Stillwater Meadow

My venue was by far the most complimented aspect of my wedding! It is naturally stunning, especially the chapel! The bell you get to ring after you say “I Do” will stick with me forever, it was so magical!! Besides its beauty, it was so functional and had an incredible staff. The getting ready spaces were perfect for each group, made for great getting ready photos, and the decor closet you can use was honestly such a big perk!! So much of my stress was relieved from not having to pick and choose different decor pieces and simply had them help me choose! Speaking of Emma, one of the venue coordinators, is one of the warmest, most personable, and amazing person you’ll ever meet! She was such a help in the process of working with the venue choosing decor, asking wedding day questions, and making sure we were staying excited!! Also, I got the month of coordination thru the venue and it was the absolute best decision ever! Quinn was our coordinator and she helped create our day of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and when I was tired of making decisions she stepped in and was there for me! She ensured our day ran smoothly and if there were any issues, I didn’t know till the next day she was that good! She was truly such a saving grace when it came to the final days before the wedding when I was a ball of stress and even better on the day of making sure I was having the best time. When I say that Stillwater Meadow, Emma, and Quinn were the best investments I made for my wedding day, I am not kidding! I will never forget my perfect day and that is thanks to them! I 100% recommend them and you won’t regret working with them too!

My wife and I had our wedding here 2 weeks ago. We could not have been more pleased with Emma and her staff! Stillwater is such a beautiful venue, but also so convenient. We loved having a separate chapel and reception hall, but it was perfect for our guests... since they are located just a few steps from each other. The Chapel is the perfect blend of classic charm, yet comfortable. We loved the stained glass and all the windows. It made for some awesome pics during our ceremony. The reception hall/barn is just so cool. It housed all 190 of our guests easily, with plenty of room for a food buffet and still we had a huge dance floor without having to adjust any tables or move furniture. The high ceiling in the reception hall makes if feel roomy, but all the wood makes if feel very cozy. It is also super fun to have two separate houses on the property that are used for a bridal suite and grooms cabin. If we had to do it all over again we would not have changed one thing, we would book Stillwater Meadows in a heartbeat. We will have forever memories of our day, and so grateful for all Emma and her staff for making our wedding day dreams a reality.

The most beautiful venue! We had a winter wedding and Emma made sure everything was perfect on the big day! They are extremely organized and provided us with a long list of vendors they have worked with so we didn't have to use a lot of our time trying to sort through hundreds of vendors. Emma truly is so put together and made sure we knew the schedule for the day and ensured we weren't stressed throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Stillwater or Emma enough. I wish I could relive the day over and over! They truly made it the most amazing day we have had!

Stillwater Meadow was exactly what I had in mind when I began planning my wedding. It is an absolutely beautiful venue with detailed decor and stunning outside areas. Emma made everything stress free with coordinating the vendors and timeline the month of, coordinating everything the day of, and helped with any questions I had before that. My wedding day is one I’ll never forget, largely due to this venues passion to make the Bride and Groom’s day truly special.

Stillwater meadow is an absolute dream! The chapel is everything I dreamed of and the rustic barn is the best place to host your party! Emma and Skylar are the absolute best and will make sure every detail you imagine comes to life!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and has every setting you need for your big day. The Goldberg family is incredibly sweet and dedicated to support you. We had Emma do our month-of coordinating, and I honestly can’t imagine having to pull everything together without all of her hard work. I highly recommend the coordinating package to save time, money and stress. The venue even has a whole room of decor and wedding arches to choose from, so my reception and chapel decor were completely free AND I didn’t have to haul it onsite and deal with selling loads of candle holders and flowers after. I guess most of us brides don’t truly know how much work coordinating a wedding is until we are in the thick of it. Stillwater Meadow took off so much pressure and tasks compared to brides I’ve spoken to who used other venues. My guests raved about the venue and amenities so it’s user approved as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Stillwater and their entire team! The process from start to finish was easy and fun! Our day was absolutely perfect and I don’t think I could have done it without Stillwater’s guidance. They truly cared about our wants and needs as a couple and made us feel very special. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Hardly any decor is needed because of how beautiful it is on its own.

Stillwater Meadow is the very first venue I looked at and booked it two days later. Not only is it such a beautiful place, but the absolute sweetest family owns it. Emma is amazing and so helpful, I seriously could not thank her enough for easing my anxiety through the process and the day itself. You will not regret booking at Stillwater!

