is team were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and so easy to work with!
One of the things that stood out most was how quick Pete was to respond to any questions we had—no matter the time of day. He was always just a message or call away and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are lush and green thanks to the tireless work of Pete and the grounds crew—you can tell how much pride they take in maintaining the property. And the new barn is just gorgeous! It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant style. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was.
Pete truly went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful to have had someone so dedicated and kind to work with during such an important time in our lives.
If you’re looking for a venue that is not only breathtaking but run by people who genuinely care, Stillwater Wedding Ranch is it. We couldn’t recommend it more, and we’ll always be thankful for Pete and everything he did to make our day perfect!
