Stillwater Meadow

My wife and I had our wedding here 2 weeks ago. We could not have been more pleased with Emma and her staff! Stillwater is such a beautiful venue, but also so convenient. We loved having a separate chapel and reception hall, but it was perfect for our guests... since they are located just a few steps from each other. The Chapel is the perfect blend of classic charm, yet comfortable. We loved the stained glass and all the windows. It made for some awesome pics during our ceremony. The reception hall/barn is just so cool. It housed all 190 of our guests easily, with plenty of room for a food buffet and still we had a huge dance floor without having to adjust any tables or move furniture. The high ceiling in the reception hall makes if feel roomy, but all the wood makes if feel very cozy. It is also super fun to have two separate houses on the property that are used for a bridal suite and grooms cabin. If we had to do it all over again we would not have changed one thing, we would book Stillwater Meadows in a heartbeat. We will have forever memories of our day, and so grateful for all Emma and her staff for making our wedding day dreams a reality.

The most beautiful venue! We had a winter wedding and Emma made sure everything was perfect on the big day! They are extremely organized and provided us with a long list of vendors they have worked with so we didn't have to use a lot of our time trying to sort through hundreds of vendors. Emma truly is so put together and made sure we knew the schedule for the day and ensured we weren't stressed throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Stillwater or Emma enough. I wish I could relive the day over and over! They truly made it the most amazing day we have had!

Stillwater Meadow was exactly what I had in mind when I began planning my wedding. It is an absolutely beautiful venue with detailed decor and stunning outside areas. Emma made everything stress free with coordinating the vendors and timeline the month of, coordinating everything the day of, and helped with any questions I had before that. My wedding day is one I’ll never forget, largely due to this venues passion to make the Bride and Groom’s day truly special.

Stillwater meadow is an absolute dream! The chapel is everything I dreamed of and the rustic barn is the best place to host your party! Emma and Skylar are the absolute best and will make sure every detail you imagine comes to life!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and has every setting you need for your big day. The Goldberg family is incredibly sweet and dedicated to support you. We had Emma do our month-of coordinating, and I honestly can’t imagine having to pull everything together without all of her hard work. I highly recommend the coordinating package to save time, money and stress. The venue even has a whole room of decor and wedding arches to choose from, so my reception and chapel decor were completely free AND I didn’t have to haul it onsite and deal with selling loads of candle holders and flowers after. I guess most of us brides don’t truly know how much work coordinating a wedding is until we are in the thick of it. Stillwater Meadow took off so much pressure and tasks compared to brides I’ve spoken to who used other venues. My guests raved about the venue and amenities so it’s user approved as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Stillwater and their entire team! The process from start to finish was easy and fun! Our day was absolutely perfect and I don’t think I could have done it without Stillwater’s guidance. They truly cared about our wants and needs as a couple and made us feel very special. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Hardly any decor is needed because of how beautiful it is on its own.

Stillwater Meadow is the very first venue I looked at and booked it two days later. Not only is it such a beautiful place, but the absolute sweetest family owns it. Emma is amazing and so helpful, I seriously could not thank her enough for easing my anxiety through the process and the day itself. You will not regret booking at Stillwater!

Omg can’t brag about this place enough! So breathtaking. And the grounds are very well kept up with. Had beautiful setup and don’t even get me started on Emma! She was with us every step of the way. Ended up using her as my month of coordinator (def recommend) and she made everything so easy for us. Took care of all my vendors and was an absolute blessing. Once again, cannot brag about this place and the services we got. A++

We are so lucky to have found this venue for our wedding! The property is so beautiful and perfectly fit the vision we had for the day. The family and staff, including Courtney, Emma, and Sharon, were so accommodating, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They all helped make the day the best day of our lives!

We could go on and on but simply put, Emma executed everything perfectly! We particularly appreciated that she was not shy or timid because our families have big personalities and she knew exactly what to during unexpected surprises. She really exceeded our expectations. Emma and the team helped make our day perfect. We loved the venue for all of its features, inclusivity of decor, package offers, and pricing. Since we had planned a wedding out of town, they were helpful in all of our questions and tried to make the process go easier in any way they could. This was an incredible place that sincerely worked for us and with to create our dream day.

My husband and I LOVED our experience with Stillwater Meadow. It's family owned and ran. Emma and her mom are fantastic :). We recently had our wedding there (5/21/23). The reception hall and church are about 15 feet from each other, so its very convenient. We fully took advantage of the table decorations offered as well (they have a whole room full of decorations to pick from!). Since my husband is stationed in VA, we were unable to go in person to pick out table decorations. So Emma was kind enough to facetime us and helped us pick out the perfect table decorations! Being able to use their decorations probably saved us $1000 at minimum. Thanks to the staff the wedding went so smooth. All of our guest's couldn't stop talking about how amazing the venue was. You wont regret using Stillwater meadow as your venue. It truly was the best experience.