Omg can’t brag about this place enough! So breathtaking. And the grounds are very well kept up with. Had beautiful setup and don’t even get me started on Emma! She was with us every step of the way. Ended up using her as my month of coordinator (def recommend) and she made everything so easy for us. Took care of all my vendors and was an absolute blessing. Once again, cannot brag about this place and the services we got. A++

We are so lucky to have found this venue for our wedding! The property is so beautiful and perfectly fit the vision we had for the day. The family and staff, including Courtney, Emma, and Sharon, were so accommodating, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They all helped make the day the best day of our lives!

We could go on and on but simply put, Emma executed everything perfectly! We particularly appreciated that she was not shy or timid because our families have big personalities and she knew exactly what to during unexpected surprises. She really exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have been happier with SWM. We highly recommend them as a wedding venue. Look no further!

Stillwater Meadow is amazing. Emma was so so helpful, so my big day was a breeze! Emma was so helpful and communicative. I highly recommend having her for coordination. I had such great compliments on the venue, and it was so lovely that they have a decor closet. Overall, it was so beautiful and I highly recommend.

Emma and the team helped make our day perfect. We loved the venue for all of its features, inclusivity of decor, package offers, and pricing. Since we had planned a wedding out of town, they were helpful in all of our questions and tried to make the process go easier in any way they could. This was an incredible place that sincerely worked for us and with to create our dream day.

My husband and I LOVED our experience with Stillwater Meadow. It's family owned and ran. Emma and her mom are fantastic :). We recently had our wedding there (5/21/23). The reception hall and church are about 15 feet from each other, so its very convenient. We fully took advantage of the table decorations offered as well (they have a whole room full of decorations to pick from!). Since my husband is stationed in VA, we were unable to go in person to pick out table decorations. So Emma was kind enough to facetime us and helped us pick out the perfect table decorations! Being able to use their decorations probably saved us $1000 at minimum. Thanks to the staff the wedding went so smooth. All of our guest's couldn't stop talking about how amazing the venue was. You wont regret using Stillwater meadow as your venue. It truly was the best experience.

I would seriously give 6 stars if I could! The Stillwater Meadow family made my special day and the whole wedding planning process run smoothly and seamlessly. Emma not only helped anywhere she could for the ceremony and reception but she was also my personal hype woman throughout! She made the process stress-free and made me feel beautiful while doing it. The venue was so dreamy and magical and all things sweet. I could not have asked for a better venue or staff and would HIGHLY recommend it if you're looking for a venue in the area. I promise you won't regret it!

The venue is beautiful and the family is so sweet. They have decor on site available for use which was a huge time and money saver. Emma is phenomenal and will ensure your big day is magical! Cannot recommend enough!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing! The day went so smoothly thanks to Emma! They have room full of decorations to use and they completely set up the decorations so we did not have to worry about it! The venue was so cute while still affordable and just what we were looking for! Our day couldn't have been better!

What an amazing place to have our wedding reception! It'd take so long to write about all the great things about Stillwater Meadow, but I shall try because they deserve the praise. Not every venue offers a storeroom full of decorations that you can pick and choose from to use for your event so you don't have to buy them yourself and not know what to do with them afterwards - they reuse and recycle them which is ingenious! Not every venue offers set-up and tear-down of said decorations so you and your family/friends don't have to worry about it after the reception. Not every venue has a picture-perfect bridal house and groom's cabin for getting ready pictures. Not every venue has a beautiful, family-owned and family-built property just outside of the city for guests to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Not every venue has access to an incredible month-of wedding coordinator like Emma who will help devise a schedule to help your wedding reception go smoothly AND be there the day of to help make sure that things ACTUALLY go smoothly and who is so warm and supportive throughout the whole process of planning the event. Not every venue has these. But guess what, folks? Stillwater Meadow does. We're so grateful to have found this place for our wedding reception - we know we enjoyed the whole experience and so did our guests! Thank you, SWM!

