days of no response from the owner, I sent another email and he finally responded. The owner informed me that I had all the pictures he had. I find that hard to believe as I remember posing for pictures that were not included on the cd of pictures we received. We also have video coverage with both photographers taking pictures; however, the owner holds the position that there are no other pictures. In the end, I'm the one left with no pictures and bad memories of my wedding day. I trusted the photographer and he definitely let me down. Eveytime I think about the loss of pictures I want to cry. He was fully paid for his professional expertise and he did not deliver.
