The wedding/bridal industry have become so difficult and overpriced that it can easily take the joy out of what should be the happiest season of life. Going to traditional bridal salons turned out to be a negative experience for me as gowns were overpriced for mass-produced designs that were lacking in quality + the astronomical lead times they require...almost every salon would put pressure on us to order a dress today or I wouldn't have any hope of having it in time for a wedding that was 9 months away. Ridiculous. That's where Still White became the perfect option for me. I was watching designers I knew I loved (Kim Kassas, Leah Da Gloria, Viktor & Rolf, etc.) and found the exact gowns I loved most from bridal salons for a fraction of the price because someone had worn the gown once for a few hours. This became such a no-brainer for me! I love reusing such an expensive and meaningful garment, too. The purchase I made was by a designer I wasn't aware of before, but the process was easy and I feel good about extending the life of this dress that might otherwise live in a box for the next few decades.

Happy bride without breaking the bank! I was so lucky to find my dream dress on stillwhite! I tried it on at a sample sale which was selling at $1000 (original $1800). But I found the same dress in my size, never worn nor altered (tag still on!) on stillwhite for $600! Seller was very responsive and nice. Got the dress a week later! Even if you’re not sure about buying online, stillwhite was a good source of real bride photos. It’s helpful to compliment the stock photos which usually only features a size 2 model.

You set the price, you get to message with potential buyers directly etc. I sold one dress within 24hrs and the other within 4 months! I sold my dress to a nightmare buyer. The dress I sold was in great condition and it was a sample. The buyer made false claims and thankfully PayPal had my back. If I were to redo my experience, I would have never user StillWhite in the first place as they do not support their sellers, which is how they make their revenue. It has been a stressful, disappointing experience with StillWhite and they take no accountability for the platform they facilitate.

Super awesome platform where I got a pre-owned (but still brand new!) wedding dress for half the retail price! I love how they have PayPal integrated into their platform and have a buyer protection plan for up to $20000 worth in damages if anything were to happen/to protect the buyer from scams etc.

This was a great experience. We're trying to be sustainable and cost aware in a world where weddings are kind of getting out of control. It really feels like they have everything. I was a little hesitant about getting a "used" dress, but stillwhite made it so easy and were very trustworthy throughout the whole process. Took a few months to sell the dress but it did reach potential customers in different states and countries who had genuine interest. Eventually the first person who came to see it bought it in person. Smooth transaction. I'm happy my dress gets enjoyed again given that I only wore it for a few hours and it was in excellent condition. We both saved some money so while still enjoying a beautiful designer dress.

I need help!!! I‘ve reached out to Stillwhite multiple times but can’t seem to get any assistance. My wedding dress in so many words was STOLEN. They have a strict return policy but still allowed the buyer to dispute the transaction, get their money back, AND keep the dress. How? Why? I don’t understand what’s going on and need assistance.

My dress sold 5 months after the wedding! The website was very user friendly. I had multiple offers come in, with a lot of visibility. I did get a premium package to ensure it, and the whole time I got consistent views on the dress. As a seller it was really easy and I'm happy with the results.

The dress I wanted SO BAD was $1350 (it was actually going to be $1850 after the most minute alterations I would need because I’m super short and have post nursing bewbs..) at David’s Bridal which was just too much for me and it was really sad having to turn my back and leave it behind because I couldn’t justify the price despite it being soooo dreamy. I ended up trying to see if I could find it used and I found the same exact one, brand new, with tags for $500 on StillWhite.com!!! I was so blown away. All I had to do was sign up for an account which was free and easy. And I also had to set up a PayPal account which is directly linked to StillWhite-very easy to use and ensures buyer protection in case I receive it and it’s not what was promised. I would recommend this to any bride who wants to save some money or simply wants to see what else is out there. There’s something for everyone. It is also easy to filter through your options (size, price, location, style, etc). 10/10 recommend!!!

It was so easy to sell my dress here and make some money back from it. Didn't need to have in dry cleaned or anything (although I discounted it a bit more to make up for no dry cleaning), and communication with interested people was super easy! Shipping and adding in tracking info was really smooth as well. My dress sold within a week. Protip: make sure the pictures you add of it are pinterest-worthy!