I would seriously give 6 stars if I could! The Stillwater Meadow family made my special day and the whole wedding planning process run smoothly and seamlessly. Emma not only helped anywhere she could for the ceremony and reception but she was also my personal hype woman throughout! She made the process stress-free and made me feel beautiful while doing it. The venue was so dreamy and magical and all things sweet. I could not have asked for a better venue or staff and would HIGHLY recommend it if you're looking for a venue in the area. I promise you won't regret it!

The venue is beautiful and the family is so sweet. They have decor on site available for use which was a huge time and money saver. Emma is phenomenal and will ensure your big day is magical! Cannot recommend enough!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing! The day went so smoothly thanks to Emma! They have room full of decorations to use and they completely set up the decorations so we did not have to worry about it! The venue was so cute while still affordable and just what we were looking for! Our day couldn't have been better!

What an amazing place to have our wedding reception! It'd take so long to write about all the great things about Stillwater Meadow, but I shall try because they deserve the praise. Not every venue offers a storeroom full of decorations that you can pick and choose from to use for your event so you don't have to buy them yourself and not know what to do with them afterwards - they reuse and recycle them which is ingenious! Not every venue offers set-up and tear-down of said decorations so you and your family/friends don't have to worry about it after the reception. Not every venue has a picture-perfect bridal house and groom's cabin for getting ready pictures. Not every venue has a beautiful, family-owned and family-built property just outside of the city for guests to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Not every venue has access to an incredible month-of wedding coordinator like Emma who will help devise a schedule to help your wedding reception go smoothly AND be there the day of to help make sure that things ACTUALLY go smoothly and who is so warm and supportive throughout the whole process of planning the event. Not every venue has these. But guess what, folks? Stillwater Meadow does. We're so grateful to have found this place for our wedding reception - we know we enjoyed the whole experience and so did our guests! Thank you, SWM!

Stillwater Meadow is such a gem of a venue. I booked here 2 years ago and it was the best decision we made. The chapel is absolutely adorable, and the reception hall is the perfect mix of everything you could want in a reception space. The bridal house was so big and perfect for my bridesmaids and hair/makeup vendors. The groom's suite is so quaint and fun, too! It was really cold on our wedding day so my groom and his guys couldn't sit outside for long, but they loved it regardless. I will always recommend Stillwater Meadow to couples looking for venues. I became so close with Emma, the coordinator through the venue. She truly made the process so flawless and stress-free for me! Love this place so much.

You'd be foolish to not book Stillwater Meadow! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and Emma. The stained glass windows, spacious bridal suite, storage room full of decorations, and pricing for all of it was all incredible. My bridesmaids that got married at other venues, wished they had known about Stillwater and booked them instead. My guests were in awe of the little details, like the string lights that lined the stairs to the balcony in the reception hall. Emma is the only person you'd ever want and dream of in helping coordinate your wedding day. She's positive, creative, and will ensure your day runs smoothly! Only good vibes from her. I'll say it again, if you're not booking Stillwater, you're seriously missing out!

I can not say enough good things about Stillwater Meadow and their team. When I first toured Stillwater Meadow I was blown away by how beautiful and well put together the venue is. The chapel was so beautiful with all of the windows. The reception hall is the perfect combination of rustic and classic. And I love that they have a whole house for the bridal party to get ready in and a cabin for the guys to get ready in. Emma was so helpful through the entire planning process. She was quick to answer all of my questions I had and was really encouraging throughout. Even without decorations, the venue is stunning. But, I was amazed at how many decorations they had for us to choose from and everything was absolutely beautiful on the day of my wedding. If you are considering having your wedding here I definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had the most magical day here!! Everything is so beautiful, it feels so homey and heartfelt here, and everyone is AMAZING! Seriously what’s a wedding without an Emma! We would relive this day a thousand times if we could!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful. They even have a fun swing on one of the trees that we took beautiful photos on. The chapel and separate reception hall were both romantic and the perfect set up for us. Emma, the coordinator was a dream to work with. She was so helpful in the wedding process and her expertise and calm nature made everything go super smooth. If you’re considering this venue you should absolutely go for it and pay the extra package to have Emma as your month of coordinator. She was excellent and it was so nice to have her and her team do the set up so we didn’t have to and could focus on getting ready day of. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

I LOVED THIS VENUE!! Emma and the Goldbergs made our wedding beautiful and run so smoothly. We rented the AirBnb (also owned by the Goldbergs) for the weekend, it was one of the best decisions we made. We were able to have our whole wedding party stay together after the rehearsal dinner and have breakfast together before the wedding. We got married at Holy Redeemer Catholic Paris right across the highway. Even though we din't have our ceremony at Stillwater, Emma was with me through every step of the planning process. She is truly amazing and will make you think your day went perfectly, even though there's always something that goes wrong!!