Stillwater Meadow is such a gem of a venue. I booked here 2 years ago and it was the best decision we made. The chapel is absolutely adorable, and the reception hall is the perfect mix of everything you could want in a reception space. The bridal house was so big and perfect for my bridesmaids and hair/makeup vendors. The groom's suite is so quaint and fun, too! It was really cold on our wedding day so my groom and his guys couldn't sit outside for long, but they loved it regardless. I will always recommend Stillwater Meadow to couples looking for venues. I became so close with Emma, the coordinator through the venue. She truly made the process so flawless and stress-free for me! Love this place so much.

You'd be foolish to not book Stillwater Meadow! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and Emma. The stained glass windows, spacious bridal suite, storage room full of decorations, and pricing for all of it was all incredible. My bridesmaids that got married at other venues, wished they had known about Stillwater and booked them instead. My guests were in awe of the little details, like the string lights that lined the stairs to the balcony in the reception hall. Emma is the only person you'd ever want and dream of in helping coordinate your wedding day. She's positive, creative, and will ensure your day runs smoothly! Only good vibes from her. I'll say it again, if you're not booking Stillwater, you're seriously missing out!

I can not say enough good things about Stillwater Meadow and their team. When I first toured Stillwater Meadow I was blown away by how beautiful and well put together the venue is. The chapel was so beautiful with all of the windows. The reception hall is the perfect combination of rustic and classic. And I love that they have a whole house for the bridal party to get ready in and a cabin for the guys to get ready in. Emma was so helpful through the entire planning process. She was quick to answer all of my questions I had and was really encouraging throughout. Even without decorations, the venue is stunning. But, I was amazed at how many decorations they had for us to choose from and everything was absolutely beautiful on the day of my wedding. If you are considering having your wedding here I definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had the most magical day here!! Everything is so beautiful, it feels so homey and heartfelt here, and everyone is AMAZING! Seriously what’s a wedding without an Emma! We would relive this day a thousand times if we could!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful. They even have a fun swing on one of the trees that we took beautiful photos on. The chapel and separate reception hall were both romantic and the perfect set up for us. Emma, the coordinator was a dream to work with. She was so helpful in the wedding process and her expertise and calm nature made everything go super smooth. If you’re considering this venue you should absolutely go for it and pay the extra package to have Emma as your month of coordinator. She was excellent and it was so nice to have her and her team do the set up so we didn’t have to and could focus on getting ready day of. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

I LOVED THIS VENUE!! Emma and the Goldbergs made our wedding beautiful and run so smoothly. We rented the AirBnb (also owned by the Goldbergs) for the weekend, it was one of the best decisions we made. We were able to have our whole wedding party stay together after the rehearsal dinner and have breakfast together before the wedding. We got married at Holy Redeemer Catholic Paris right across the highway. Even though we din't have our ceremony at Stillwater, Emma was with me through every step of the planning process. She is truly amazing and will make you think your day went perfectly, even though there's always something that goes wrong!!

From start to finish, my husband and I ‘s wedding was a dream! The family met every need possible to ensure that we had everything we wanted! A special shout out to Emma for being there for me through every single bump in the road, and Jennifer for helping me immensely the day of. Don’t miss out on one of the BEST venues to marry at! The reception hall will also house any and every future event where a space like this is needed. It’s beyond beautiful and spacious❤️

We loved our venue! The convenience of having a beautiful chapel and a gorgeous reception hall in one location for our guests was really important to us (we had a lot of out of towners). We also loved the space to get ready in - for both bride and groom. We didn’t feel cramped, it was nice having a full kitchen and two full bathrooms as well as outdoor space. The chapel and reception hall done need much in terms of decorating- they’re beautiful on their own. The outdoor space was a huge favorite of our guests- so many took amazing photos outside and enjoyed the ambiance and scenery. Lots of space and tables outside for guests to relax- and a bar as well. We loved working with Emma. She’s calm and organized. Definitely suggest the day of coordinating. On our wedding day we didn’t speak to one vendor- or stress on timing or set up or takedown of anything. The venue is also only a 15 minute drive from Ft Worth. Our guests stayed downtown, and we hired a bus to take guests back to downtown ft worth after the reception - we continued on at Pete’s Piano Bar afterwards! If you want to stay locally- there is a brand new gorgeous hotel right down the road. On the property you also have an option to rent a house- my family did because we have lots of little kids. It was wonderful. When they were tired the babysitter took them to the house (close by -but far enough away) and they were able to go to bed. It couldn’t have been better.