From start to finish, my husband and I ‘s wedding was a dream! The family met every need possible to ensure that we had everything we wanted! A special shout out to Emma for being there for me through every single bump in the road, and Jennifer for helping me immensely the day of. Don’t miss out on one of the BEST venues to marry at! The reception hall will also house any and every future event where a space like this is needed. It’s beyond beautiful and spacious❤️

We loved our venue! The convenience of having a beautiful chapel and a gorgeous reception hall in one location for our guests was really important to us (we had a lot of out of towners). We also loved the space to get ready in - for both bride and groom. We didn’t feel cramped, it was nice having a full kitchen and two full bathrooms as well as outdoor space. The chapel and reception hall done need much in terms of decorating- they’re beautiful on their own. The outdoor space was a huge favorite of our guests- so many took amazing photos outside and enjoyed the ambiance and scenery. Lots of space and tables outside for guests to relax- and a bar as well. We loved working with Emma. She’s calm and organized. Definitely suggest the day of coordinating. On our wedding day we didn’t speak to one vendor- or stress on timing or set up or takedown of anything. The venue is also only a 15 minute drive from Ft Worth. Our guests stayed downtown, and we hired a bus to take guests back to downtown ft worth after the reception - we continued on at Pete’s Piano Bar afterwards! If you want to stay locally- there is a brand new gorgeous hotel right down the road. On the property you also have an option to rent a house- my family did because we have lots of little kids. It was wonderful. When they were tired the babysitter took them to the house (close by -but far enough away) and they were able to go to bed. It couldn’t have been better.

We had our wedding in here in October of 2021 and it was a great venue! Very spacious, a HUGE bridal house with plenty of room for food, people and laughs! They also have a big room full of decor that you can use and that saved us so much money. Once I was in contact with Emma things went very smoothly. I was able to come up the venue for several visits to plan things and measure which was awesome. I was even able to have my rehearsal on site which was so great. Emma was super helpful the day before and day of, she went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. She made sure that everything was going how I wanted and would check to make sure I was okay with everything which was so comforting. Everything went so well and it was the best day! I recommend Stillwater!

We first met Sharon on a whim when I typed in wedding venues in Fort Worth and Stillwater Meadow popped up. She happened to have availability for showings that Sunday so we ran out there. I'm so glad we did! Sharon and her family really have something special out there. This was the third venue we saw and it fit all of our needs and we didn't view anymore after seeing their place. They have two great areas for the Brides side and the Grooms group to get ready. A chapel for the ceremony and then a great big reception hall that isn't super over powering. The best part? They have all styles of decor in a storage room to help you make it the most perfect day! The venue itself is gorgeous with stained glass windows, wood work, fairy lights, gorgeous grounds, etc. so doesn't need much added to it. We utilized the decor they had from greenery to table and chapel decoration and even drink dispensers for when the caterer left! We only brought in literally fiveitems of our own (pictures of us/my bridals, an F sign, flowers, alcohol sign and then a sign we had made for table arrangements (even though they have the items for those things))... When I say they have everything I mean it!! Another plus was how easy they were to work with. Sharon and her daughter Emma are super sweet and have an answer for every question you have. They make you feel like family and you can schedule to go out there however many times you need to. As someone who works in finance the overall cost was very affordable in my eyes. We saved so much by not having to buy "decor" plus we were able to bring in all of our own vendors which helped in us finding even better deals (we did use their DJ, Bakery and catering recommendations and they were by far amazing and just as nice and reasonable as Stillwater Meadow). I highly recommend Stillwater Meadow if you are looking for a gorgeous venue that has EVERYTHING! No hidden costs, more bang for your buck, great people to work with, and all that fun stuff. We are super thankful to have met the Goldberg Family and have them be apart of one of the biggest journeys in our lives!

Beautiful Venue. We found this venue online and fell in love before we even visited. Seeing it in person only exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was perfect and all of guests loved the venue. One of the biggest selling points for us was that the ceremony and reception spaces were so beautiful on their own that minimal décor was needed and any décor that was, we could pull from the venues stash

Stillwater is an absolutely beautiful venue. The wood used in the buildings onsite make it the perfect venue to dress up for a rustic glam event or dress down for a more earthy and neutral ceremony and reception. The inherit beauty of the reception hall and chapel were great for us, since we didn’t want to buy a ton of decorations we’d never use after the wedding! (Stillwater’s decoration closet is a massive help with this too!) Also a huge bonus, the reception hall is just a stone’s throw from the chapel! No commuting to a separate party location for the guests. The bridal house is perfect to get ready in. A comfortable, relaxing spot to spend the morning of your wedding that easily transforms into a hair and make up salon when the HMU crew arrives! The groomsmen cabin is great too, with some games and lounge areas for the guys to relax and prep for the big day. The land and location of Stillwater next to a pond really make for amazing photo opportunities (especially in that golden light!) and I am so happy with how our pictures and the entire evening turned out. The reception was so much fun that our guests didn’t want to leave! Emma is the manager of Stillwater and was our day-of coordinator, and I really don’t think I could have gotten through the day without her and her assistant guiding me! She did such a beautiful job coordinating all my vendors, making sure the night ran on time, and just being there for me and my husband through all the speed bumps that are bound to come with such a big event. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and had so much fun. I can honestly say this is all thanks to Stillwater, their lovely crew, and Sharon & Emma!

I had a wonderful time working along side with the Goldberg family. Everything went amazing during my wedding, I want to relive the day over and over again! I planned my wedding from Germany and viewed the wedding venue after it was paid for. I fell more in love with the venue when I saw it in person during a short trip to Texas, the pictures and FaceTime tour do not do it justice! My husband and I loved every detail the entire family has put into the venue. The venue was perfect for our Harry Potter theme wedding!!! All of our wedding guests said amazing things about the venue! The bridal house is great and has a lot of space for everyone to get ready, it's great to take that perfect Instagram picture. The groom's cabin is historic and has a lot of character, it's perfect for the guys (or anyone that's getting ready there) to lay back while the everyone gets ready. The chapel is breath taking! I didn't want to decorate too much because it's already beautiful the way it normally is, however, you can add more if you want! :) The chapel has beautiful natural light throughout the day. The reception hall is amazing in its own way. I love the rustic feel of the hall. The big chandelier is a big focus point that invites you in. Again, this venue is great and amazing, highly recommend!

The most amazing venue with the most amazing people!! Emma really made our big day so special and helped me plan every little detail. She kept the day running smoothly with no hiccups. I would highly recommend this venue to any and all of my friends getting married! They are super attentive and willing to work with your budget. 10/10 recommend Stillwater Meadow for your wedding.

The Goldberg family is incredible! They want your day to be amazing and are there to help figure almost anything out. The chapel was light and airy and the reception hall has industrial rustic, 4eleven vibes. It was the perfect setting for our western boho wedding of about 100 people. No commuting between ceremony and reception. Bridal suite and grooms cabin. All. Bliss. Also, do yourself a favor and hire Emma as your day of coordinator!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stillwater Meadow and the owners/staff. This venue is stunning on its own, so it doesn’t take much decor, which we loved. They do have an entire room of beautiful decor that you are able to use, which was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders! Emma made the entire process a breeze. She made sure we got to enjoy our day without having to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding! Stillwater Meadow was the first place my husband and I toured and the second we got in the car to leave we both agreed we didn't need to tour any others. Loved that it was an all in one venue. They have the bridal suite, groomsmen cabin , Chapel and Reception area all in one location so it made it so easy for our wedding party, family, and guests. I highly recommend having Emma be your wedding coordinator! She is awesome! She answered my many questions and did all the follow up with my vendors which really helped alleviate stress. She also made sure the wedding day went off without a hitch!! Thank you Stillwater Meadow for everything that you did to make our day special!

Stillwater Meadow is the most amazing place you could ever have your wedding! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about this place. It was so easy seeing as their packages are basically all inclusive. Emma was by far the best coordinator I could have ever asked for. She made sure everything was perfect and was exactly how you wanted it. She really made it stress free, especially when it was coming down to the last few weeks. Stillwater Meadows is beautiful and everything my husband and I needed to have our wedding. It’s packages include basically everything, a huge plus was also be allowed to bring your own food caterer on the venue! Emma is AMAZING. She is so easy to work with, and you can definitely tell she knows what she’s doing. I loved loved loved having my wedding here and highly recommend.

Stillwater Meadow is THE place to have your wedding. My husband and I have many memories at this venue from our time in high school for banquets and birthday parties and we got to bring it full circle for our Wedding last week. Venue is gorgeous, staff is very helpful, and the family that runs the venue are some of my favorite people!

Yesterday was my 30th Birthday and Sharon allowed me and some of my friends to use the bridal suite and grounds for a birthday/boudoir photo shoot. I had been out to Stillwater Meadows before and fell in love with it. It was the perfect location to make all my birthday photoshoot dreams come true! We absolutely had a blast! The bridal suite, and really the entire venue, is pure eye candy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to host an event, wedding, photoshoot, you name it. It's clean, beautiful and the family that owns and manages it are the nicest, easiest to work with people. Thank you so much to Sharon and family for the use of your beautiful venue!
